About this house rental

This newer home is sure to be your home away from home. Location, Location, Location! This home is located at 229 Beachwalk Lane, 6 doors from the pool and most amenities in the heart of Beachwalk. The fishing dock is across the street, and the large back yard is adjacent to open park area where music in the park is held during peak season.

Fully furnished with, games, fishing poles and an electric golf cart to use at your leisure. Two screened porches (upper and lower) in the front provide serenity. An upper and lower open deck provide a sitting area to enjoy everything nature has to offer. This home features a covered lanai in the rear of the house for added space and relaxation. There is a large backyard with a firepit for making evening memories. The back yard is adjacent to an open park area for your family wiffle ball game, or bags tournament and where music in the park is held during peak season.

The community is located directly across the street from Lake Michigan with tree lined streets, colorful houses, white picket fences, and its own private walkway to Lake Michigan. The community has a private lake (Lake Kai), swimming pool, park, playground, fishing docks, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, putting greens, and planned family activities. There are kayaks and paddle boards to use in Lake Kai at no additional fee.

Come and enjoy the beach during the day and the sunsets at night.

We loved our stay at Beachwalk! The home was perfect for our two families. The room/bed set up was perfect, location super convenient to amenities in the community( we loved grabbing coffee in the mornings and ice cream in the evenings from The Beach Hut), the kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed the golf cart/ WE WILL BE RENTING AGAIN!

We have been coming to Beachwalk for about 8 years, but only as a guest. We decided it was time to get our own house. This home was perfect!! A house full of family and our new granddaughter- we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Our family of 12 spent the last week of July in the Weigt home and had an amazing experience! It was just what we needed after a busy Summer of weddings and graduation parties. The home was well kept up and very sweet and inviting! All four of the bedrooms were very roomy, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking supplies The refrigerator freezer unit was large in size Amenities of the Beachwalk area were top-notch and my family enjoyed several of the activities. The pool was big in size for the number of homes using it and we never had a problem finding pool chairs. The splash pad a baby pool were very nice. The lake Michigan beach was like being transported to Florida. But without the 12 Hour Dr.! My entire family enjoyed the golf cart, which was a huge bonus. My kids all said they would love to come back! Thank you to the Weigt family for providing such a wonderful home for my family to enjoy!

Great location a short distance from the pool. The beach is walkable, however the golf cart is an asset to transport everything to the beach walkway. The children enjoyed the toys that are included with the house. We also appreciated the rain coats.

The home exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family of seven adults and a new baby... Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The free YouTube channel was a nice benefit.. absolutely loved that every room had its own TV and the view is just spectacular from every outdoor seating area... The area has a lot of amenities in the golf cart was an awesome benefit. We absolutely loved the master suite with the bathroom and its own balcony with a balcony swing..The beds however we're not comfortable for my husband and I, but our other guests were just fine ... Would recommend to anyone...We will be back..

My family of four stayed here with another family Easter weekend. Had a great time. The property is clean and well taken care of. We can't wait to return in the summer when the sun is shining and all the resort amenities are open! The neighborhood seems like something out of a movie, all homes are bright, clean and they all have nicknames. We utilized the golf cart and the park often. I forgot my coat there and the owner messaged me to let me know. Great home with wonderful owners.

The Weigt Room was excellent! Stayed three nights with 6 adults, a toddler and an infant. The house is super close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

The property itself was everything we'd hoped for and more. The location within Beachwalk is perfect. A short walk to the store/grill/pool and activities. The golf cart was of great use getting around and even just going on adventures in the neighborhood. We will absolutely look to stay here again

Wonderful house in an ideal location within the Beachwalk resort. Great porches, two of which are screened in. Very close to the community pool and just a short walk to Lake Michigan. Definitely get the activity pass to take advantage of everything that the resort has to offer. Linda, the owner, was very responsive and available.

The house was clean and roomy. Beautifully furnished. Many places to sit, hang out and converse. Porches everywhere, which was perfect to enjoy the view of the lake. Fun porch bed swing to relax on. The location is the best, near all the amenities. A perfect stay! Highly recommend!

Beach house is fabulous! The layout of the house is family-friendly. Fully supplied with kitchen needs for cooking. A couple of my church youth group girlfriends from years ago joined me for a ladies weekend together. We loved, loved, loved the fireplace during the chilly nights of April and the very comfortable couch! I personally loved the porches for early morning coffee, prayer, and listening to all the lovely song birds. A very peaceful stay. We have family scattered at the present time, and this location was a great meeting spot. The neighborhood was lovely and the weather could not have been nicer. Able to enjoy sunsets on the beach only a short walking distance, followed by time at the fire pit after dark. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This was an amazing house. Plenty of room and two decks with a lake view. The owner is amazing and kind. Only negative is the cleaning could have been better. It was my daughters wedding and this was perfect !
