Cabin was awesome. We saw bears all around the cabin. Even one in the tree next to the window!

The cabin was just as pictured. It was spotless and a warm, cozy, welcoming place.
There is construction noise from 8 to 6 about 50 yards away which for me made the balcony unusable during those hours. Evening was nice and the kids especially loved the hot tub.
The morning after our arrival a bear broke into our locked car. There was no food inside but it emptied a full can of bug spray everywhere. Perhaps there were crumbs in the car seat. It caused over $6000 in damages and the car had to be towed away.
The construction workers had 3 cars broken into as well. They said the bears became aggressive after a previous renter fed the bears daily. So because some stupid selfish people fed bears for their own entertainment, 2 juvenile bears have been euthanized.
A bear also would come onto the porch which the owner said was typical. We left the next day after we could secure a vehicle big enough for the 6 of us.
The owner was understanding and we are grateful she refunded us a portion of the rent.
to be towed away. We left the next day

The property is closer to everything and could sight some bears. The view from the property is the best.

Beautiful home, great views, well stocked, comfortable beds, front and back porches, hot tub, game tables, easy check-in, close to Gatlinburg. Bears peeking into our cars and wandering the property every day. We were mostly amused by them but did give them their space!! Cons: no empty cupboards or pantry in the kitchen for our food, no dresser in main level bedroom for our clothes (I donāt like living out of a suitcase). Not deal-breakers, however, and I would book again!

When we booked this stay we were excited to experience a new place and the boys were really excited about the entertainment options at the cabin. Weāve had some fabulous vacations as a family. This one was no different. I have a very difficult time feeling comfortable, truly comfortable, wherever we stay. This cabin is one of the 3 places Iāve felt a comfort of home while away from our home, and that was how each one of us felt here. This probably takes the number 1 spot, honestly. The hostess communication was top notch and timely. Yes, thereās construction next door now, but that never bothered us. I did not feel it was noisy or inconveniencing at all. The cabin still has privacy and is peaceful. Very peaceful.
We did not want to leave, at all. We look forward to returning some day and we plan to book with Godās Grace when we do. We will recommend this place to any and all family and friends looking to visit the Gatlinburg area. If youāre looking for the perfect home away from home, look no further than Godās Grace. You wonāt be disappointed.

Definitely recommend this listing! Great place, amazing views, in a convenient location to activities for all ages.

We absolutely loved our time in Gatlinburg. The cabin was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the location. It was so close to town and being in the mountains was so cool! The house being built next door was a little busy, but didnāt bother us. The view of the mountains made up for it, plus it was fun to see the bears walk through the house everyday in the morning and evening. We saw many bears everyday which was so cool to experience. It was a great vacation and canāt wait to go back.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the cabin. The views were amazing and we watched bears daily, morning and night coming up the mountain and exploring the cabin area. Cabin was clean and nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and air hockey tables.
The only issue we had was the AC unit for the downstairs stopped working twice. The unit went out on our first night, Sunday, and the next morning, our sons reported it was extremely hot and uncomfortable downstairs, which is what lead us to discover it wasn't working. We reached out to the property manager who had AC repairman come out that day, Monday. He was able to temporarily fix it. It worked for the next 2 nights but all power to the unit and thermostat went out sometime Wednesday. We contacted property manager again on Thursday as soon as we found it there was no power going to it, thus was later in the afternoon. We were told sorry, the repairman couldn't come out until Friday, the day we were checking out. My boys had to sleep on couches on the main floor because it was too hot downstairs without the AC. Disappointing to save up for vacation and rent a cabin to have the AC in part of the cabin go out not once but twice. Despite the AC issues, we made the best of our vacation and had a good time.

This property is right next to a loud construction sight that is being worked on until almost 9pm some nights. The building that is being worked on is very close to the rental property, so close you can see in the windows and hear word for word conversations, coughs etc. The description of the rental property was not properly described in the listing at all. It was not serene and quiet at all. The pictures that describe the property do not show this construction house at all. It seems like the owners are trying to hide that fact. They definitely are not seeming like they are in āGodās Graceā but the exact opposite. You can get a much better property for a lot less money. Learn from our mistake and do not rent from these particular owners; they are not nice people.
Failing to notify potential guests about a construction site directly adjacent to the rental property is a clear oversight. Such information is crucial for potential guests to make an informed decision, especially when the rental is marketed as a serene retreat. The reality, with the ongoing construction noise and activity, falls far short of this promise and significantly diminishes the value and enjoyment of the rental.

We had a wonderful time and definitely made some core memories with our family. The property was beautiful with breathtaking views. The bears visited every single morning and evening and were mesmerizing to watch. The morning we left a mama and her 2 cubs came and visited for a while. Our kids loved it! The property is just far enough away to be in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, but not too far to go to for a break during the day. I know there were a few complaints on the driveway, but itās steep because itās in the side of the mountain, so that is to be expected. I had enough room to turn around in the driveway in my Highlander, but it was easy enough to back out if needed too. The owners are super sweet and very quick with responses. I honestly have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The weekend of the Bear! We saw 32 bears in 3 days. Some at the cabin most in the national park. The cabin was fantastic!

We had a great girls trip and saw Momma bear and 3 cubs it was so awesome! The cabin is beautiful and cozy and updated. We loved the fireplaces inside and outside. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing after walking everywhere in Gatlinburg. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Would definitely go back.

What an amazing place to stay! The host is amazing at communicating with us. Our grandkids didn't want to leave. Loved everything about this property.....especially sitting in the hot tub and looking at the amazing view! The bears were a plus to see and watch.

The location was central to our park trails & other events for the week. The sunsets were beautiful! There were plenty of games to stay busy with in between our hikes. We saw a few bears one night; exciting! The only downside was that we had to drive thru the busy ādowntownā area of Gatlinburg to get anywhere.

We had a group from work head over for a long weekend of skiing. The skiiing was pretty good, but the house was fantastic.
The hot tub was great for relaxing after skiing. The living area is spacious and the kotchen is very well furnished. Great trip and great place to stay in Gatlinburg.

Very close to downtown, very clean cabin. Like new. Comes stocked with laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra TP, coffee filters etc. The beds are super comfy and not squeaky. All of the game tables worked and TVs worked. Great internet.
My main concern was the upstairs loft bedroom. No door is fine but no curtain either and no way to prevent anyone from walking upstairs. Also all of the kitchen/living room lights and noise are seen/heard from the loft. No one in our party wanted that bedroom so we paper-rock-scissored it ha. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

There is just not enough time to cover all the good things about this property. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but it is clean and well stocked with everything you need, including multiple towels and washcloths, not just one set. That alone is miles ahead of any hotel. The host is gracious and very responsive. You can tell that the owners take pride in the property. All of the Christmas decorations were so nice! Do not hesitate when considering booking this cabin. Trust me, it is so worth it! We cannot wait to return to Gatlinburg!

Beautiful 3 bedroom home overlooking hills and valleys. Decorated for Christmas. Very enjoyable stay with family. Clean. No bears but they are in the area.

Property was just as described. Beautiful views and quiet area. We loved spending time here with our family and will definitely be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your cabin.

This cabin location is great. Only about 5-8 minutes from the heart of Gatlinburg. I was concerned about the driveway (due to all the comments on the reviews) but, even though it is a bit scary the first time .... it's not too bad once you get used to it. We backed down it so we could just pull out each morning.
The cabin is lovely. The bottom floor was perfect for our 18 and 19 year old boys. The pool table on the main floor was perfect !! All of the beds were very comfortable... kitchen is very well stocked !! Great overall experience. We will be back !!

Gods Grace is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg for a family to get together and relax. The views are amazing. There is enough room for everyone. Very clean. Very close to downtown strip.

Had a great time in Gatlinburg with our family. Cabin fit all of our needs. Close to town and store. Nice space for all with three levels and two decks and very cozy and enough seating on main level with open kitchen & dining & living areas. We loved view and especially hot tub & pool table. Only issue was construction next door with two new cabins being built and was so annoying having to listen to loud sawing and hammering all day and even all day Saturday when we thought we might finally get a break and enjoy some peace on the deck. We understand the owner cannot control and do not blame them but we typically rent in Cobbly Nob which is farther away but more secluded and quiet and if we had known about loud construction we might have chosen a different rental. Overall a great cabin and we appreciated this nice rental. :)

This property was amazing!! It was beautifully decorated for fall and so comfortable for our party of 6. The views were spectacular and we were just minutes away from every activity Gatlinburg has to offer. Our host was so helpful and responded very quickly to every question we had. We would highly recommend this property!!

Amazing views! Cabin is everything we could have asked for. I was able to text the owner with a question and she got back to me in minutes. Canāt speak enough about the Mountain Viewās and the bears. Game room was great and it was nice to sit on the deck at night and listen to nature! We will be back!!!

Very nice clean place with a great view overlooking Gatlinburg. Lots of bears in the area. A mother bear and her 4 cubs were around almost on a daily basis. The only drawback was the steep driveway.

Enjoyed it

If you enjoy steep mountain roads, along with an extremely steep driveway, then this may be the place for you. Yes, the cabin is beautiful and the view amazing; however, we found the access so difficult to navigate that we left early and stayed in a hotel.
The driveway was the most challenging. To go down the driveway, you basically have to take a leap of faith that is where the driveway actually is since it is a drop off. We had to get out of our vehicle to go look because you can't see it from inside the vehicle. The vehicle would not have enough space to turn around in the driveway if we went down it, so we had to park at the top, on the road. Otherwise, you would be trying to back out of this insanely steep driveway, which we were not about to attempt. Due to needing to park on the edge of the road, we needed to haul all our belongings up and down the driveway. This is not the cabin for you if your party has any physical limitations. It was extremely difficult for some of our group to do. Unfortunately, access to the cabin made vacation stressful and we came to relax. So, we ended up paying for a hotel and were out a lot of money since no refund. It was extremely disappointing. I have asked the property owner to include some of these access details in the description so people are aware. For some who are used to mountains, very steep drives and no physical limitations, this may not be an issue and you may enjoy the adventure! For us, this ended up being a nightmare.

The cabin was clean, spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood gives a feeling of seclusion and privacy, yet it is only a short drive to all the attractions, grocery store etc. We saw two bears our first morning there, another bear the next evening and four cubs one afternoon!! The owner of the cabin is very quick to respond to any communication and was a pleasure to rent from, we would definitely stay here again.

I might not have rented this cabin had I been told about the narrow steep road and steep downhill driveway to the cabin. That being said we did see bears near the cabin almost daily and the cabin itself was very nice. The view was stunning except for the ongoing construction next door.

We had a great stay here. The communication and directions were spot on, and the pictures and description of the home were accurate. Views were phenomenal and not far from anything. Would recommend staying here to any family!

The place was just as advertised. Amazing views. The kids loved the game tables and the balconies overlooking the mountains. We saw a black bear about 3 doors down driving back one afternoon. He scurried right across the road and climbed a tree. That might have been the highlight of the entire trip right there.

Great property.
