My family rented this house for 30 days. The house is in a convenient location, CLEAN and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable (1 bed is on the harder side but some people prefer that). The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to make a gourmet meal. The yard is amazing. There are multiple place to hang out. My favorite things were the porch swing, the patio with lights and an outdoor fireplace and the library. This house has the very best selection and most books I have ever seen in a vacation house. The only thing I would change about this place is some of the outdoor furniture is a little rickety which is a pretty lame thing to complain about but it’s all I had to complain about for the review. I would recommend this house and will book again next time I’m in town!

The property was very nice, both inside and out. We really liked the proximity to the rail yard district and the plaza.

Had everything we needed for a very comfortable 6 week stay, including everything we needed to cook, easy to work from home (note the large desk in the current photos is not there but there are multiple alternative options), incredibly convenient location-wise, excellent communication with host, issues were minor and addressed immediately, and we only wish 2 things were different: 1) that it would have been warm so we could have enjoyed the patio more, and 2) that we could have extended our stay!

I enjoyed my month- long stay and wished the house had been available longer. Very comfortable beds- state-of-the-art appliances; huge television screen; convenient location in a quiet neighborhood within 5-10 minutes of my favorite food shops

Absolutely lovely house! Felt like home right away. The location made exploring Santa Fe and surrounding areas very easy. We loved our mornings and evenings on the patio watching the birds. The separation of the bedrooms made it perfect for two couples. Lisa was very responsive to our inquiries and we will rent from her again if we head back to Santa Fe.

Clean, airy house 10 minutes from Plaza, 5 minutes from numerous good restaurants;; tastefully well-furnished; quiet residential street; spacious, enclosed, landscaped yard and shaded patio with lots of birds, deck chairs, table and sun umbrella; well-equipped kitchen; comfortable beds and bedding; excellent communication and response from owners. Have booked again for next year.

This was a wonderful historic Santa Fe style house with everything needed for a long-term stay. The preserved atmosphere of a 1950 Santa Fe house but with modern updated and perfectly equipped kitchen was just right for comfortable stay.

Santa Fe welcome
A friend and I stayed for 3+ weeks at this property. This home is very cozy and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is also close (5 minutes) to all of the sites and restaurants there are to enjoy in Santa Fe.
The host was quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Classic Santa Fe House
Classic house in a friendly neighborhood that boasts many Stamm classic houses. Super convenient location with easy access to miles of walking trails, grocery stores, the Railyard district and the Plaza. The Pantry Restaurant is just up the block. Check out Madame Matisse for breakfast, lunch, good coffee and fine pastries - within easy walking distance. Very responsive owner as well.

Total comfort!
WE absolutely Enjoyed every moment of our stay at Lisa’s home. She has thought of everything to make guests feel at home. Nothing was missing. The warmth you see in the photos is true to life!
We wanted to stay longer. We were sad to leave.
But knowing we found a small piece of paradise in a crazy Covid world, we will look forward to a return trip as soon as possible.
Thank you Lisa!

Beautiful Southwestern home
The house was wonderfully decorated in Southwestern style. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, very close to a park and the beginning of a bike trail.
The kitchen was very well stocked with all needed appliances. Unfortunately, it was very hot with no air conditioning. Fans offered some relief.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe
The house is conveniently located just a few miles from the Plaza in the Casa Alegre neighborhood of Santa Fe. Like many of the homes in the neighborhood, the house was built by Allen Stamm in the Santa Fe Style, with vigas, hardwood floors, nichos, corbels, a kiva fireplace, and portals. The garage has been converted into a TV room and an adjoining bathroom, the kitchen is nicely updated, and there is ready access to the side patio from the master bedroom and the study. There were a few problems with the conditions on the interior of the house (all of the GFI circuits had tripped, the track lighting in the kitchen was damaged, one of the toilets was leaking, the thermostat in the TV room did not appear to be functional), but I largely repaired these problems during our stay. The host was very responsive to our texts.

Huge house and yard
Lovely spot to access all in Santa Fe, especially if you have a bike; the trail is at the end of the street. Plenty of room for privacy and everything needed in the kitchen. Nice TV room and great outdoor spaces. If we had rented in the colder months, we would have wanted the indoor kiva to be available, but it was summer!

It is a lovely house, nicely furnished and has a great patio and yard
We stayed at the house for two months while looking for a house to buy in Santa Fe. In addition to being a very comfortable house, it is located very near most of the city. The landlord was very helpful, responding quickly to the few requests we made. If it is available, we will try to rent the house again the next time we are in Santa Fe

Great place to stay!
I really enjoyed my 2.5 month stay at Lisa's home. It was located conveniently to everything in Santa Fe, plus near some nice grassy parks. The backyard is large and was really enjoyable for relaxing in the evening. The home was clean and had everything you could want. I really enjoyed staying here while exploring Santa Fe!

Spacious and well located home
The house is a wonderful place to be based for enjoying all that Santa Fe has to offer. The home is well furnished and kitchen has all the essentials. It was a peaceful and charming place to relax after fun filled days out. Lisa is very thoughtful and was responsive any time I had a question. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wonderful home & location
This rental home was perfect for our month long exploration of Santa Fe! The house itself was well stocked, comfortable, & decorated with wonderful artwork, collectibles, & southwest style furniture. The office was filled with interesting books & lots of local tourist information. The outdoor fireplace was a great focal point for our evenings as weather permitted. One surprise April snowstorm was completely melted by the next day. We got to see springtime unfolding & enjoyed the lovely yard filled with lilacs, roses, & perennial flowers.
Access to the Plaza, Canyon Road galleries, museums, and supermarkets was quick & easy.
We also explored Bandolier National Monument, Taos Pueblo, Ghost Ranch, The Turquoise Trail, & the ski road through Santa Fe National Forest. Amazing scenery! We loved this home & area & hope to return again in the future.

lovely and homey for a family
We stayed here for a month, with 3 adults and 2 small children in February-March. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The back garden is especially lovely with a kiva fireplace, and several different patios with plenty of seating. It's very centrally located and within easy reach of downtown. Cerrillos Road can be a bit hectic to navigate in getting to and from the house, although there is an alternate route you can take. Overall we were very happy here and the house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Santa Fe Home and Gardens
The home and gardens are very enchanting! We enjoyed dining and sitting out in the private, beautiful patio. The home was completely furnished for our vacation rental. Lisa Braunberg was very helpful and friendly in meeting all our needs and providing us with local information. The house has nice neighbors and is in a quiet neighborhood, with a large park nearby. The property is close to the center of Santa Fe. If we return to Santa Fe, we'd love to stay here again!

Wonderful!
We loved the house right from the start, has very nice curb appeal. The home has old fashioned southwestern charm but with all the modern updates that made us feel comfortable. We loved and enjoyed the outdoor space and enjoyed our meals on the patio. The neighborhood is also very nice, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. We highly recommend this home and we're hoping we will return -- soon!

Inviting, cozy, peaceful....loved this home!!
So inviting and cozy...from the minute we opened the front door. Especially loved the patio with the kiva in the yard. Great location, easily accessible to the plaza and the equestrian grounds, where we spent much of our time. Clean, comfortable so nice to come "home" to at the end of the day!! Captured that warm feeling of Santa Fe. Can't wait to come back!!

Great House, Great Location!
We had a great time in Santa Fe, and it had a lot to do with staying at this property! The house and yard were clean and well maintained, and the location made it super convenient to visit museums, shopping and restaurants (some were walking distance). It is also very close to a number of markets which made getting food and eating in easy (stress free!). We loved the back yard and the fire pit. The neighborhood is very quiet ( there is a big park behind the house that you access down the street). We took the kids up to ski and play in the snow - not far, about 30 minutes away. I would absolutely recommend this property to our friends, and would stay here again!

great week in Santa Fe
A lovely home, warmly decorated and very functional in a quiet neighborhood that offered quick driving access to downtown and the mountains. We loved having our dogs with us, and we celebrated my husband's birthday outside in the snow around the kiva fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped and there was wonderful common space to hang out with our adult daughters as well as privacy when we wanted it. Highly recommend it.

Great location, beautiful place
We had 3 adults and 2 kids, and this home was great. The back yard and patio were amazing, loved the fireplace out there. Fast internet was nice- the only things we missed were TV and a microwave.
We had a blast hiking at Bandalier and the ski basin, and Trader Joe's was right around the corner from the house. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful town, highly recommend.

Cozy southwestern home with enchanting patio
The property was cozy and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The updated kitchen and dining area provided a great gathering space for morning coffee and activity planning. Great floorplan and flow throughout the home. The patio is a hidden jem with comfortable seating near the Kiva fireplace and a spacious dining set. We ended each evening with a fire and conversation.
Home is an easy 8 minute drive to the plaza. We parked near Loretto chapel and walked the downtown area visiting numerous eclectic shops and galleries. Dinner at the Casa Sena's outdoor patio was wonderful. We celebrated great food and service in their expansive garden patio setting.
We enjoyed our stay in SantaFe and the home's comfortable amenities.

The location was great and very convenient to everything we did. We hiked at the Santa Fe National Forest which was very convenient It was very close to the plaza and Canyon Road. We went to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival and it was very accessible from the home.
