We were in the Bay St Louis area for my Father’s memorial service and being able to all be together was so nice! Plenty of beds, sitting space, toys for the Grandson, great back porch for some LSU baseball, and a well stocked kitchen for all the eating. Only thing to note is the thermostat takes a minute to figure out and seems to be controlled by owners. But overall great stay!

My brother and I stayed here in 2022 for JTC and loved it. This year myself and my other siblings stayed for JTC. We loved the stay so much we are ready to book for JTC 2024.

I would not hesitate to rent again. Very accommodating and great location. Not far from beach and main street attractions. Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Wonderful backyard.

It was a cute house! We enjoyed the backyard (except for the tree dropping all the little catkins everywhere...ahh!!) Excellent communication with the homeowners. Would have liked to have something a little more permanent for the room doorways besides the curtains (in the one room that used to be a living area) but only because our toddler would run into that "room" without warning. Overall plenty of space for us, an excellent location, and wonderful communication.

We stayed here last year and this year was just as enjoyable. Nice house Close to the beach. Great hosts. Anytime I had to talk to them they responded quickly. Will definitely stay again!

We spent the month of February. at the Re-Joyce house in Bay Saint Louis and enjoyed it very much. The house is very large, moreso than it appears in the listing. Four bedrooms and two full baths were more than enough space for my wife and I, along with our German Shepherd. The kitchen was well equipped, lacking only a dishwasher, which was not a bother. The fenced rear yard was large enough for our dog, and surprisingly private considering we were in a regular type of neighborhood with plenty of houses nearby. Being on a cul de sac meant a minimum of traffic and it was exceptionally quiet. People in BSL are as friendly as you'll find anywhere. It's just a couple minutes from a beautiful beach that runs for miles and is very dog friendly. Stores and shopping were equally close by, very convenient especially since the traffic was very light and never a problem. The downtown area was full of restaurants and bars, most right on the water, and offered live music four nights a week even in the winter months. Access to bigger city fun such as New Orleans, Biloxi, or Pensacola was simple and less than an hour away. I'd recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet friendly place to stay, yet close by a lot of activities. Betty was a warm and gracious host who responded quickly to any questions we had, though we had no issues at all during our stay. It's more comfortable than fancy, just our style. We met a lot of people from New Orleans and surrounding areas who were planning on moving to the BSL area to take advantage of the warm small town vibe. Bay Saint Louis is a well kept secret on the gulf coast.

The listing doesn't do justice for the size. Not that it's really big, just plenty of room to be cozy. Back patio and yard were nice to spend mornings on with coffee and quiet (except for the train-which is thankfully short lived). Lots of outlets, TV/Tech ready, lots of blankets, beds were OUTSTANDINGLY comfortable. Being residential, easy to lose the feeling of being being close to downtown Bay St Louis and just across the bridge to Long Beach and the other way to New Orleans. Perfect go between location! Missed the dishwasher but it gives one a chance to partner again with family tasks. Keep this bookmarked.

The house was clean and large enough for all of our guests. The fenced yard was great for the dog. Owners went above to make the property great for the holiday. Would defiantly recommend this prooerty.

We went to Bay St. Louis for a family get together and had to bring our 2 chihuahuas. They LOVED the fenced-in back yard!

Rejoyce was perfect, enough room for everyone and a short distance to BSL. Definitely will try and stay here again.

This property is exactly as the owners described it. Our group was 4 adults, 1 surly teen and 2 rambunctious 7 year old boys and there was plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (except a cutting board), there were eplenty of wash cloths and towels for everyone and the back patio area was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes from Highway 90 and everything Bay St. Louis has to offer. We will definitely be renting the house again in the future!

Everything was perfect! We did not run into any issues while we were there. The house was very clean and tidy. The small touches like the basket of blankets in the living room made it feel very home like. Only a few minutes from the beach.

My family of 10 fit in just fine. We had rooms to ourselves. We especially liked the living room area which is wide a spacious. The kitchen is big enough and the table worked for us.

The property was clean but needs some updating. We would have preferred a dishwasher and the pots and pans really need to be upgraded so you can cook. The grill outside was so dirty we decided not to use it. There was no broiler or baking pan and found dirty dishes under the sink. We always cook when we stay in a rental for a week or more. We brought our iron skillet and utensils and ended up buying some hangers, a toaster, and a baking pan which we took with us. We left the blue hangers. The property was very close to the beach and downtown Bay St. Louis which was nice. The yard is perfect for your dog. We really appreciated having a fenced yard. You need a new HDMI cable for the Roku in the living room. It made the TV unviewable when using the Roku. My husband did some troubleshooting using the HDMI cable we brought so the TV worked fine. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It could be a really nice place if some upgrades were added. The host was very easy to contact.

It is 14 hours from my house to this property. The door code didn't work upon arrival and we were pretty tired. I was able to check my email on my phone to discover they had changed the code while I was enroute. This property is a older home but comfortable. We weren't going to be spending much time in it as we like to explore the areas we visit. The beds are comfy and I heard no complaints. Only cooked breakfast a couple times. Could use some new pans, those were pretty scratched up. We used the back deck a lot for morning coffee and just being outside. The house is plenty roomy for the five of us that made the trip. Didn't know how to use the HVAC system but the weather was cooperative enough we didn't need it. Overall this is a place that will suit you if you don't care if you're waterfront or not. The price is reasonable.

This property was as advertised. It was pet friendly. We brought our 13 year old American Bulldog, Buster, with us. His first time at the beach. The backyard was perfect for him. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the play kitchen and toys. We absolutely would recommend this house. We plan on coming back.
