We loved our stay in Branson. The Condo was beautiful, well appointed, clean, and had a wonderful balcony porch. The location was centrally located, making it easy to get to any of the local attractions. If we return to Branson, we will definitely go back to this VRBO!

This condo is in a great location. It is really close to most things. We could get to restaurants and shows in 5-10 minutes. The condo is really large with a lot of seating. That is nice. Everything was clean and well cared for. The downside is the A/C cannot keep up when it is hot out. We kept all the shades and curtains closed, and it still got warm in there. It was difficult to sleep a couple of nights. Also, the pool is rather small and crowded. The exercise room is rather limited. This was not an issue for us, but if you are mobility impaired, the master bed is rather high and the tub/shower requires a large step to get in and out.

This condo was very nice. It was comfortable and close to everything we love about Branson. We got there an hour early and were able to access the condo which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a condo this is the ticket.

Beautiful property, super friendly owners, so clean, and easy access to all the fun stuff!! Also 4 minute drive to grocery store which made it even better! Pool was super nice for a great pool day! Compared to others we've stayed in, it was way more affordable and better all the way around! Can't wait to come back!

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing I would suggest is to have rugs placed in the bathroom since the floor is called. Also, the heater in the extra bath did not work. Would have loved that in this cold weather.

My husband and I had a great time staying at this condo unit. We are returning guesses and everything of this condo is perfect to us as it felt like home. Plus, the location is within a few minutes to all activities that we did, including golfing, visiting a theater, restaurants, etc.

We spent a few days with kids and grandkids we don’t get to see as often as others. Aquarium, The Landing, a little visit to Table Rock Lake and a lot of fun swimming at the condo pools. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed experience! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the stay at your property. It is very well located. The property inside and outside is very well-maintained. We had plenty of room in this condo. A few minutes to the 76 country Boulevard.

This condo is very nice and has lots of room. A few things we noticed: The recliner in the living room had a broken leg. I reported this to the owner so they know it was that way when we arrived. You could visibly see a lot of dirt under the loveseat. The tub faucet in the master bedroom dripped constantly. This was not a bother to us, just a note. The condo smelled very nice and had a great view! The owners had provided a lot, extra towels, fans, pillows, extra sheets etc. Overall this is a nice unit and we enjoyed our stay.

There are a few items that may need to be adjusted, screen of the dining room is ripped, front closet Dorr only had 2 screws in top hinge, door is wobbley, towel rack in MBR came off, we attached back. Response was great and I'd definitely rent from them again! Thank you

Sometimes when you book far in advance, you forget why you picked a place and hope it is good when you finally arrive. This property was better than I remembered and surpassed my expectations. Decor was so cozy. Loved being top floor and corner of building. View was spectacular. So close to everything. I think it's literally the center of Branson, yet quiet. The bed was too soft for me but that's a stupid complaint as you can't have a bed that would suit every person. I believe we scored the best place to stay in Branson.

We were in Branson for only two days and so did not have time to use any of the amenities related to the property, but this unit was SO very nice to come back to in the evenings!!! The unit was clean, quiet, easy to get to and had everything we needed! The beds were exceptionally comfortable!!! Loved our stay here! Our sincere thanks to the owners!!!

This was a great condo if you don’t if you don’t want to always be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. However when you want it’s only about a 5 minute drive to anywhere ! The room is directly across from the pool house which was very convenient. The beds and pillows were amazing and they even had a blow up mattress as well as a pull out couch so plenty of room for sleeping. I didn’t have to contact the owner at all so I don’t have a answer on communication. Check in and out information was given early and were very detailed! Overall was a great place to stay!! Only negative was it is upstairs so pack light 😉

In the Foothills on the Thousand Hills Resort. Great location directly across from the Foothills Clubhouse; we used the outdoor pool each day we were there. Nice family atmosphere and the grandkids found others to play with at the pool. We did not venture into Branson as the pool was the main attraction. Condo is on top floor, no elevator.

Needs cleaning

The condo needs a deep cleaning. It has several artificial flowers, trees and nick knacks that need a good dusting, also the bathroom base boards need cleaning along with the small table in the master bathroom. The door covering in the master bedroom needs a darkening shade. The refrigerator filters need replacing . We found a silver fish in the bed in the small bedroom. The condo has comfortable furniture in the living room and is in a great location. Some cleaning and this will be a five star condo!!

The condo is beautiful and the owners readily responded to my emails. We had some issues with it being clean, but after talking to the owner, he explained they had lost their regular cleaning service and were starting a new one. Unfortunately it was the day we left, so we didn’t get the benefit of that. We did make them aware of the issues. It is one we would definitely consider renting again!
