This beautiful Racquet Club 3 story townhome, is a large end unit located in the heart of Park City's beautiful Park Meadows community. The downstairs has an open floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a lovely updated bathroom with a shower located on the first floor. On the main level there is new laminate wood flooring and slate, beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace and a large HD Smart TV, with surround sound.
There are 2 private bedrooms on the second level. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and walk in closet. There is also a deck to sit and relax and enjoy the townhome's beautiful surroundings. This bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed.
On the second floor there is a 2nd private bedroom which sleeps 2 in a king bed and faces the large window with views of the mountains. The second floor has a 2nd full bath as well.
On the 3rd floor, the bedroom loft sleeps 4 and has a flat screen TV with cable. The property also has a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor.
The large back deck houses the property's spa and BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating area.
The property is a few bus stops away from golf, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and lots of other mountain sports and recreational activities. Come and enjoy the property in the summer, it has access to the Park City rail trail and beautiful grassy areas to enjoy the sunshine.

The MARC: Located just 50 yards away is the (PC MARC) Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center. For a small fee, it features tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and two outdoor pools that are open spring through late summer. The family friendly Leisure Pool includes a waterslide. The hot tub and steam room and the rest of the facility are open year-round with the exception of the outdoor pools.
LOCAL MANAGER: Our local manager is available during your stay. She will arrange to meet you at the property to give you the door code and to show you how everything works OR she will give you the code to the front door and check-in with you via phone or text.
PARKING: Guests may park in the 1-car detached garage, which should accommodate most SUV's. There is also additional overflow parking in the complex. The garage with a combo pad garage door opener also has a roomy, lockable closet for all your equipment. No Winter Parking in front of unit to accommodate snow removal.
TRANSPORTATION: The FREE Park City shuttle stop is right outside the property and it can whisk you away to the resorts and Old-Town. High Valley Transit provides free on-demand transit via an App. A rental car is not necessary as the free shuttle makes it so easy to get around town for dining and to all the resorts!
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.

We had a great family time skiing in Park City! The condo was perfect, as advertised, very comfortable and roomy and clean! The buss stop is just minutes away and took us to the mountain and down town. Best of all, a hot tub after a day of skiing!⛷️

We booked this property with friends for spring break to ski and it was perfect for two families of four. If you’re planning to ski Park City the location is perfect! Minutes away and traffic is always going the opposite direction.

My family of 6, (age 17 and up) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. Great location, comfortable space and furnishings, had everything we needed and more. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. We look forward to coming back!

Stayed here with my family over the Christmas holiday and it was a perfect fit! Host was very responsive and helpful, made the whole process very enjoyable. The property was easy to get to, very comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to relax after the day skiing! One of the better experiences I've had with a VRBO and would recommend this to anyone looking for a great time in Park City.

This townhome was perfect for our family of 5. First, there's plenty of the essentials you'll use in the kitchen to all the living spaces you'll need. Host is fantastic and on the ball with communication. Hot tub on the patio is fantastic, internet connection is a breeze and has strong signal. The location of property is a stones throw from the "MARC" and we enjoyed the pool there as we stayed during some hot summer days. All in all don't hesitate to book this location, you'll be glad you did. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great Location
We had a great time staying at this perfect location in Park City. We are lucky enough to have great snow and commuting into the mountain with less than a 10 minute ride. Would recommend this property to anybody looking to say in or near Park City, it was perfect for us during our stay.

Three full bathrooms, plenty of towels and blankets. The top room with the 4 bunks is a loft, so no door. Twin mattresses are getting a little worn. Plenty of guest parking, though would have loved to be able to utilize the garage. Great distance from main street. Saw a moose on the way to the condo, so cool! Would stay again.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a party of 8. The fireplace was very cozy and easy to operate and the living room was stocked with plenty of games for families to enjoy. There was also an ample supply of towels and blankets. The king beds were also super cozy with nice linens, a big plus! When we arrived the house smelled like pet urine. We contacted the owner and she promptly sent over a carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately it didn't help much. The smell was overwhelming. The carpet needs replacing. We liked the location and the neighborhood. We have stayed in this community 3 years now. It will be lovely once the carpet is replaced and the house has a very good deep cleaning. The registers for the heat are caked with grime. Very reasonably priced.

This condo was a perfect location and brought the ambiance of a winter cabin. We especially loved the gas fireplace in the living room and the hot tub on the deck. Perfect size for a small group. The condo was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. The condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the shuttle.
The dishwasher was suppose to be replaced while we were there. The owner notified us that it wasn't going to happen but she would refund us some money. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Condo is very nice. Actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Three full showers is nice after a day on the slopes. Easy bus ride into Park City. Highly recommended.

Nice townhome for weekend of skiing
Home comfortably sleeps 8+ people and is conveniently located on the shuttle route to Park City resort and downtown Park City. Amenities were great including parking garage and private hot tub.

Great space to just hang out, and close enough to the shuttle to get out and about. Loved that the bathrooms to beds ratio was good, the place can hold a lot of people! Plenty of room for dining and relaxing in the unit. Thanks!!

Took shuttle to and from park city base. Stop very convenient, I thought we were actually closer than we were to base. In condo we could have used all lights working with light bulbs and extra tissue boxes. Otherwise we were well stocked. Everyone loved the hot tub! The outside temps were extremely cold and we all felt cold in condo was cold and drafty. It was a great family trip!

The house had all the essential items you would need and had plenty of room for two families to stay. The proximity to the shuttle bus was a big plus. You do not need a rental car. The house was also clean and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommended this property to anyone.

Nice place for two families. Plenty of space and conveniently close to everything. Loved the hot tub and the fireplace in the living room! No problems with our stay, although no paper goods were in the unit on arrival. Luckily, the grocery store nearby was open late.
