The house was well used. Upholstery furniture was very used wore out. Sheets and bed pillows need replaced. Kitchen and bathrooms with towels very nice. Very nice size home with beautiful views. Could have used a map of the resort area. Pool was a drive.
4.7
House was pretty close to the main strip with all the activities. Easy parking. Overall clean but the fans could use a dusting.
Air hockey, pool and arcade was a huge plus for the kids.
I couldn't get the scented oils to work but that's not a big deal.
Beautiful view
Kitchen could use a large frying pan. Only thing available was a small frying pan

Roomy, clean, great for our group of family members. Small refrigerator for 4 families with kids for a 1 week stay and the grill caught on fire the first 2 times we tried to use it, seems to burn wide open , the flame adjustment knobs did nothing. We notified the property mgr. of this situation very early in our stay only to get no reply. We probably had $250 of food we wanted to grill, some of it ruined in the fires and we cooked some of it on the stove. Didn't plan on cooking for 12 people on a stove!!!
Overall happy with the cabin just not the mgr. or the cooking situation.

Loved the layout and the views! Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable! Super close to Pigeon Forge. Would love to come back someday! It might be time for a few upgrades but overall was just fine!
4.7
Very quiet and peaceful, but close enough to do what ever want . Clean , spacious and a sunset you’ll never forget. Nicely furnished and kitchen stocked with all types of utensils. Plenty of bath towels. We enjoyed our stay !

The cabin is beautiful and the perfect size for what we needed. It had the necessary supplies. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as I would have expected. The cleaning crew needs to make sure ALL linens are washed, check under the furniture (we found items under three pieces of furniture, and clean the vents.

It was everything we needed

We had a great stay at Pinnacle View! It was the perfect set up for our 2 families. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The adults took the two masters (one on main level and other on top level) and the kids had the entire lower level to themselves (2 kings, 2 full bathrooms and a sofa bed plus pool table, air hockey, video game and hot tub). We could close the basement door and they could hang out and be loud without bothering the tired parents. Having two dining tables was great as well…one for eating and the other was for puzzles and board games. The kitchen had the basics…some pans could use replacing though. There were plenty of towels for the 9 of us, which was good because the washer/drier is hysterically small (but did work well when we used it). Hot tub was clean and working well. The location is good too…everything we wanted to do was 10-15 min away (other than the National Park).
Overall, a great cabin.

The cabin was a perfect fit for 12 of us,we had all the entertainment we needed.it was cold out but the hot tub didn’t seem to be more than warm water.it also smelled like well water it may need to be cleaned it had lots of oils swirls.a few bulbs were out and the grease pan in the grill was already full.they had a lot of dead flies everywhere but other than that everything was wonderful and we would definitely book again when coming through

The cabin was very comfortable for me and my family. It was very clean and spacious, the kids and adults enjoyed the gameroom

Our family of 10 stayed in this cabin during the week of Nov 26-Dec 3 2023. The owners were great to work with and very helpful with all our questions about the property. This cabin allowed for plenty of group space plus privacy with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms in each room. I was hoping the fireplace worked in the master with heat but the ambiance was nice. The view was beautiful and the location was convenient to getting into town. I would recommend this to larger groups but if there is mobility issue there is only one bedroom on Main level, has stairs to the master suite and so does the other 2 bedrooms on lower level. The kitchen cabinets could use some organization of pots & pans but we had no problem finding what to use. We would recommend this property.

The cabin was perfect for our fall family vacation. Location was perfect and the views were gorgeous

The views are breathtaking! Our host was absolutely a rock star! Celebrating my sister’s 50th birthday! Julie recommended a local baker for a cake it it was delicious and beautifully decorated! The cabin is beautiful and rustic. Cleaner than some hotels I’ve stayed in. Thank you for amazing memories!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this cabin for my daughter’s birthday. Everything is as expected for this cabin and it’s always a great experience. We stayed an extra day this time to have a little bit more time to relax and be present with one another. Love the fact that no one has to share a bathroom and they’re all fully equipped bathrooms. Stayed in and cooked meals with everything that was needed to do so and we all love the kitchen table. It fit all 7 of us with some extra room for probably 2 more. Had fun with the game room downstairs and even noticed a few new things in the master suite upstairs. Not one complaint for this cabin for the past two vacations that we’ve stayed here! Looking forward to many more stays!

Clean and well-maintained property. Wonderful experience.

The place was great, enough room for everyone. Loved the king size beds and each having there own bathroom. The only negative would be the pullout couch on the lower level. My grandsons opted for the floor over it said you could feel all the springs

This cabin was in a great location, and the views were Spectacular.

It was amazing it was the first time me and my brother and sisters have been together in 53yrs i was adopted and to spend 7 days with them in a beautiful cabin really made it feel like home thank you again. The Hobel family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle View. Everything was nice and clean and no problems were found. I saw before we arrived about the upstairs bedroom being hot but it now has it’s on ac unit. We stayed nice and cool at night. Many special memories were made!
4.7
We enjoyed our stay overall. Having 4 king bedrooms and a game room was great for our small family reunion.
It would’ve been nice if the upstairs bedroom had its own ac unit as it got pretty warm. But extra fans were provided, which was a good addition. If you tend to be naturally hot, just take a downstairs bedroom like I did :-)
The cabin is in a good location and it’s own little community with mini golf, which was fun. The cabin also add great house length porches, with chairs and a swing on one. We also made use of the hot tub after a long day out and about.

Celebrated my birthday with my husband and 3 others couples. Enjoyed our stay very much. The view was gorgeous. Clean cabin and great communication with the property managers. Thanks so much

Our couples cabin/ birthday trip was amazing. The view is amazing and the locals are very friendly. The cabin was stocked and very clean. It was plenty of things to do on the Parkway. Walmart is down the street, which was a plus for the ladies because we cooked instead of eating out. The gameroom and the grill was a plus for the men. Overall it was an amazing birthday! We will be coming back.
4.7
This cabin was extremely spacious with a great view of the mountains. The gameroom was a bonus for the kids and adults.

enjoyable stay and a good location. would recommend anyone stay here.

The cabin was great. Great view, very spacious, hot tub was nice, game room had pool table, air hockey, video arcade , we loved it!
4.7
Everything was great regarding the cabin and amenities. We enjoyed the indoor pool, and putt putt. You may want to bring extra towels if you have a lot of people with you. I recommend not traveling here during Thanksgiving week due to the crowds. Otherwise it was great!
4.7
There were dead flies all in the tub upstairs and on the bed. Also, there were no extra blankets, sheets, etc for the pullout couches. But we still had a nice time. The kitchen had plenty of kitchenware to accommodate what we needed. The view on the back deck was amazing.

Cabin was great

Met our expectations

The cabin was in a great location and only a short drive to Pigeon Forge. The view was spectacular. Our group played putt-putt one evening which was very nice. Loved the fact there was a large enough table to eat our meals together
4.7
View was great and we enjoyed the putt putt golfing and swimming pool.
4.7
Had a great time with all the amenities
4.7
My family and I had a wonderful time. If we could’ve just stayed inside, we would’ve. Had everything you could imagine to do inside as well as in the community. My two year old loved exploring around the cabin. Very clean, easy to find, beautiful inside and out.

We went with our family of 10. Everyone did have somewhere to sleep. My husband, myself and my 5 year old took the upstairs room. The room was plenty big along with a huge awkward bathroom with an extremely small shower. The first night was miserable because it was about 80 degrees upstairs. I pulled out the fan from the closet and it was missing 2 blades so we could not use it. I did contact the owner and she had a fan there that next morning. We were given about 8 towels and washcloths for 10 people for 5 nights so we had to wash towels and cloths throughout the week which was annoying. Also we were given 2 trash bags and like 4 rolls of toilet paper so we also had to go purchase that which was also annoying. The lights out at the putt putt course stopped working so we could not utilize that amentity. I just felt for the price we paid the owner could have supplied a little more. We will not be back to this location in the future.

Great Cabin in a Wonderful Resort Area
Our family, plus another, visited Pigeon Forge for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. Our team chose this resort area due to the number of cabins available and location. Most of the team stayed in this resort, which was great for a few grilling get togethers, etc.
We personally had four adults and four children ages 9-11 at the Pinnacle View. The cabin was perfect for our needs! We loved the separate floor for the game room (not a loft) so the kids could be noisy and the adults could still chat/visit upstairs.
The beds were very comfortable (more on the firm side, which we all prefer). The cabin was overall very clean and the bedding was all very nice. There were plenty of linens for our stay (a plus)! The kitchen had a lot of what we needed, although some skillets could stand being replaced. There was a crock pot which came in super handy after long days at the ball fields! Outdoor grill in great shape. Visited the pool a few times. It is small, and was often busy. Loved the hot tub! Great cabin and resort -highly recommend!!
