This truly was a one of one experience as Brad and Amy are tremendous hosts and their Arbor Cottage is one of the most beautiful properties in all of Door County. My family and I cannot thank Brad and Amy enough for sharing their home with us and allowing us to have a phenomenal family vacation.

we can’t say enough, good things about our arbor cottage experience and the owners. They even treated us to dinner one night because of some minor inconvenience on exterior work being done while we were there! We would highly recommend them for your next VRBOvacation.

Our group of four mature professional women had a fantastic time during our 3-night stay at the gorgeous, comfy, and light-filled Arbor Cottage. It is beautifully decorated in a style that reminded me of many travels in Scandinavia. It is absolutely sparkling clean! The Cottage kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials (e.g cooking oils, spices) that one would need for cooking in if you like. Brad & Amy are gracious and friendly hosts who communicate immediately. In addition to all this, the location in downtown Ephraim could not have been better for exploring all that Door County has to offer. I have rented many properties during the past 20 years, and I honestly have to say that Arbor Cottage is one of the very best. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful, clean, welcoming, much larger than I even expected, really more than a cottage! Furnishing/decor so warm and cozy! Location is unbeatable, view from the sun/sitting room is breathtaking! Brad and Amy could not have been more kind / accommodating when I had unexpected scheduling issues. Would love to go back!

Brad and Amy are the ideal hosts who have created an exceptionally cozy and charming cottage complete with everything you need. I simply mentioned in a message some of the things we were hoping to do and when we arrived they had already researched and provided information (including personal favorites) so we could begin enjoying our experience right away. The view is gorgeous and the sunsets are spectacular! Thanks to their care and attention to detail we have memories galore to treasure.

Arbor Cottage is incredibly charming, cozy and comfortable. The hosts, Brad and Amy, couldn’t have been any more welcoming. The cottage is, as others have stated, incredibly well stocked. If you see an opening, book it. It’s fabulous any time of year.

We loved our stay at Brad & Amy's Arbor Cottage ~ it is decorated so adorable and impeccably clean. I was worried because they allow pets, but Brad said do not worry and he was so right - EXCELLENT!! Communication was A+!!
Location is perfect!! The house is stocked with everything you need: bathroom/shower essentials for your stay (not just a starter t-paper roll), stocked kitchen, games, puzzles...it was lovely!!! We did all the DC things: fish boils, festivals, shops, visited state/county parks, wineries, orchards, the Peninsula Theater for a hilarious play...we had an amazing trip!!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights . As soon as we walked in, I knew I loved it! Even better than the pictures show. You will need for nothing here. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The sunsets are indeed very beautiful. It was so nice to also have the outside spaces to gather, just so well done. The bathrooms are very roomy and have amazing showers with great water pressure. Very easy to walk anywhere around town and even a great hiking trail just up the hill in the nature preserve. So many places nearby to explore and next to Peninsula state Park which is also great for hiking no matter your abilities. We will certainly be back.

Absolute perfection!
We spent an amazing week at Arbor Cottage with our children, grandma & dog & every single detail was perfection! Even before we arrived the communication with the hosts was exceptional! When we arrived we immediately fell in love with the view & beautiful outdoor grounds! The home is so charming, decorated in fun yet calming decor! So many cute details throughout & everything was exceptionally clean. The hosts truly thought of every detail to make the stay special & comfortable. The location of the property & view….the decor, cleanliness & charm of the property…and the wonderful hosts cannot be beat! We are already talking about planning a return visit next year!

Absolutely Breathtaking
Arbor Cottage is beautiful!!!! The decor, location and wonderful hosts, (Brad and Amy) made our stay a slice of heaven! The cottage is immaculate, adorably furnished and the perfect spot for unbelievable sunsets! We ventured all around Door County on our stay, and we believe Arbor Cottage is hands down, the perfect gem of Ephraim and all of Door County! A wonderful getaway for a group of friends of all ages.
We loved the cottage, I had walked by it many time before when I was in Door County and fell in love with the outside. The inside was so cozy, comfortable and decorated to a tea, with so many unique touches. We enjoyed the chairs with the white gate by the water. It was so nice to sit and relax just looking at the bay.

Thoughtful additions
We loved our stay at Arbor Cottage in Ephraim, WI! The cottage was clean with many thoughtful additions (snacks, washing detergent, frosted mugs & others!). Our dog adjusted quickly to her new surroundings. Plus, it was a nice touch for Brad & Amy to offer several clear weather evenings with phenomenal sunsets!

A Lovely Thanksgiving Getaway
Our family of 4 plus one son's girlfriend, a family friend, and our dog really enjoyed our stay at Arbor Cottage. The Cottage had lots of space, with 2 living areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, and bedrooms that were comfortable. The Cottage was very clean and decorated for Thanksgiving. Green Bay was right across the street. Thanksgiving Day was cold and blustery and we all enjoyed experiencing the Bay with whitecaps and waves crashing on the rocks! Thanks to Brad and Amy for a great place to spend Thanksgiving!

Door County Fall
The location served us very nicely. We attended a fish boil just a block away at the Old Post Office restaurant, shopped at On Deck clothing store, toured several light houses, and enjoyed lots of good restaurants. The fall colors were splendid. The decor of our cottage fit with the fall experience. Very relaxing.

Perfect cottage with perfect location!
We have been coming to Door County every summer for a LONG time. Let's just say, we've already booked this cottage for next year! It is in the ideal location, the property is just beautiful and very well decorated. This is also the first rental we actually felt comfortable using the bedding, towels and everything in the kitchen without washing them before use. Brad and Amy are very welcoming and respect your privacy. Such a great place for a family!

Nothing short of perfection
This cottage is pure charm both inside and out; from the thoughtful outdoor seating areas to the perfectly designed interior. It was somewhat chilly while we were there (so outdoors were a no go) but the home offered several different areas that we could gather inside and enjoy the views of the harbor. The property owners have taken special care to select the most comfortable furniture, linens and mattresses and stocked the home with everything you could possibly need (they have literally thought of every last detail). The central Ephraim location is also a plus; you can walk to get coffee, dinner or ice cream (or just for a walk along the water).

Unbelievably darling house & great location!
We had a girls weekend here (20 & 30 somethings) and had such a nice time! It was a beautiful cottage with some spacious cozy gathering spaces and plenty of room for all of us to eat and relax. It was clean, nicely decorated and the owners were fantastic. And not to mention a perfect location right in the middle of Ephraim. I can’t speak highly enough of this quaint perfect little cottage. We will be back!

Beautiful Home Away From Home
We loved our week vacation, were thankful that our dog could come along, enjoyed the wonderful sunsets and convenient location, and really enjoyed our comfortable home away from home.

Magnificent!
We came here for a family sisters weekend to celebrate our moms birthday. Every one of us has different preferences when it comes to accommodations but let me tell you: every one of us absolutely adored this place!! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, all amenities included, and the location can’t be better. Amy and Brad went way out of their way to make sure we were happy. The views alone are worth the rent! We will be back!

Last minute & memorable trip
In order to cure some winter blues, we decided to sporadically come to Door for a little getaway and take our kiddos aide fishing. Brad and Amy’s Cottage was THE CUTEST! As a high risk family, I was able extremely happy with the cleanliness of the Cottage as well! We would definitely love to visit again especially once it is nicer out and more places are open.

Beautiful cozy cottage with a view
Host very helpful and quick to communicate and respond to questions. Cottage adorable and cozy with plenty of room and comfy beds. Location central for visiting the many state and county parks. It was a winter weekend visit with lots of snow and low wind chill temperatures. Still had great fun cross country skiing and hiking. The cottage kitchen, sitting areas, bedrooms, and baths were stocked with everything needed to make for a wonderful stay (plush towels, games, tourist information, coffee, and more)

Wonderful location with great views
What a wonderful home with terrific character and all the amenities. A perfect property for My wife and I and three kids (20, 17, and 12). Owners were quick to respond fully to all questions or inquiries. Had movies to watch and very easy to operate heaters in each room which was helpful given our stay was in January. Wonderful property and great character. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Door county!!
