After my family and I traversing Austria and northern Italy for 2 weeks, we ended our trip in Rome. This apartment was our favorite of the trip. Big, open bedrooms and the staff was very helpful. Further, AC was nice and strong which is something that is not common in Europe. Since Rome was in the middle of a heat wave, keeping the AC on the cooler side was sooo welcome to my USA based family.
While the apartment certainly isn’t cheap, it’s well worth the money. Would love to come back and stay here again, or even one of Amazing Suites other properties.

Our family was in Rome for a week as my daughter was playing soccer nearby. Francesca and the rest of the Amazing Suites Team were awesome and were so attentive to all our questions and needs. They even arranged transportation to and from the airport, recommended great restaurants and even a pottery place for us!!! The apartment itself is very spacious and clean and is exactly as depicted. There is an elevator so you don’t have to walk the three flights and you are 200 feet away from a taxi stand and right next to Piazza Navona. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and a ton of great gelato and restaurant options are all around the apartment, Definitely do not hesitate and the AC works great!!!

6 of us stayed here, and loved it. The VRBO itself is great, with a high quality AC unit in each room, an elevator to get in/out, and plenty of space.
2 highlights really stand out:
1. The location. We walked everywhere, and always felt well located. Food, gelato, the Colosseum, the Vatican, and everything else was only a few steps away.
2. Comms with the Host via WhatsApp. They helped us book shuttles to the train station, group tours, and were awesome.
I would highly recommend.

This is lovely apartment in a beautifully preserved historic building. The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was just as advertised and a perfect location and space for our family of 6 to stay for our visit to Rome. The communication and recommendations for restaurants and things to do was very helpful and arranging transportation to and from the airport was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was a beautiful place to stay. We would love to return some day!

Perfect location. Excellent communication and support for our stay from hosts. Furnishings and floors with a little wear and tear but everything was functioning properly and comfortable.

We walked all over Rome, and this location was very central - close to Piazza Navona! Plenty of space in all bedrooms. Master shower just a bit small, but other two were fine. It was a great space for 3 couples to spend time together in Rome!

We loved our time here. It’s very convenient and perfect location. We walked to all tourist sights and restaurants. Communication from host was excellent and they even set up a cooking class and dinner for the night of our arrival. Apartment was clean and photos very accurate. It was a wonderful place to stay with friends for a few days in Rome. Thank you

This apartment was lovely. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were newly renovated. There were 6 of us and we were all comfortable in the apartment. The location is very central and it is easy to get to restaurants and historic landmarks. Just a wonderful stay!

Great place and great location

We (four adults) stayed here for about a week in early April. The apartment is exactly as pictured in the listing. Three comfortable bedrooms, three en suite bathrooms plus kitchen and living room. The location is hard to beat — within walking distance of a thousand great restaurants and shopping. Campo di Fiori is a block away, transit, taxis and supplies are all right outside the front door. The hosts explained everything, gave some great recommendations and answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment. Location is excellent and is walkable to most—if not all—of the sites. Property was clean and comfortable and the host was available to assist with any and all requests.

Rooms were large, location was PERFECT, kitchen was well furnished, elevator worked every day. We did loose hot water late one night - the housekeeper was scheduled the next day so it was fixed by10:30 AM. Sheets and towels were good quality, all beds comfortable - we would love to stay there again when we go back to Rome.

Location was great! Property was big, each bedroom with a private bathroom.
Would have been nice, if gathering room had a sofa, comfy seating, as shown in the advertisement, vs, all the small tables, and stiff chairs. We either had to gather in the master bedroom,(library), or isolate in our bedrooms.
It served our needs nicely.

This location was perfect and the listing was exactly as it appeared online. Private suites for 3 couples. All sights were easily walkable as was the location for tour buses to other cities. Host was great to provide additional information upon check in as well as arranging transport to and from airport. Highly recommend this property.

We spent a wonderful three days in this Rome apartment. It was within walking distance of Vatican City as well as the ancient section of the city. It was clean, lovely and spacious. Our check-in was very smooth and easy. Georgia even gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants. I would make this my place to stay again without hesitation.

The apartment was just as stated in the ad.
The response from the owners were very accommodating.
One suggestion would be to provide a washing/ drying machine.

We stayed four nights for the Ryder Cup in Rome and enjoyed our stay. Francesca was a great host. She helped us in advance with restaurant reservations (and suggestions), and was there to help us check in. The apartment is very spacious with three king bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, although we only used two bedrooms as we were just two couples. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't do any cooking during our stay. There is a large living room in between two of the three bedrooms that could be better furnished to accommodate rentals. It was furnished less as a living room, and more like a sitting room with many chairs and a couple of tables. The online pictures show a tv over the fireplace, but there wasn't one installed when we arrived. Wi-Fi worked great as we had to catch up on work stuff while we were there. Only real downside was the water pressure and shower sizes in the bathrooms. If more than one person was showering at the same time there was very little water pressure, which made it difficult to shower at times.

Great place to stay! Communication with the hosts were easy. All 3 rooms had “North American king size beds” and comfortable too!! Each room was spacious and bathroom size was plenty adequate. Great location to walk and see the sites, shop, or enjoy the local restaurants. Catching a taxi was very close and easy. It had a working elevator to get us and our luggage up to the 3rd floor. It had a full kitchen but we did not use it. We all enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was exactly as pictured. Beautifully upgraded while maintaining the character of Rome. Absolutely loved our stay here. Very responsive owner/manager. Highly recommend.

I have never worked with a management company that attended to well and quickly to our needs and questiions!!
The property was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly!!! We felt very lucky. My only comment would be that the living room was strange in that it only contained tables and chairs. It was no problem but a couch would have been nice Very happy with our choice

This apartment was perfectly situated in the heart of Rome, near Piazza Navona. Spacious and comfortable, with strong A/C units that kept us cool at night, even in July. We were within east walking distance to the Pantheon and the market at Campo de Fiori.
On our last day in Rome, a rare power outage shut down electricity to the entire block. Our property manager Francesca was extremely helpful. She quickly relocated us to another property with no extra charge, even paying for a large van to get us there!
Thank you for outstanding customer service!!!
Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the support we received from the team managing this property! They handled our transportation from & to the airport and even got us a tour of the Vatican & Colosseum when most tour places were sold out.
Yes, the elevator did "break" once while we were there (it seems to have something to do with people not shutting both the interior & exterior elevator doors), but it was fixed almost immediately.
I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

Very well appointed. Location was central. Could walk to most sites. Plenty of water available to us as it was hot. Air conditioning was fabulous and so was the lift.

This was only my second time booking a room that was not a standard hotel. When there is no actual lobby it can make an arrival a somewhat nervous event. But I went ahead with this booking because I wanted an apartment and not just a small hotel room, especially as my young son was visiting Rome for the first time. The Amazing Suite Rome staff was great at putting my mind at ease. I was in regular contact before the flight and when I landed. Francesca met us in front of our apartment as we arrived by taxi and gave us a full orientation. I had a bit of a mishap after regular office hours but was still able to get help on an after hours contact that someone monitors - and that me feel more relaxed at staying at a place with no immediate physical help that a lobby typically offers. Renting a room from Amazing Suite Rome is much better than renting from a lone owner because they have staff managing several units. The apartment is huge which I loved though there is not much a living room per se (which was fine as the main bedroom was gynormous - and it is bigger in real life than in their marketing photo). The apartment is (for lack of a better word) "Gothic" in style with great paintings on the ceilings and "hidden" doors (to master washroom and closets) If you love that style then you will love this apartment because you won't find many like that. But I would advise that if you really do not like "Gothic" you may not find the ambience a bit challenging to one's senses.

Like it’s name, this Piazza Navona apartment was amazing! So clean and spacious. Decorated like a palace. Location can’t be beat, just steps away from Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori and across the street from the Pantheon. Hosts kept great communications throughout the booking and reservation and were there to greet and orient us. They even arranged airport transport. Security and elevator access were great. Perfect for our family and our 6 month old grandson. We loved all being in the same apartment vs a hotel.

Could not have asked for anything more! Transportation from airport to accommodations were arranged for us, seamless check-in, great location and clean. Would stay here again.

An apartment full of style and luxury in a great location. Steps from the fountain of four rivers and the Campo de Fiori. Hire Flaminia for dinner, you will not be disappointed. Our host Nicolleta did a great job of accommodating us.

Great location. Easy check in process. Venue as advertised. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable. No real living room area so harder to sit and chat with group members. Overall very good experience.

While I was initially most interested in the space itself, the service we received made it exceptional! Our host, Francesca was there for everything we needed - arranging rides to and from the airport, greeting us at checking, offering suggestions on places to see, restaurants to visit, and even troubleshooting a minor plumbing issue. The hot water heater was not working on our last day but she worked with her team to walk us through the required pressure adjustment. In 20 minutes we had hot water and were preparing for our trip back home.
The place served as our "base camp" for our week of exploring. The bulk of Rome's sights were no more than a 25 minute walk away.
Cannot recommend it enough.

The apartment was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Perfectly located to be within walking distance of the Vatican, Coliseum, Piazza Navona, and many other areas of interest, with an endless choice of restaurants nearby.

I cannot recommend this property and the management company Amazing Suites enough. Truly the easiest and best VRBO experience we have ever had. The apartment was also perfect and the location can’t be beat.

A lovely and spacious apartment in an ideal (historic center) location. Kitchen is acceptable, not best if you plan to cook a lot. Good bedrooms with bathrooms; not much of a common area (living/dining room), however. The elevator is unreliable, if that’s an issue for you (out of service twice in our weeklong stay).

The apartment is in an excellent location and everything is walkable. Very clean, huge apartment and our family of four was quite comfortable. The hosts were wonderful at communication and helped us with transfers. Hope to be back! Thank you so much!!
