Had a great 2 weeks at Nancy's VRBO. Very close to many parks for hikes or kayac, cute eateries, Winn Dixie, and the beautiful Gulf. So glad we came here to explore the area.

It was a satisfactory place and met our needs. I can tell the owner is working on updates, however it was misleading in the fact it was just an add on or a renovated section from the main house which was a law office. No one was there so it wasn’t an issue, but I feel it should have been disclosed. I was under the assumption it was structure in itself. Also the refrigerator did leak throughout our stay which the owner felt was just condensation, but it appeared to need repaired and the toilet was loose so my husband had to tighten it- it probably needs to also be repaired. Since we were there for only two nights it sufficed but I probably will not book it again.

easy to get to area sights and restaurants, nice quiet place

Commode runs constantly, if you turn around in the cigar shower you cut the water off with your shoulder. every room is at a different level from living room. Microwave is so high up you burn yourself taking soup out. Blinds are for bigger window, All furnishings lok to be purchased from garage sales. Front deck trip hazzard. Will not return there

This is such a cute little bungalow. Perfect for me while I was in FL visiting family. Everything I could need for my stay, which was almost a month. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you could need. The area has a lot within walking distance and a beautiful drive along the river with great places to stop and have a picnic lunch watching the water wild life.

Our trip was short, wish it could have been longer to enjoy more.

I like to see railing or a ram. For Handicap. And things for a short paper can reach.

Moved from this town and location over 50 years ago and lived close by on the same street across from the Pithlachascotee River. Wasn't a hard decision for us to pick this one and it proved perfect. Will use this one again when returning home.

Met our Needs
Was surprised that this rental was in the back part of an attorney's office made into an apartment. We only stayed a couple nights so it met our needs. It was clean but I would suggest the mattress be replaced as we sank to the middle.

Met my needs. I came in for business and did not spend much time here. Property was clean, easy to find and access. Nancy was friendly & quick to respond to any questions. This is a small 1 bedroom apt. Not luxury but had all the basics w/parking and a nice little patio w/chairs. Walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs or white noise. There are a few bars close by. I could hear every neighborhood noise - music, people talking outside at midnight, early morning lawn care etc. Would stay again at this price point.

The accomodations are clean and basic, with a good location. I could sit outside the fence in the grass (on the Regis Street side of the building) and watch a bit of the Cotee River. A mile drive south on Grand Avenue let us enjoy the outside dining options and park space of downtown New Port Richey. Heading west across US 19 let us enjoy sunsets, usually with dolphins, at the Port Richey Waterfront Park. I walked to the Honda dealership and back easily while getting my oil changed one day. Parking was easy on the Regis Street side. Wal-Mart is convenient.During our stay I angled the bed slightly and added improvised side tables so we could watch the TV (in the living area) while in bed. We didn't use the washer and dryer, but it was nice to know they were there in the shed. We checked in early, and had no problems. The shower is fairly tight with few convenient places to store shampoo bottles, etc. On Superbowl weekend we could hear the patrons of the bars just north on Grand Blvd, and occasionally during the weekdays the muffled voice of the attorney in the front of the building.

My first stay in Port Richey, FL
Very nice stay at this cozy cottage and owner Nancy very hospital and accommodating. Very close to restaurants and other attractions. The cottage is suitable for a couple or single visitors. Not intended for a family stay.

If you're looking for a clean, cozy and quiet place to stay at an affordable price, this is it! Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for following day. I contacted Nancy (the owner of the rental) to see if we could adjust our dates. She was so nice, understanding and very accommodating. This place had everything we needed while visiting family here in Port Richey. We will remember this place the next time we're in the area.

Great location, great price.
The location and price are great. Just north of the Tampa Bay area, it's very easy and quick to get around. There are many great restaurants and beaches nearby as well. The place itself is simple but has everything you need. It's clean and the owners are nearby. I would stay again.

Wonderful location in safe neighborhood
My 2nd stay at the same place, what does that tell you? Once again it was a PERFECT getaway. Close to my family and the birthday celebration that spurred the trip. Once off US 19 you have the feel of being out of the city, nestled along a riverfront community that features a beautiful park and many waterfront restaurants for dining. The bungalow is very clean and features a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals when you don't feel like dining out. Our stay coincided with a heat wave in Florida and no matter the triple digit temperature outside, our bungalow was a welcome relief as the a/c kept us cool, dry and so comfortable. Looking forward to next year's birthday bash partly for the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you ever so much Nancy - I highly recommend this secret treasure for anyone visiting the Port Richey and surrounding area.

Perfect little apartment! Quiet neighborhood even on a holiday weekend. Close to food, the river and not far from the gulf. Will definitely use it again if available when I'm back in Port Richey!

A Great Stay
We had a wonderful time during our 3/19 stay. The apartment was available even earlier than anticipated and was spotless. Nancy was a great host and was quick to respond to our questions/needs. The location is a real plus. Quick walk or bike to several local restaurants and great for a scenic walk along the Cotee River. We'll be back!
