About this house rental
Have you read our awesome reviews. This vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything yet you feel like you are in your own resort. Relax by your own private oasis with pool with trickling waterfall. Look up at all the beautiful palm trees. Hang out in a beautifully landscaped back yard with an oversized covered patio with enough outdoor seating for your entire group. You may find it hard to leave your home so there is a brand new Gas Grill, with searing burner and side element for your use. STR License#0000359
This well laid out 4 bedroom 2.5 bath rancher is unique as the neighborhood is surrounded by one level homes, with large privacy walls between neighbors. You have no-one looking down into your private yard. An immaculately maintained park with Basketball Courts, Soccer field, a running track and covered playground are located just across the street.
We are sure you will enjoy this comfortably furnished home, that is perfect for families or friends. There is plenty of room to spread out. We have a games room, with a 55' HD TV, Sony Gaming Console, air hockey (and ping pong table in the garage). The Kids can hang out in the games room while you relax in 1 of two large sitting areas. The living room has a view of the pool and has 2 large couches with 2 matching chairs, or you could watch TV on another 55' HD TV (2nd sony gaming console) in the family room with a comfy couch and loveseat and 2 chairs. In the evenings the whole group may enjoy playing cards or roulette at the custom wood and felt game table located off the living room.
Enjoy a goodnight sleep in 1 of 4 rooms, 1) “The Beach room” has Queen size pillow top bed it is done up in the fresh calming colors and textures of the beach, 2) “The Music Room” queen size pillow top bed, decorated to the theme of music and relaxation,3) Games Room which has bunk beds and a double sofa sleeper, 4) the Master has a high end Stearns and Foster King mattress, this beautifully decorated peaceful room is attached to the covered patio by large sliding French doors with a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, large soaker tub and separate glass shower. The master bedroom has a 47' flat screen TV, Blu-ray Player, Direct TV. All bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need including large pool towels. We also stock all soaps (Dish, Bath) Shampoo, Conditioner, and Shower Gel for your convenience. We have enough dishes, cutlery and patio dishes for the entire group. We have video games and DVDs as well as board games for you to enjoy.
We charge a one time cleaning fee, however if you would like the house cleaned while you are staying at the house it can be arranged for an additional fee.
With all the activities to do at the home you may have a hard time squeezing in NASCAR which is 25 min away or MLB Spring training our home is within minutes from the Goodyear Ballpark (Cleveland Indian & Cincinnati Reds), Peoria Complex (Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres). Why not head in to downtown Phoenix and catch a Diamondbacks baseball game or a Phoenix Suns Basketball game, being Canadian we love to support the NHL and Phoenix just so happen to have great NHL team, the Coyotes. If you love football: You are only 15 minutes from the magnificent new Cardinal stadium.
If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with 4 top notch courses within a few minutes from our house you can start your game early and be back at the pool for a Siesta.
Goodyear is a newer area within greater Phoenix, and it’s character is reflected in the beautifully landscaped boulevards and shopping centers. It is a quiet part of Phoenix compared to Mesa or central Phoenix.
Everything you need is within a 3 minute drive, or you can take a 10 minute walk to groceries, coffee or restaurants. You will really enjoy your stay here, with the whole family or just on your own!

Overall we loved our stay. It is super close to spring training. The house has lots of room for little kids to enjoy and a park within walking distance. The only con would be that the pool and spa don’t heat at the same time and you aren’t told that until you arrive and that it takes your whole first day to heat the pool, which you are paying for, so you don’t get to enjoy the pool the whole first day.

This property was located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes to Goodyear Ballpark. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub, comfortable beds and ambiance of the house. It was perfect for our group of 8 and the owner, Kim, was easy/friendly to contact. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was a great location to enjoy soring training in the mornings, and the pool and hot tub in the afternoon/evening. The air hockey table was a huge hit with my kids. Kim was very responsive to the few questions I had. The house provided plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to be back!

We loved this house for its multiple gathering spaces for family fun. The heated pool was a highlight for the grandkids. The provided towels and quiet neighborhood was a plus! Both bathrooms have some water damage and need some attention but overall we loved this property.

Perfect house
Spacious, layout of house was spread out. Everyone had their own space when needed or gathered together in the great room or out by the pool. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great house for hanging out
I came down with some friends to watch baseball, and we spent most of our time at the house while not at the games. We had an awesome time, got the hot tub/pool heated and spent some time every day in there, played some air hockey, and generally kept entertained at the house.
The house is pretty big, everyone had plenty of room, showers had nice pressure, kitchen had plenty of utensils/appliances, beds were comfortable. Basically a nice house that doesn't have any issues I've experienced in other rentals.

The house was so spacious - we could have had twice as many people and still been comfortable. Great location - close to some fun day hikes, the expressways and many restaurants.

Mini getaway for sports event and fun
This property had all the amenities you would need with a perfect location. Close to activities and grocery store. The patio/pool area was WONDERFUL and plenty of space inside for everyone to have their own area. Comfy beds and furniture and even had games for everyone to play. It was perfect for us that had girls the same age that could stay together in one room and 2 sets of parents to be able to each have their own rooms as well. Only thing I would say that could use a small improvement was the dishes were put back in the cupboard dirty but other than that it was great! Kim was very quick to answer any questions and was very easy to get a hold of.

The property was just as described. My family enjoyed the heated pool. The neighborhood was wonderful and close to US 10. I appreciated the thorough instructions that made getting situated in the house very easy. Highly recommend.

We had an easy checkin, the door codes and alarm codes all worked. The house was very clean and tidy and brighter than the pictures! Everyone loves the layout of the house. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the warm sunlight and watching the evening sunset. No problems at all with spa and pool, didn't take long to get them warm. Plenty of pool towels for all of us. This house is very well stocked with all the dishes and kitchen ware you could ever need. Clear instructions on check out procedures. We had so much fun with just hanging around and playing games! Grocery stores very close for whatever you need. A special thanks to Kim for finding our lost ring and returning it! 10/10 would rent it again.

Christmas in Arizona
We spent Christmas in Arizona with our Son who is stationed at Luke, AFB. Very close proximity. Beautiful Home, well supplied and organized. We unfortunately ran into a couple issues, no fault of the owners, but communication with the owners was great. They responded and resolved issues quickly! Unfortunately, the only thing we couldnt figure out or resolve during our stay was the pool heater, but owner offered refund on payment we made to heat the pool. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Our family and friends were in town for a swim meet for our kids. We stayed in this home for the weekend and it was perfect for us! The home is spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. The pool was very nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were two refrigerators for us to use and the ice machine in the big fridge worked great! Communicating with the host was very easy and they responded right away. Highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area!

We could not have been more pleased with this property, it was way more than we had expected! Kim and Jason have a very welcoming property and the floor plan is outstanding, they've really thought of everything.
