We really enjoyed our stay in Sarvisberry 3021. Outpost had the condo stocked with all of the soaps and supplies we needed as well as a huge number of towels. Everything was very bright and comfortable and luckily the weather cooperated and we stayed cool. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed evening walks and often saw moose and foxes roaming around! We highly recommend staying here during your next visit to the Jackson Hole area. It is conveniently located approx. half way between the Grand Teton National Park and Jackson, WY. There's so much to do in both places.

We loved our time at the condo and in Wilson. We even saw a fox outside the condo and it was a very comfortable place to stay.

We spent two weeks at this condo and it was wonderful. It was really clean. It was depicted as the listing is shown. It was very easy to check in. We loved the window seat in the condo to watch nature. The heated floors were also a major plus! Overall we would recommend it and stay here again!

Great spot, not too far from Tetons or Jackson. Small store and good coffee/pastry nearby. Neighborhood made for a nice evening walk. Kitchen was sufficient for making dinner for the four of us. We were a bit warm while sleeping, we quickly learned that the heat worked very well even when turned low.

We were there for 2 days. Loved the condo and its layout. It had everything we could want. Communication was great, too. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. FYI - There is roadwork nearby that made for extra long wait times on the road getting to and from Jackson. Don’t know when that will change.

Trip to Tetons
Property was not ready when we got there after check in time. Door lock was broken, toenails on the rug from previous guests, hair in downstairs bathroom shower and stains on sheets & pillowcases. Also had a cigarette smell from previous guests.

Fell short for the high price paid…
Not sure where to start so I guess let’s start at the beginning
1). Front door. Inside deadbolt lock disabled and taped up leaving only the electronic lock which can be opened from outside. Not secure. Your owners manual even states to use the deadbolt for added security. No deadbolt exists. What the heck.
2). Entire unit has such a strong smoke smell it is nauseating.
3). Back patio screen has been ripped off and is just leaning on the wall. Can’t leave patio door open to cool off and air out the unit since there is not screen.
4). Black stains on living room ceiling.
5). Neither fan in the downstairs bedroom closet works properly.
6). Upstairs bed linens stained.
7). Upstairs bathroom lighting is not working properly. Very dim and the small mirror light doesn’t come on at all. Light over shower strobes.
8). Upstairs bathroom black stains on ceiling above shower.
9). Dangerous metal sticking out of upstairs bathroom shower wall. I injured my arm on it when toweling it off.
10). No working clocks in the whole unit.
11). Downstairs TV does not work on cable channels.
12). Upstairs bathroom left side sink drains slowly.
13). The blinds in both bedrooms do not cover the bottom 2” of the windows leaving that gap causes the 5:30am sunlight to pour in making sleep impossible.
This was a very expensive dad and daughter trip and we have been disappointed that what we thought and expected to be 5 star accommodations is in reality really just 2-3 star.
Outpost should be doing the right thing by your owners and customers.

Could have been better…
No ice cubes. Torn widow cushion. No gas lighter for fireplace, no starter kits for fire.
And no surprise and delights, for example a bottle of wine or champagne.
At this price, all of the above are obvious improvements that would normally be present.
I liked the design and location of the property however, but no one is paying attention to those things that would cause a first time renter to either stay again, or recommend the property and experience to friends or family.

Berry Patch Condo
The Condo has been significantly renovated and modernized compared to most units in the Aspens. A highlight is the radiant floor heating. The kitchen could use more plates, cups, and silverware but it is otherwise well appointed. We've stayed here before and will stay here again.

A great place to stay
This property is located about 10-15 minutes away from both JHMR and the city of Jackson, making it super convenient to get around. It was very clean with most of the amenities that you would want. The entire place was well furnished and very comfortable for my group of 3. The heat was difficult the regulate, which was one of our only issues, but the heated tiles were incredible. I would 100% recommend.

Incredible!
This stylish stay was amazing. The inside was so well done - we enjoyed the warm tiles and fireplace with the 40° weather this week. Property managers were so helpful and made the check in / question process so smooth. Could not recommend more!

Great Place
Very nice place and location. There is no Air conditioning so you need to make use of the windows at night. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, clean comfortable beds. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon was the overall cleanliness of the floors and upholstery on the couches.
Especially at this time of heightened awareness I think a little extra attention to the details would have been nice.

Updated Condo in the Aspens
The highlight of this property is the radiant floor heating which kept us warm on the coldest of days. We enjoyed our stay in this updated condo with recent appliances and fixtures. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook any kind of meal but there were limited number of plates and bowls for eating. We would definitely stay here again in the serenity of the Berry Patch

Family of Four and Would Stay Again
Five night stay. in Jan 2019
Great location. Short drive to Teton Village. Community has a small market for some groceries, sandwiches and basic household items.
Corner unit so windows on two sides. Bright in the a.m. View of the Tetons our of the back. Didn't use the deck. Too cold and it was pretty small.
Two story unit starting on the second level.
Layout was perfect for what we needed. 2x Single beds for the kids on the first level. Queen bed for parents on 2nd level. Big closet in master. Enough space for all our winter and ski gear. Hooks by front door a smart add for hanging jackets, vests, gloves, etc.
Updated kitchen appliances. Small but we weren't making extravagant meals.
Biggest pro: Outpost was extremely responsive to questions and issues. The WiFi router stopped working midway through stay and they came by to replace while we were out for the day. I had to work in the late evenings so it was an important fix for us. They were responsive to a few other minor questions we had.
Other pros: heating came via heated tile floors throughout the whole unit. Nice to have in dead of winter.
Bird feeders just beyond the windows attracted deer to watch. Feeders probably maintained by owners of the ground level unit.
Cons: no deal breakers here but if I had to list some...
Front door very drafty (I could see plenty of light coming through the door jam). It was minus -8 degrees F for the first two days of the stay so we had to jack up the heat to counteract. Windows and bookshelves behind living room TV also drafty. Less of an issue in spring and summer I guess.
Needs more silverware of all kinds. Always makes me chuckle when a rental unit has a complete set of Calvin Klein plate ware (like this unit has) but a mishmash of silverware that looks like it was taken from the local diner and pubs.We had to wash silverware after bfast if we planned to eat dinner in the unit. Also needs more and bigger drinking glasses.
Needs a new paint job.
Floor heaters were off when we arrived. The unit was probably 45 degrees inside. Did I mention it was minus -8F outside? Took a few hours for the floor heaters to get up to temp. Spent the first few hours wearing gloves and hat indoors. Outpost should have kept the heat on at room temp on arrival days. I will say the floor heaters can make the unit really warm when at full blast.

Very nice overall
The condo is very nice, super quiet area. Nice amenities, with moose & elk cruising around early am or pm.
5 minutes drive from Teton village , 15 minutes drive from Jackson.

Quaint condo near Grand Teton
The condo had everything we needed and was close to Grand Teton and a 15-20 minute drive to Jackson Hole. The Aspens neighborhood is nice and quiet with a local grocery store. The condo is pretty small with not much room for more than four adults. It would be fine for a family of four. No views from the back porch which would have been a plus, but overall a nice stay.

Really good condo
Great property. Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Jackson Hole Ski resort. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Jackson. Small local grocery store for basics. Plenty of linens, towels, and necessaries. Only negatives were personal preferences. Electric cooktop not my favorite and modern furnishings not super comfortable after hard day on slopes. But all in all, a good place. Would stay here again.

The apartment is in an excellent location, clean and well-appointed.
A few minor issues in plumbing were immediate resolved by helpful Outpost staff. The location of the Aspen Market made it very convenient. The website should mention that it is in the Aspens, for those not from the area this is surprisingly useful.

Spotless, well-stocked, comfortable home. Wished we could have stayed longer! Felt like home.
Appreciated the nearby food market, an easy walk for quality foods and supplies. Torn between cooking in the delightful kitchen and meals out in the surrounding area! We did both.

Stunning views!
The Condo was everything we hoped it would be! After spend five days in Yellowstone it was nice to come to a place to relax and cook a home cooked meal. The grocery store at the turn in has a nice butcher and everything you may need to feel at home. Jackson is a charming town with great entertainment and places to eat .
We will be back to visit again.

Great Property
This was a perfect spot for a quick weekend to Jackson and the Teton Village. We shared it with another couple and it was perfect. The living space is cozy but not too tight and the rooms were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
