Unit B5 is 1563 square feet with a large balcony boasting an incredible view of the reef. The condo is beautifully appointed with two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the reef and the main pools and hot tubs. Each bedroom has a large adjoining bathroom.
A gourmet’s kitchen is available should you decide to cook your own meals. All the appliances are full size and cookware, utensils, glassware, etc are readily available. In addition to the dining room, there is a granite countertop breakfast bar to enjoy.
If you would prefer to eat out, enjoy a cocktail poolside then head to the community building to enjoy a delicious dinner or lunch at one of two top restaurants on the island. Or grab a pizza and hang out on your veranda or by the pool.
.Feel like venturing out to eat? There is so many establishments, that it is impossible to pick one. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the resort so bring a flashlight (and some bug spray) if you intend to walk to enjoy your evening

We came for a couples anniversary trip for the first time to Belize and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!!! Mrs Dianne answered all of my ridiculous questions and the grand caribe resort was also super helpful! They made everything go as smoothly as possible! Upon arrival they had happy anniversary on each bed which was super sweet and we were not expecting that lol. We loved everything about the location of the Grand Caribe on the island. It was perfect! Also we loved where we were located at the resort. It was easy access to all the amenities. We had the best time and are looking to returning next year! Thank y’all for having us!!

We booked this condo for one night because we decided to stay an extra night in San Pedro and our original condo wasn’t available. The condo was very nice, check in was seamless and perfect for our family of four. The Grande Caribe resort is a wonderful property! Thanks for sharing this wonderful condo!

Grand Caribe was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. Super easy to book the condo, check in, arrange flights and tours, and rent a golf cart. Condo was perfect size for a family of four, with a lovely view of the pool and ocean!

We loved our stay at Grand Caribe. The condo was very comfortable and the resort staff was quick to help with any requests. The resort has a nice shop on location for simple foods, drinks, sunscreen etc. We opted to have breakfast in our condo daily but did venture out for meals in the area for lunch and dinner. Everything was so clean! The laundry service was a huge plus with the housekeeping service being a daily option. We did kayak to the reef from the resort and snorkeled many days...we saw many fish and even a few nurse sharks hidden in the reef. Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The condo unit was very nice and clean. Check in process was easy. Daily housekeeping and laundry if you want. I have been to Belize four times. This was the best accommodations yet.
Belize is amazing. Food is unreal good. We like to reef fish, spear fish and lobster hunt.

So Beautiful and So Much Fun!!
Beautiful property, beautiful unit! Wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the amenities on the resort. The unit was very clean beautifully decorated. It was 5 of us women with plenty of space. Diane was very quick to respond to my messages, and very accommodating when I made a reservation mistake. We will definitely come back if she will have us.

We had a fabulous time. The rental and property are gorgeous. The kids loved the pools and the adults loved dinner at Rain. We made multiple trips via gulf cart to secret beach and that was our favorite.

We had an amazing week at Grand Caribe. The property itself is super clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way. The restaurants are fabulous, and the beach is beautiful. All the beach and pool chairs were in great shape and we had no issue finding a chair throughout the day. We loved the free use of the kayaks and paddle boards as well. The unit itself is wonderful. Although the pictures don’t really show a lot of sunlight, there is plenty that comes in making you feel more connected to the outdoors. This unit also has the best view of the pool and beach! It’s super clean and has everything you need to live comfortably. The unit comfortably accommodated our family of five. The second bedroom for the kids had a queen bed and an additional single bed was brought in to accommodate our three boys (ages 15, 15, and 18). There was lots of space, and although we weren’t inside much, we did eat breakfast and lunch in our unit every day. We bought groceries from both the local grocery store ‘Beach Basket’ and some things we got in San Pedro. We found the prices were the same, but in San Pedro there was more selection. Fruit and veggies must be bought from the local markets in town as well. Fruit/veggie stands are everywhere on Tuesdays. Diane the owner was great! She was quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the island, and accommodating. We went to some amazing restaurants for dinner. The restaurants on the property are really good, but expensive. Stella’s is a short walk from the resort and we loved it. They are wonderful owners and the food is reasonably priced and incredible. They will also cook your catch. We went fishing and caught several snapper and grouper and they made us a wonderful meal with it for about $20Bz/person. Another great restaurant is Mamba’s. They will pick you up/drop you off by boat for free. It’s a small boutique style hotel and restaurant but the food is spectacular. One thing to know is that every restaurant is slow. This wasn’t an issue for us because we were on vacation and we quite enjoyed the slower pace of life on the island. Lastly, Hol Chan for snorkeling was the best! Diane thank you for opening your home to us. We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this condo was amazing. Perfect location, great amenities, and an organized owner. Belize is an amazing country and the Grand Caribe on Ambergeis Key is a perfect place to stay to explore ocean and land activities. We will be back for sure.

Best vacation ever!
Our family had a great vacation in Belize and absolutely loved the Grand Caribe resort and the condo we stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, the view was spectacular, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the in-room laundry service was especially nice.. I'm already looking forward to my next trip and will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful well cared for resort
We had a very relaxing stay with our son and the unit was perfect for us with two en-suites and a lovely deck and view. Our son was diving and we were snorkelling so it was great that the trips picked us up from our wharf . The diving was great and the water very clear. We self catered most of the time as eating out was expensive. The kitchen was well equipped for this
The resort was very quiet so we often had the lovely pools to ourselves which we enjoyed.

Incredible resort - awesome family vacation
Our family of 5 (kids 13, 10, 10) had a wonderful experience at Grand Caribe. The condo unit was spacious and well equipped with a nice view overlooking the pools and ocean. Daily service was excellent. Staff was very nice. Amenities at GC were excellent. We only booked one activity through Grand Caribe; the others we used Creative Tours Belize for two excellent private boat tours - highly recommend. We have stayed at many VRBO locations in the Carribean and Hawaii - Grand Caribe ranks right at the top. We will definitely return.

Fantastic property! Highly recommended!
We stayed 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and well run. Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was really nice, great view, and kept very clean. The property manager was very helpful in getting us transferred from airport to hotel and back. Food at the Rain and Aqua View restaurants was excellent and reasonably priced. All in all, would definitely stay there again!

Excellent Condo and Overall Resort for a Family with Teens
My wife , two late teen boys and I stayed at this property and really appreciated the layout, large deck, ocean and pool views and cleanliness. Starting with the Grande Caribe resort, the service, food and overall property was excellent. We also appreciated a condo-style resort which had wonderful amenities (including a good gym and convenience market), but not the noise of hotels which sometimes have people organizing games, etc. The concierge was also helpful in booking snorkeling trips that pickup right off the dock of the hotel. The condo itself was gorgeous, extremely clean and well appointed. It was also quiet. Another feature we didn't fully realize until we were there is that there is daily laundry service for clothes (that are washed in a r}oom adjacent to this specific condo, so you don't have to worry about them getting lost.
The only negative thing I would say about the place (which I believe applies for most of this part of Ambergris Caye), is that the beaches are somewhat narrow, and the swimming is limited (small swimming area with some sharp rocks). That being said, there are excellent pools (six of them) and there was plenty of room to lay in chairs on the beach. I highly recommend this property for others!

Paradise! Beautiful inside and out!
The view from this condo was breathtaking! My favorite part of the day was having coffee on the balcony and seeing the ocean and the trees surrounded by the beautiful pools and landscaping. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was one of the best vacations we have been on, and I can’t wait to go back! There is so much to do on the island, and the food was delicious. The resort is located perfectly between town and a “secret beach”. The resorts private beach and pools are a great way to relax. Our condo was equipped with everything we needed to stay in and cook if we wanted. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The staff are very helpful and polite and facility mechanicals are well kept.

Great Place and Great Location!
I cannot wait to go back down to this place again. My only regret is not being able to spend more time there. The living accommodations, staff, and available amenities are five star worthy. I have been to Belize two times before and this condo was by far better than other places I have stayed. The condo comes equipped with with everything you may need and then more! It was very clean and customer service was excellent. The location is great with plenty to do right around the resort (kayaking, paddle boarding, Rain restaurant, bars, etc.) and it is very easy to go into downtown San Pedro. I highly recommend this place to all people!

Beautiful paradise location at Grande Caribe
Absolutely the best vacation my husband and I have ever had!! The Belizian locals were friendly and helpful during our travels to Grande Caribe, Ambergris Caye. From the moment that we arrived at the airport, traveled by taxi, water ferry and until our departure, we were continually delighted by the culture. And our amazement when we arrived at our vacation rental seemed to good to be true. Our condo was astonishing beautiful. Spacious two bedroom, two bath was beautifully decorated and very clean. The condo overlooked
several pools and the Caribbean Sea. Our vacation exceeded anything we could have anticipated. We are definitely going to book this location again. Thank you for providing an excellent venue :-) Bob & Rose

Beautiful condo in a spectacular area!! It's unBelizeable!!!!!!
Just got back a few days ago from a 10 day stay with another couple. Our experience was absolutely great from beginning to end! Diane was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. I emailed her more than once with questions and she was always prompt to respond and offered answers and ideas. The condo itself was just as beautiful as shown, and the resort exceeded our expectations as far as customer service and cleanliness. They were wonderful to work with for booking our puddle jumper, golf cart, excursions and massages. They did a great job of tidying up the beach and the pool areas every morning, as well as cleaning the condo daily and doing any laundry we wanted. We took a reef fishing excursion one morning and my husband was able to cook our snapper bounty using the cookware at the condo. We did stock up on some groceries in San Pedro the day we arrived and then bought supplies as needed at the market right at the resort. The food and drinks from the pool bar area were all great, and the waitstaff were very attentive whenever we were at the beach or pool. We enjoyed the location because we could walk on the beach both to the north and south and we found several bars and restaurants within walking distance (Dive Bar, Ak Bol, Aji, Palapas Bar) as well as many on our golf cart (Truck Stop, Pirates Treasure--HIGHLY recommend doing the Chef's Table for dinner, Melt Cafe and more in San Pedro). We were very happy with the excursions booked through the resort, Hol Chan snorkel tour, reef fishing and Lamanai Mayan ruins tour and absolutely loved our massages on the beach. We would definitely recommend Diane's condo and the resort to friends and family and are looking forward to another stay in the future.

We enjoyed a relaxing and wonderful week at this stunning two bedroom home in Ambergris Caye! Everywhere you look you see a lovely detail, or a jaw dropping view of the Caribbean.
The beds are very comfy, with two gorgeous bath rooms, and a VERY well appointed kitchen. We loved the graceful artwork, and the porch is just terrific.
The grounds are immaculate, with gracious staff, and the service... Flawless!
Walk to a lovely private pier, well equipped with kayaks and snorkel gear... Enjoy a meal at "Rain", also an easy walk.
Don't miss out on this lovely home! The owners, if you get to meet them, are fantastic people!

Icredible luxury beachfront vacation!
My friends and I stayed for a full week and had an incredible time!! It was the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. We first arrived on a Saturday and were greeted with exceptional service at the front lobby. They gave us our keys and directed us to our luxurious apartment with ocean views. We toured the beautiful resort area where there was a swim up pool bar and a friendly and accommodating staff. The apartment was nothing short of spectacular. The master bedroom's view looked directly out to the azul ocean and gorgeous sand. Off the master bedroom was a balcony with chairs and a table perfect for lunch and gazing up at the stars at night. The master bath had a jacuzzi tub and large stand up shower with a two person vanity perfect for sharing. The living room had a large couch and oversized chair with a tv and coffee table. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous with its beautiful finishes and marble countertops. It's stainless steel, state of the art appliances were great for those nights we stayed in and cooked the fish we caught off the dock. Great experience!! The second bedroom was large and just as beautiful. The apartment had another full bathroom off the living room. The apartments dining room and breakfast bar were the perfect size for accomodating us.
Throughout the week we snorkeling at shark Ray alley and ho chan which was awesome! We saw a plethora of tropical fish, starfish, sea turtles and even swam with sharks and sting rays that we were able to hold and take a picture with! The next day we lounged by the pool bar and got ready for our next tour... Cave tubing and Mayan ruins. We hiked about a quarter mile into the jungle on a guided tour and approached a cave used by the Mayans. We had head lamps and inner tubs. We drifted down the stream and learned the caves history. Next, we climbed the Mayan ruins, learned its history, and visited a museum. What a fabulous day! On our last day we went deep sea and reef fishing and caught a number of fish! Among the fish we caught were barracuda, ocean trigger and snapper. Our guided filleted the fish and took us to palapas bar where they then cooked us the fish we just caught. Awesome experience and the fish was delicious!!!
All of us highly recommend grand caribe! Between the luxurious oceanfront apartment with state of the art amenities, friendly and accomodating staff, and incredible excursions we had a blast!!!!! Excellent vacation!

Incredible time!! Can't wait to go back!
My husband and I stayed here with friends of ours in March. We had the BEST time. The condo was wonderful and the resort exceptional (especially lounging around the pool and bar)! We rented a golf cart for a few days and had so much fun exploring the island and finding wonderful bars/restaurants. There were many in walking distance but we enjoyed the thrill of driving around and checking everything out. The owners were wonderful and gave great advice regarding restaurants, activities, and excursions. She would reply to my email within hours! It was extremely relaxing to have the resort plan our transfers from Belize City to San Pedro, set up the taxi, etc. They also set up our excursion (Mayan ruins and Cave Tubing........highly recommended) and it all just flowed smoothly! We can't wait to go back because there is so much more to see and do. Five days just wasn't enough!!!

Beautiful Resort!!
This was our third time staying at Grand Caribe. Very nice condo. Great location. Loved the paved road from San Pedro to GC. Also enjoyed the new Restaurant..Rain. Looking forward to a return trip.

Island Get-Away
My husband and I and another couple vacationed at Grande Caribe for a week in December. The condo was exceptional! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated as a classy island get away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to prepare meals, but we didn't use much, as it was a vacation and no one wanted to cook, let alone, experience the adventure of getting groceries in town. Having coffee provided each day was a nice touch to get us going. The condo has a terrific view of the pretty pool area and picturesque beach. It was also very quiet there, especially before the weekend when not many guests were there. The staff was also exceptional, from the courteous front desk personnel to the knowledgeable and patient concierge services, to the friendly housekeeping, pool and security staff. We all felt very safe, pampered and very well taken care of there. Prior to our even booking the condo, the owners were wonderful with explaining how things worked on the island. This was our first experience with island living so we had lots of questions, esp. about transportation. We were warned about the road in front of the resort, but not prepared for the almost impassable muddy, pothole mess we had when we arrived the day after a big rain storm. Thankfully, a real concrete road is in the process of being built and that eyesore will be eliminated. We learned quickly to take the beach path and water taxis rather than the road. We took the Hol Chan snorkeling tour from Tuffenuff tours. It was absolutely breathtaking! I am not much of a swimmer and to be honest was scared to death to snorkel in deep water, but the professionals on that boat, especially "Candy-Man" our captain and one of the tour guides, made the trip one of a lifetime for me. It was so good, we went again the next day on the catamaran tour and had a blast. The Lamanai Mayan Ruin tour was worth every single penny. What a fun adventure to just get there: water taxi, plane, van, boat. It is so planned out, and went like clock work. It did rain that day, so make sure you bring rain gear just in case, as those who didn't were miserable. Remember you are visiting a rainforest after all! We did dine at the brand new restaurant "Rain" and had some good meals as well as dining at the various places up and down the beach. The concierge was great with recommendations for us. All in all, a terrific, memorable vacation with a beautiful condo on an island paradise!

Best Vacation Ever!
Our family of 4 (two children ages 9 and 11) had the most amazing vacation at the Grand Caribe! We were fully ready for our vacation with the help of Diane. She answered so many questions I had before leaving, and provided great suggestions on excursions, grocery shopping, dining, etc. The condo is fully equipped and absolutely beautiful. The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and did everything possible to make your stay wonderful and unforgettable. I felt completely safe at the resort at all times. The security was awesome, and were so personable. I must say I felt safe in town as well; the locals were really great. We did the Hol Chan and shark alley snorkeling. It is a must even with children. We also went to the ruins and cave tubing. Unforgettable is all I can say- incredible excursions. I would highly recommend this resort and this condo to everyone! Thanks for the memories and sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Traveled to Ambergris Caye over the 2013 Thanksgiving Holiday. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the trip and the condo. It's part the Grand Caribe resort. They will arrange your flight (15min) from Belize City, pick you up at the airport, stock your kitchen with with whatever you need/want, clean your condo, including doing your laundry. Amazing. The condo was beautiful with a great view and so comfortable. I have never stayed in a place so well stocked. They had real glasses and cups.... one of my pet peeves about many places I've stayed. There are a couple of great nearby restaurants along with the pool bar/grill that serves awesome food. I have to say, there is nothing like BBQ on Thanksgiving at the "Lazy Croc" located 5 min down the beach. All said, one of my favorite trips... I will be back, and they promised to be waiting for me.. :)

This is a beautiful condo with a location that is second to none! Condo is extremely well equipped, with beautiful furnishings and amenities. Housekeeping was also excellent and even did our laundry. The pictures do not do this unit justice. We only wish that our stay could have been longer. The resort staff were very friendly, courteous and well informed. The front desk staff walked us to the condo with a welcome cocktail and toured us through the resort. Airport pick up and return was also provided. We left a jacket behind upon departure and the owner's retrieved it for us during their next visit and mailed to us in Canada! Cowboys was fun and friendly and the food was great - try the ceviche!
