We were a group of 10. Mostly teens. Loved the kids size beds, large dining table and 3 full size bathrooms.

Had lots of space and the children loved the bedroom/gameroom. The 8.2 rating was clearly a bit bogus. 7 would be more appropriate. Liked the SHARC passes & that some bikes were available. Lack of AC would be a negative

My husband and our 3 kids plus 2 friends stayed for 3 nights. The hot tub, foosball and pool tables were a big hit. The bikes were an added bonus as was the garage to store our golf clubs and extra e-bikes we brought with us. The host was amazing and responded within minutes. Great time had by all!

Dates but nice space. It was clean, plenty of towels, not super comfortable beds, but ok. Game closet was fun. Hot tub was nice.

Really disappointed. Don’t know how I missed it but this house does not have air conditioning. There was a couple fans in the house but only two of them worked so we had to go buy our own. The house is very dated like other people mentioned. That wouldn’t of bothered me, the problem was nothing worked properly. The Bathroom fans, dishwasher didn’t work, carpets were terribly dirty stained really bad, no drain plug in the bathtub so the kids couldn’t take a bath, exhaust fan in the kitchen. There was only enough hot water for maybe two showers so it’s really difficult for everybody to manage getting a hot shower. To get in and out of the house you had to use an 11 digit code on a keypad on the back side of the house. So you have to trek through a bunch of brush and dirt to get in the house, when it gets dark it’s a real bummer. It was nice to have shark passes. We paid almost $800 a night we felt a little scammed for sure.

Everything in the home is old. The furniture is so worn we had to put pillows on the bench so we would not sink. Carpet is stained and well worn. Appliances are old and limited kitchen ware. Would not stay there again.

I read the reviews beforehand that said this house needs updating, and wow is that an understatement. Many of the pieces of furniture are literally falling apart. On top of everything being old and poor quality, the house was quite dirty when we arrived. There were clean towels and the beds were made, but that was about as far as the cleaning went. Lots of dust on furniture and blinds, ants crawling on kitchen counter, mystery stains on all the upholstery and carpets, empty (but not rinsed) wine bottle in a dresser drawer, and a very dirty toilet plunger in a plastic bag in the bathroom along with a very gross, dirty rag in there. I called Vacasa the evening we arrived to report the condition of the house, and the person I spoke to said someone would follow up with me the next day, but no one ever did. Disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this house, or Vacasa in handling my complaint.

Property worked great for our family of 10
I would suggest updating some parts of the home - the carpet is older and has some stains so maybe some laminate would serve a rental better and the entry area could use some love with landscaping. Overall house was great though! Thank you

Lots of room
I loved this house because there was plenty of room for our family of nine. It also had a hot tub and foos ball table. The location is also great just a short walk to the SHARC. The home does need updating but for the price I was happy.

10 Years in A Row at Sunriver
Great! We’ve stayed in Sunriver, snowy winter time, for so many years. This place had a good layout for our family, my wife’s twins family, and our Grammie. It’s a little dated and the kitchen storage is weird. Also, there were holes in the drywall in the kids room. Around the bunk beds, and behind the upstairs door handle and a switch plate was broken. You can tell the kids love that room and have a lot of fun in there!! I just don’t want to be held responsible for the damages. Another good year, bye bye, 2021.

Perfect stay
We stayed for a week and this home had everything we needed. No issues.

Dirty
The rental description said it had AC but it doesn’t and it was mid 90’s for the weekend. Nights were uncomfortable to sleep. Also, it was really dirty. All bed spreads and sitting surfaces had stains and the bathroom window had about 30 dead beetles on it. Wouldn’t stay at this place again

We liked that the house had plenty of space mostly furnished and had a hot tub that was a special treat. Need to update one of the couches and the wood stove was awesome

Spacious, clean, well stocked
More space than we could use for a family of five. Fun spaces in the house for the kids, close to SHARC and the village, and quick walking access to Sunriver walking/biking trails.

Functional but too old with issues
Can fit two small families. It is a cozy cabin.
Not enough stocked kitchen. Only bare essentials. Broken door, hard to turn on faucet.
No AC big problem for summer. Home early morning was freezing 62 degrees and 80 degrees by late afternoon.
Worse internet connection I have ever seen in any rented house.

Fit our needs
It was big enough and had all of the amenities required. Could use some updating, especially for the price we paid after all the fees.

Nice house for price
Could use some updates but for most part was nice. Some of tvs didn’t work. Water was turned off in bathroom and we had to turn on. The hot tub was low but they sent maintenance out promptly which I appreciated and bikes needed some repair. Overall great place though

poor amenities
The unit is large and spacious but... given the amount of space to accommodate up to 10 people, the hot water ran out after 2 showers. The kitchen had no mixing bowls and no mixer. The decor is out of the 70’s and the blankets are old, rough and sketchy. The property manager was easy to work with though. It’s just an old ugly unit but got the job done. The hot tub worked and the tv’s were decent.

Great clean cabin feel
The home was very clean, big enough for everybody to have their space. The hot tub was extremely clean and nice, we used it several times a day. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was nice to have the laundry facilities. It’s a quiet area that is really close to the shark, easy bike or walk distance. The cul-de-sac was quiet and uneventful, it was nice to see deer and coyote in the woods. It was very easy to check in and check out. Very happy with the home, we would love to stay there again. My only suggestion would be to change the older electrical outlets, they are very loose throughout the house.

Excellent cozy home
The home was extremely clean, plenty of room and close to village but with privacy and quiet. Gave that cabin feel. The hot tub was clean and nice. Deer and coyote can be seen from deck.
Only thing that we would recommend is the outlets be changed out as a majority are loose.
We definitely would recommend this home and stay their again.

Great Location
The location is AMAZING and the home is very well appointed with great kitchen items. The description listed bikes, the adult bikes are not really ride-able, though the kids bikes were just fine. The closest's were very unorganized so that they could not be used, even had clothes in them. Lastly, the shower heads in two of the three showers are VERY low. We all ended up using one shower.

Great location and wonderful home
Brought the rugrats and the proximity to the Sharc made it very convenient, 8 minute walk or 3 min car ride.
Keep the little littles downstairs as the railings on the balcony are wide enough for our 2 year old to fit through.

Nice roomy house
Kids love little nooks in kid bedroom. Perfect fit for two families of 5.

OK
The house was OK. Circle street was great for the kids to ride their bikes. The biggest complaint - yes 3 king beds but every adult complained of a back ache from the bad mattress. Kid mattress' were better. I slept on the couch one night better than the bed.

Good size for our family of 10....the adults liked having king size beds and the kids liked the cubby hole beds and having the foosball table in the room! The location is in walking distance to SHARC and the Village, which was great for me, a walker.
However.......this house needs serious updating and a.c. would be great!

Great location!
We loved our stay at this house. It's in a great location. We had brought bikes for everyone so we could ride everywhere. Having the pool passes was a bonus, we swam, played frisbee golf and pool volleyball each morning before the crowds! We used the hot tub every night after a day of hiking, tubing or just relaxing!!

Exactly what we needed.
Plenty of space for 3 families. Children’s/ game room was a life saver! Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the stay
Beautiful house with plenty of space and fun things to do. We (2 families) stayed there, with 4 kids, and they were all super excited with the bunk bed and the hot tub. Lot of room for everyone, spacious beds and foos-ball table was a blast. Bikes in the garage helped us explore the nearby locations. House is located at within ~ 10 minutes bike rides < to aquatic center, village, observatory etc, so it was a really pleasant stay.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The house had many things broken: the kickplate under the fridge, the framing and tile work around the hot-tub, the deck had broken boards, the toaster had 2 out of 4 slots that didn't work, the microwave must be 30 years old, there is an old, nasty sofa bed upstairs that is broken and the bunk beds need replacing in addition to much chipped paint on the exterior. The pictures on the website weren't authentic. It does have good spaces and flow but in definite need of sprucing up. We've rented between 10 and 15 houses at Sunriver from Bennington and Village Properties; this was our first experience with Discover Sunriver Property Management and I think it's likely to be the last.

Reviewer Comments:
Layout and location works great for a group of 6 or more kids. There has been little to no investment in the property. Furniture is broke, hide-a-bed is broke, hot tube area is dirty (very old hottub), dishwasher doesnt work well, vacumm doesnt work. If you dont mind a little dirt, then the layout is great.
