Overall, it was a decent stay. I would stay again, affordable and clean. Friendly staff.

The property overall was nice. Very clean, soft pillows. Location is very easy to find. Pool looked nice, we didn’t get to swim due to our other plans. Pretty close to Walmart, HEB, & quite a few restaurants. Dibs that there was a Starbucks less than 5miles down the road.

We had 2 light switches that didn’t turn on lights that we were wanting to use. No hand soap, showering soaps in the bathroom. Hope you don’t need more than 2 rolls of toilet paper cause that’s all they provided, well really a roll & half.

Our stay was pretty disappointing, overall.

The location

The elevators were hot and not functioning properly. Our floor’s hallway was very hot and breakfast was cold, tasteless and there was very little of it. (We came down to eat @ 7:30AM) The cream cheese and half and half were also expired. (Curdy and sour)

I realize things happen and I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and professional . When I informed staff that AC was not working they moved me to a new room. Clean rooms easy access to my function.

Air conditioner did not work in first room The next room they moved me to was very nice but it did not have a security lock on door which made me uncomfortable. There was a bit of loud bang every now and then. I thought maybe doors slamming or elevator.

It worked great for our visit

The breakfast had no options for vegetarian and lactose intolerant guests. I had dry toast for one day. When I met Melba and told her she had scrambled eggs the next morning and bananas out, that was all I needed! I would recommend fruit, nut spread in addition to butter and cream cheese.

Loved the staff.... nice pool and workout room.

The TV didn't work, toilet wasnt in good shape. We did have a wonderful stay and wonderful people helping us! Awesome staff and breakfast!

Tv wasn' t working or directions weren't clear. Toilet in room didnt flus appropriately.

There are no short sentenaces to sum up my stay.

the room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean.

It had only 1 washcloth and I had to ask for another 3 times and then go down and get it. Was told maids only came every 3 days. No clean linen, no trash pickup, and no replacement of, towels, soap or cream rinse, no replacement of coffee packets, and no bed making. The worst toilet paper I have ever had to use. The phone did not work. the lights over the dresser flickered on and off is distracting. No way of guiding the tv other than than the up channel and down channel. It had a guide but you could not access the channels from it. The elevator would creak and bump every time I used it. the only working ice machine was on the ground floor. The others were there, they just didn't work. When I went to breakfast the first morning they had no forks out. Everyone was eating with a spoon.I went to the desk and asked for a fork and the desk clerk went and got some and even put some out. There was a very nice waffle machine there but no butter. When I asked for butter I was told the were out. They were still out on the third day when I left. For the price they asked I think they could have done better. Or they should lower their rates to make up for the disadvantages. I will never use this motel again.

I came in very early in the a.m. The attendant on staff was very nice and made me feel welcome. Even talked to me about the beaches and town. I was in town to purchase a home.

Pool was down my whole visit (just after Memorial day). This was one of the reasons I picked this location. No soap in the room at all. Went down and got some at desk. Once again very friendly attendant.

Disappointing

The overall aesthetic was very nice, buy extremely surface level. It looked like a Marriott, but acted like an old Ford. We had to ask for a remote control to enable our Roku because the hotel did not offer viable modern options for entertainment viewing...and the hotel provided a remote, buy said they had no batteries. An hour later we were able to hook up the roku for our kiddos. Food was gross...seriously not good. Beds were adequate and room space was good. Based on this experience, I stay a Marriott customer.
