You won't want to miss this Palisades Point Townhome on Horseshoe Bend with an exquisite Panoramic View of the Main Channel. No other condos are located across from this unit. So when I say it is secluded. I mean what I say. You won't find another condo with this much privacy or space.
Others claim to have the view, I PROMISE, you've got the VIEW. Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else. It has one of the best unobstructed views on the lake.
This 2800 square foot townhome features all the amenities of a home. It has the most private and secluded walk around balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets no other complex has to offer. And I DO mean no other.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted with you own personal parking spot. As you enter your doorway to paradise you will see the most beautiful panoramic, main channel view of the lake.
As you can see from the photo's, this home is elegantly appointed throughout with a stunning full lake view. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need with a service for 12. The dining room offers seating for six with an additional four at the bar. But if you just can't get enough of that view, there's plenty of room to accommodate everyone on both balconies.
The Master Bedroom boasts another beautiful view with a full glass walk-out to the balcony, king-size bed, armoire with T.V. and your very own private master bathroom with his and her vanities. Other luxuries include, oversized shower, jacuzzi tub and VERY LARGE walk-in closet. The two Guest Bedrooms offer, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
The lower lever offers a family room with stunning views, just as you see upstairs. Located just off of the family room is another balcony with seating for eight. And that's not all, another luxurious Master Bedroom. This bedroom offers the same full glass walk-out to your private balcony. And.......Well, let's not spoil it. You're just going to have to rent to see all there is to offer!!!!

NOTE: This townhome is not a 'party home' and it is located around year round residents. Rental to responsible adults and families only. Violation to home and/or association rules, INCLUDING NO SMOKING/NO PET PROVISION, may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees and forfeiture of all deposit fees. (ON SITE SECURITY)
