This is a cute property. The entire place was clean, but the carpet was looked stained and had a smell to it. I would recommend going with hardwood or tile. We stayed during the weekend and the neighbors partied both nights and got louder as the night went on. It got so bad Saturday night that we had to call the police. This is not the fault of the property manager, but justthought it should be known.

I have stayed here twice. Nice house with four bedrooms which is nice but the upstairs does not have air conditioning and very hot. The main floor was freezing and I could not find where the air conditioning was. The beds are also not comfortable...pillows are horrible. The location is great for the Shakespeare festival and if you have a larger group, it is great. Very clean and easy to check in.

We attend the Shakespeare Festival every year and this house fits the five or six of us perfectly. Quiet neighborhood, close to USF and amenities. We'll come back every year if possible.

We came to Cedar City for the Utah Summer games, and needed a house for myself and teammates. We didn't spend much time at the house, but it was perfect for our late night card games and sleeping. We didn't cook there, but the kitchen was large and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cedar City! The house was comfortable and had plenty of space for our property. The kitchen is impressively stocked with a lot of cooking equipment. You are very close to restaurants and it's also very convenient to the road for Brian Head, Cedar Breaks, and Bryce Canyon.

Upon arrival to this rental, the driveway and walks were not shoveled so we shoveled them ourselves. After shoveling, we noticed that the rental had not been cleaned. Dirty bed sheets were still piled on the beds, dirty linens in bags, and it was overall very unclean. It took the owner three hours to respond with our concerns and to get the minimum of clean beds. It was also frustrating to leave with a huge cleaning and to-do list when we had arrived to such an uncleanly place to stay (after paying a cleaning fee).

We were a family of 6 adults on a Thanksgiving holiday looking for a different sceneries. Neighborhood was lovely, the house had plenty of room, even more, and with an amazing view of the mountains. Would definitely rebook this place the next time in town.

We were in town for an SU football game. The property was easy to find and check in was super easy. Property manager was very responsive. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood across from an elementary school. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable and we had all the linens needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We found everything we wanted with this house; it was comfy and inviting and remodeled to perfectly suit our needs. It was a breeze to find, and lo and behold, at the base of our favorite highway to adventure and wondrous sight-seeing. Great hosts and fond memories of Cedar City and SW Utah (the gorgeous colors!!) made this one of our best trips yet!

3 couples had a comfortable stay here. Convenient walk to theaters. Good hiking in the area. House was clean, comfortable.
Note that there’s no ice maker or trays, so bring your own ice. Combination lock on door broken, so wasn’t able to enter til owner called with key location.

Nice home ,perfect access to Bryce and Zion National parks. Great places to eat in Cedar City! Would have liked to have more than 8 towels provided with a party of four. Had to do a load of towels everyday, the spinner on washer was broke ,door of dryer wouldn’t stay closed. Also refrigerator options didn’t work properly. This place would be perfect with updated appliances.

We couldn't have asked for a better rental for our family Zion/SW Utah getaway. Seven teens and adults had plenty of space and all the needed amenities for our week together. When back in the area I would gladly choose to stay here again.

Cute, clean, cozy, and convenient! The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. We had 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 preteen in our group. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. There’s a great rental shop a few minutes away that’s fast and reasonably priced where we got our gear for boarding and skiing. Brian Head Resort is a short drive up the mountain and took less than 30 minutes to get to. Snowmobiling was another of our activities on the mountain and we all loved it. If that interests you, we highly recommended Thunder Mountain for that. On one evening, most of us went to the indoor aquatic center in town during their open swim time. It’s less than $5 per person and great for all ages. There’s a water slide, playground, lazy river, lap pool, and jacuzzi. We look forward to staying here again. It’s a gem.

We gathered together for Thanksgiving where my youngest is going to college. Eldest son, girlfriends and brother were able to join us for a great stay complete with fantastic hikes, all family contributing turkey dinner and axe throwing! We are planning to visit again during the festival.
The home was everything we expected and our questions to Nate answered quickly.

We had a family reunion here for us and our adult kids and partners. We had a lovely time at the Shakespeare Festival (an easy walking distance) and visiting sites (Kolob trail in Zion N.P.) The home was very comfy and had enough beds and bathrooms for all.

Just had a FABULOUS week-long stay at this charming property. Everything is set up thoughtfully, and it's a beautiful option for visiting Cedar City. The host is friendly and attentive, the house is idyllic, and everything you need is right at your fingertips. It's also within walking distance of the Utah Shakespeare Festival grounds, so that was a huge plus for me. I would absolutely stay here again if/when I return to Cedar City. Very highly recommended!

Big 5 Visit
The property was clean, very quiet, in a great location. Great WIFI and the DISH cable worked without a problem. The layout gave you plenty of room to move around. It got really warm while we were there so it was nice to have an A/C that worked well.

The property was very neat and clean with most all needs met. For four adults, there could have been at least one more comfortable chair in the living room.
