Where do I begin? I found this property and based on the information provided, I knew it would be a great fit for our group. When we arrived and walked in the door, I knew our week stay was going to be outstanding. The property was super clean and had enough supplies for our stay. We knew we had to bring additional paper goods and that the property didn’t have a dishwasher but we were prepared for that. The air conditioner and wi-fi worked great. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a generous supply of towels and blankets. The kitchen was very well stocked. The lake shore is a bit rocky with weeds but we took the boat out and enjoyed the lake tubing and swimming. The location is 6 minutes from the Mystic Lake Casino and The Largest Candy Store in Minnesota which is a must see! Connie, the owner, was very prompt at answering my texts and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property. .

Our son's wedding was at Stonebrooke Golf Club in Shakapee. The home was a perfect place for our immediate family to stay for the wedding weekend.
We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the home. The home was well equipped with cooking utensils and other kitchen items needed for cooking and grilling. The bedrooms and gathering spaces were spacious. Our family also enjoyed utilizing the kayaks.
The owner, Connie, was extremely friendly and responsive by both text and phone. I highly recommend this property.
Only one suggestion for future guests - be sure to bring your own paper towels and showering/bathing supplies (shampoo, etc).
Enjoy this beautiful home.

Beautiful lake view from the living room and upstairs loft. Host responded to our question promptly. Home is as listed. Our family loved fishing from the dock & did catch some fish. Granddaughters also enjoyed the nearby park. The home has lots of seating on the deck for visiting or eating outside. Good location with lots of nearby activities and restaurants. Our family made lots of memories.

This home feels like a cabin up north and with the lake right out back makes for a perfect spot to spend time with family. The house is well equipped and the furniture comfortable. We had bonfires, swam in the lake and enjoyed some nice sunsets. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out to her. We will hope to stay here again.

This house is spacious and well suited for families! There were comfortable sleeping areas for our wide range of ages. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. The park across the street and the 4 kayaks were a bonus!

The manager was extremely responsive and answered any questions quickly. The lake cabin was as advertised and really was a nice place. As stated in other reviews, limited paper products-paper towels, napkins, soap and shampoo but- I asked prior and was told what was provided. Kitchen is decently equipped and we did cook full meals there. The kayaks were great and were used by several. I would recommend for a nice break. Our extended family enjoyed.

The house was beautiful located on Spring Lake. The only downer was the fishing. If you're looking to fish, try other lakes in the area. Otherwise, the house was great. Only a 40 minute drive from Minneapolis with good restaurants in the area.

Great quiet lake setting, perfect for a family. Lots of room, and super soft sheets. Great selection of video games.
Suggestions to homeowners: rooms are very dark. Brighter lights, at least in the bathrooms. Knives were very dull. Full length mirror and makeup mirror would be awesome.
Thank you!

Great location for Family Gathering, and we really enjoyed the lake access and kayaks. The location is only 30 minutes from the airport. However, we could only access the property after 4 pm and were surprised to find out the the following were not included, which required a run to a local store for supplies:
• Paper towels
• Napkins
• Laundry detergent
• Shampoo and body wash in bathrooms
• Cutting boards (has cutting sheets)
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil
• Coffee
• Facial tissues
Also, there was not dishwasher and guests are expected to wash all dishes and put them away before departing by 10 am.
We had a VRBO for 5 years in Anacortes Washington and stay in vacation rentals all over the world. The supplies listed above are expected. think that future guests need a list of what they need to supply themselves.

Accurately described in listing. Lots of space and sufficient kitchen amenities. Also close to activities but not in a busy neighborhood. We enjoyed the Edelweiss Bakery and downtown Prior Lake. We were not able to use the kayaks due to inclement weather but enjoyed the view from the dock. The host was responsive to our questions. Overall a nice rental, and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful lake home, right on the water, 4 bedrooms. Lovely owner, very easy communication. I always wish rentals would just leave the condiments behind, as purchasing every single thing for a brief rental seems wasteful but already knew that was the set-up. Plenty of every pot/pan/appliance (except no Dishwasher, as clearly noted in the ad) in the kitchen (but bring all plastic wrap/tin-foil etc). Bathrooms are great, hand soap only provided. Great collection of towels/beach towels and bedding. Used a nearby swim beach that was sandy for swimming, and used the kayaks at the rental. Enjoyed a ribs-fest at Mystic Casino (great outdoor food and music) and seeing Wicked at the Orpheum. Highly recommend this rental.

BEST Family Vacation!
We absolutely had the BEST time! The house is beautiful inside and out. Honestly, it is even more beautiful and spacious in person than what you see in the photos. The kitchens are stocked with any dishes, containers, cookware that you could possibly need and there were tons of towels and blankets. We canoed, kayaked and swam almost every day and enjoyed a fire by the lake every night. We had one rainy day but no problem as there were books and games to play, good wifi and of course the Play Station was a big hit as well. During our stay, we had a question and Connie the owner literally responded within minutes. Our family created some very special memories here and are already talking about coming back again! Thank you Connie!

Relaxing lake house
This was a perfect space for our reunion of friends- 6 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 5-13. Adults each got their own room and kids had a big sleepover in the spacious master bedroom. It was awesome having direct private access to the lake for swimming and kayaking. Everything was comfortable (except the fold out couch) and clean, and Connie was very responsive and accommodating. There is a small playground/park directly across the street which is also nice for little kids.

Excellent place!
The place was fantastic! The house was clean and ready to go. Just as advertised. Connie was very responsive (before and during the trip). It was Really nice that the house had a pack and play and a high chair. Not super baby proof, but never claimed to be. I just simply moved decor out of reach! The playground is directly across the street, which the kids loved. Thanks for the great stay!

Winter Wonderland at the Lake
The house was cozy and kitchen well stocked with cookware, dishes and items needed to prepare our early holiday meals. The only downside was the lack of dishwasher which was sorely missed with 10 people at each meal. Still, the fireplace was great, lots of room on each level and the lake view was terrific. Plenty of parking for four vehicles and a cute little park across the street. We appreciated finding 2 shovels by the door as we watched 16” of snow cover the ramps, deck and driveway. A fun stay.

Wedding accomodations
Our son was married at Stonebrooke Golf Club. This was perfect for the rest of our family to stay together. Easy drive to venue, beautiful house, lots of room and wonderful communication with the owner. We want to come back when we can relax and enjoy the lake more 🙂

Mini family reunion , while in town for our son's wedding!
This house was absolutely perfect for us. Beautiful A-framed home with a gorgeous view of the lake. Connie was really easy to communicate with & answered all of our questions quickly.
The house has 3 separate floors for the bedrooms, which made it perfect for us. We were able to have our own space and then spend quality time for breakfast & dinner. We enjoyed the view of the lake everyday. We fished with the poles provided. We had a bomb fire outside nightly & made s'mores. We also used the BBQ to cook up hamburgers.
The kitchen is filled with everything you need if you are planning on eating and cooking. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for the six of us. Lot's of towels in each bathroom. Bring your own soaps & shampoos.
The neighborhood was just delightful for walking. There is a trail near the house that is perfect for a morning run. The town is also really great. Good local spots to eat.
Check out is at 10am. We had quite a bit of time before our flights left. We decided on brunch at a local place then headed to the beautiful Minnehaha Falls. (2 mins from the airport) Our whole family really enjoyed falls, creek and park.
We 100% recommended staying here.

Lake Vacation
This A frame on Spring Lake was perfect for our family. It’s 3 floors let us all have a bit of privacy while the main floor was perfect for eating and just “hanging”. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The deck was a great place to watch those who canoed and paddleboarded. We took several walks on the nearby path, spent time at the horse track and enjoyed a tour of Paisley Park. We also were lucky to have perfect weather! It was just the right place for us.

Fun time on Spring Lake
This was a nice roomy cabin we all enjoyed. Well supplied kitchen on main floor, downstairs was like a separate apartment. Plenty of entertainment space on main and lower level, upstairs had a nice loft and great master suite. Great to have fun with the kayaks on the lake.

This home/property was perfect for our family gathering. We enjoyed the park across the street, the lake and being close to restaurants/shopping. It was very convenient. The house was great with 3 levels and 3 bathrooms; plenty of room for everyone. We also rented a pontoon with Connie's help and that made for even more fun with rides and fishing for all! We would definitely recommend this home!

Great spot for our family reunion
Fantastic location right on the lake and just steps from Spring Lake Regional Park. Was fantastic to wake up and enjoy coffee while floating in a kayak! Also, plenty of fish to catch. Accommodated our family reunion nicely. Owner is friendly and quick to respond to questions. Great place.

A Vacation To Remember
The lake cabin was exactly what we were looking for! We really enjoyed the location and versatility of the cabin, the shaded back yard, the kayaks and canoe, the picturesque lake with the soothing sounds of the Loon's, the dock fishing for the kids and the evening fireside chats with family as the moon beams danced over the calm lake waters. We also rented a pontoon and enjoyed some great lake activities to include swimming in the warm waters and fishing for a variety of fish, to include a monster Northern Pike! Evenings also included gambling at the casino and exploring the general area with so much to choose from. Look forward to our next stay and thanks to Connie for making our overall experience a vacation to remember!

Family Getaway
We had a great weekend of making memories for my family. Everything worked out quite well for our family of 12. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, hand soap and toilet paper. The kitchen had most everything you would need. It was nice to have the extra fridge in the basement too. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and willing to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful lake front home
We really enjoyed the lake. We loved having the Kayaks. The house needs some repairs. Birds nesting in the outside walls made lots of noise. Broken board on the deck. The beds were not very comfortable. But we loved the outside space.
