Everything is just as beautiful as the listing. Great place with something for everyone. We will be booking again.

The view from this house is enough but on top of that there's the pool, the hot tub, the kayak entry, the mangroves, the palm trees, the dock, the huge covered porch, and the sunsets. And then there's the spacious house. Add to that a property manager who goes above and beyond, even in the middle of the holidays, and there you have the perfect stay. Spent a week here with family and friends and found it VERY hard to leave on the last day.

DOCK was a highlight. Kids enjoyed actually catching and throwing back MANY fish. Rented boat for a few days, thus dock used for that. Access to kayaks was great. Outside wonderful! Many enjoyable hours

We had 4 couples in the house, plenty of room for all to be together or find a quiet place if you need some down time. The views are beautiful location very quiet and secluded. The house was clean and well cared for and kitchen well stocked with anything we needed. Rent it, you will not regret it.

Deb (Property Manager) was great to work with. She was extremely friendly and very communicative during our stay. This home is amazing. We didn't have a single complaint about the property. It is beautiful, and comfortably slept 10 people inside the main house. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary items to cook for 10 people, and the entire house is designed to make it perfect for large groups. The dining room table is absolutely amazing, and I cannot begin to even express how nice it is to sit out by the pool and enjoy a sunset. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend to others.

Casa Aqua was a dream! The home seems very large from the images. While it’s quite spacious, it’s also homey and very comfortable. We had a group of 11. We also rented the guest house. The beds were 100% the most comfortable beds in my 50 years on the planet.
The home is so well appointed. The pool was perfect. We could not have been more pleased. Our son, who was married during our visit was staying on Sugarloaf Key, came over with the bridal party every night to swim. Casa Aqua had everyone’s heart!

Very spacious home, awesome air conditioning, amazing landscaping, very private. For the price, the house was a little outdated, had a lot of rules and normal upkeep on some appliances was not done (refrigerators needed to be defrosted, main kitchen refrigerator ice maker did not work, broken chairs on dock, wifi speaker did not work or even have correct charging cable). These are minor issues that could be taken care of with a little TLC. The property manager, Debra, was extremely helpful.

Exterior amenities, pool, dock, kayaks were all great. We spent the entire trip either in the pool or on the dock, when we weren’t out on an adventure. Fishing from the dock with the kids was a real highlight.
Before I share issues, let me say overall it was a great trip.
Issues:
Hot tub was over chlorinated, my son developed a rash. Pool was fine where the grand kids were all week.
AC in the tower bedroom rattled all night long. Luckily we had earplugs so we could rest.
Cleaning crew was obviously rushed on a short turnover. Some beds had to be remade, but there were fresh sheets, so no big deal.
Interior was nice, but doesn’t quite live up to the grandeur the photos suggest.
Number of bathrooms for the occupancy was tight.
Master bedroom has two queens and a day bed, so daughter and son n law with three kids stayed there. The master in the tower had no dressers or drawers for clothes and a very small closet. Bathroom and shower were very sub par.
Would probably not return if other options available.

We planned a multi generational girls birthday trip with our family and closest friends, 14 of us. The home was perfect and offered every amenity we needed. The pool and the view was beautiful. The property manager, Debra was amazing! Communicated well and was extremely accomodating! This home exceeded all of our expectations on all levels!

We had a fantastic week at Casa Aqua swimming, snorkeling and fishing off the deck, and enjoying local excursions. The amenities were clean and easy to use. Property manager responded quickly to our request to fix the hot tub thermostat. We loved viewing the sunsets and sunrises off the dock and nighttime fires on the private beach!

We vacation quite frequently in and out of the country. This estate will remain one of our favorites. Comfortable beds, great amenities, spectacular views, oceanfront, secluded, yet close to all the area attractions and dining. Debra was fantastic during check-in and responded to any needs that we had during the stay. The local food and shopping is great. We also booked a fishing trip with Captain Rich Smith. An excursion we won't soon forget. Don't miss this opportunity for a great stay!

This place is great for active people that want to be outdoors all day. We kayaked around the bay, to nearby islands, and along canals. The bay is great for swimming too as it remains shallow enough to stand up for vast distances. Then there is the heated pool and hot tub, both of which offer great views of the lansdacping and bay. We also loved hanging out on the dock in the mornings and at sunset. The home itself is quite nice too. Our favorite feature was the covered but outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.

A luxurious villa, ideal for a Covid retreat! Dock fishing (little caught but FUN!), large heated pool, great hot tub, kayaking, Many comfortable seating and eating areas. 14 acres with NO NEED TO EVER LEAVE!

We celebrated a milestone anniversary with immediate family here. We reserved the dates way before Covid and thankfully so - any other locale and we would have cancelled. The seclusion and quiet and the gorgeous views were perfect. Bedrooms worked well for our family of 9 - 3 couples, 2 teens and an 8 year old. The group spaces are wonderful- especially the covered porch and pool area. We swam, soaked in the hot tub, fished and kayaked - we would definitely rent again! Wonderful memories!
