Private, quiet and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax with family. Not only did we see dolphins at the research center, but some wild ones came by too! Thanks for sharing this beautiful haven with others.

Family of 7, plus mom-in-law stayed for a week. Management met us at the home with a tour that relieved a lot of potential for frustration of not knowing how to operate things, or where to find them. Check out instructions were a breeze, unlike other stays that require a lot of clean up requests.
Outdoor activities were awesome, although the beach is not suitable for swimming - It’s loaded with sea grass. Despite not being able to swim, it was still enjoyable to look at while having coffee around the fire pit every morning, or from the pool.
The main home was clean and had a lot of the basics of seasoning and storage containers. Privacy was awesome! Never saw or heard a neighbor the entire time. Door alarms for safety of kids with the pool was a huge bonus.
The mother in law cottage was laid out nice, but had a terrible mildew smell. My kids stunk like a wet basement after sleeping in there. I’m assuming it’s not used much? This is the main reason I would not give 5 starts.
Overall, we would stay here again, but only in the main home.

This house had something for everyone whether it was exploring by kayaks, snorkeling, playing in the pool or just relaxing under the palm trees. It was also perfect set up for my inlaws to have their own privacy in guest house. The views were spectacular and the pool was nothing short of amazing.

We had an amazing time in the Keys! The house and location were perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 6-8 who could have stayed a month! We fished from the dock, saw all sorts of great wildlife and spent countless hours in the pool. The outdoor living area was spacious and the house was extremely well equipped. The location was great with food close enough to walk to or you could easily buzz to dinner up or down the keys. We have already discussed another trip to this house!

Great location - very private. Wonderful sunsets each night. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, pool and hot tub. We ate every meal outside. Great market within at the end of the road with essentials and ice cream treats. Easy walk to the Dolphin Research Center - and could see dolphins jumping from the dock at the house. Guy was very responsive and even came to the house to give us a new volleyball. Great stay - we would be happy to come back!

This house was perfect for our group of 7. The outside area is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, partially shaded, with plenty of loungers and chairs for relaxing. Everyone loved the kayaks for getting out in the ocean and exploring. Great location to watch the boats coming in and out of the marina, see the dolphin shows from across the bay, and check out the pelicans that hung out just offshore daily.
The tiki/cabana was perfect for morning coffee, card games and shade during the day, and evening dinners watching the amazing sunsets. Made it into Key West twice and found some great waterfront restaurants around Marathon. A week was not enough!

We had an incredible week, and Guy was so helpful with recommendations for activities and dining! This trip was a birthday gift for me…best birthday ever! Most of our week was spent either in the beautiful pool and hot tub, or snorkeling, playing volleyball, or finding the best Key Lime Pie (S.S. Wreck…within walking distance). Waking up to palm trees and water views from the master bedroom is something I miss terribly now that we’re back in the desert! This rental is worth every penny.

We loved our stay. The pool is perfect- shaded somewhat by the palm trees which was great during the day. And beautiful landscaping and lighting made the patio the perfect place to hang out. House was really nice and sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The outdoor areas including the pool and hot tub are so beautiful. The views from the kitchen and living room are breathtaking. There are a few areas inside that could use a little refresh but we truly spent every waking minute outside so that didn’t matter. And the property manager, Guy, was so friendly and very responsive. All in all, a really memorable week!

The outdoor oasis that this home offers is perfect. We enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening. The house itself could use a bit of a refresh, but we spent all of our time outside so it really didn't bother us. The property manager was super friendly and quick to respond to all of our needs. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

This property fit us perfectly... We rented a boat for the week & were able to keep it next door @ the Grassy Creek Marina that Guy arranged for us. The Marina had everything that we needed for the boat including kiddo/adult beverages, ice, & snacks. Plus lobstering & fishing gear. We had a ball free diving for lobsters and fishing on both sides of the keys. We ate by water most meals @ an assortment of amazing restaurants. The house slept us well, we loved the pool & waterfront backyard! The location was perfect to scoot around by land to the rest of the keys as well. Guy delivered perfect fall weather for us too! Our kids are dying to go back, so is my wife & I. This was for sure a top 5 travel experience for us!

Serenity bay was enjoyed by our entire party, ages 51-96. The pool, hot tub, and views from the patio were the highlights. We enjoyed being set back from the road like we were in our own private home away from everyone, yet being walking distance to the marina. My party is already asking to return!

My family (10 of us) stayed here for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I don’t think the place could have been any nicer or more accommodating. The outdoor space, the pool, the volleyball court, and the sunsets were just perfect. The house truly sleeps 10 with room to spare.

Absolutely amazing. Pictures don't do justice to the experience we had here. The peaceful seclusion was ideal for our whole family. The home is well kept and furnished. A day trip to Key West and another one to Robbie's in Islamorada was part of our pre-planned activieties; but somehow seemed to take away from the time we could spend in the pool, kayaking, fishing or snorkeling right out back. We ate at fabulous restaurants in the area, but also grilled for July 4th and got the fire pit going in the evening for smores. Caught a few barracuda and hooked a tarpon (non residence fishing licenses are inexpensive) while fishing from the kayaks. The sunsets were unbelievable and we took a lot of pictures that will serve our family well. Thank you to James for making your home available and to Guy for the tour at check in. This has been our best vacation yet and definitely one we will want to do again.

We had a great time staying here. The setup for our family worked great. Everyone had enough space to chill but not so big we weren’t able to spend time together. Enjoyed the pool and fantastic landscaping and view of the Sunsets whether inside or outside. Enjoyed being able to see living room & visit while cooking. Liked having kayaks to use too.

The home was plenty comfortable for our big group. It had everything we needed and wanted for a family getaway and it looked even better than the photos! There were so many activities, it kept everyone entertained and that was important to us since we would be staying in half the trip. If we ever come back down with a big group again, this would be our first choice!

We chose Serenity Bay for our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary and it was everything we had desired! The property was beautifully landscaped with a tropical flair of palm trees and colorful foliage. The master suite viewing the Gulf looked as if Ernest Hemingway had just stepped out of this room ! The kitchen, as listed, was well equipped. Many Restaurants and Publix were just down the road. I highly recommend this property.

We had ages from 7 to 80 and everyone had a smile on their face the entire time, it's perfect for all. You didn't even have to leave the house if you didn't want to. We looked forward to the amazing sunsets every night. Bonfires by the water, fishing from the kayaks, playing volleyball, basking in the pool, hot tub at night. You could hear & see the dolphins doing tricks right next door. SS Wreck Restaurant is right down the road for dinner or drinks. Our favorite food was at Island Fish Co. We drove to Key West twice during the week, took in the night life & then visited the Butterfly Conservatory on another day. Took a trip to Aquarium Encounters to feed the Sting Rays & Lobsters. Went Deep Sea fishing & caught Black Fin Tuna with "Main Attraction Charters". Unlimited possibilities for whatever you like. We've stayed at a few other houses in & around the area but have not found one quite like this, the views & landscaping were amazing and it was very secluded. The property manager/staff were great to deal with & quick to respond. The name Serenity Bay is definitely fitting... We are already planning our return.

A slice of paradise close to key west and islmarada . Pictures do not do this property justice. The main house has a killer view of the gulf( and sunsets). Everything was clean and well manicured. We really didnt want to leave this oasis to sightsee.

Beautiful well kept home with plenty of room for our family. The balcony suit is huge with amazing views. The lower bungalow has plenty of room for a family with a small kitchenette, pool bath and great A/C for the hot summer temps. The kitchen in the main house was well equipped with 2 ovens and there was plenty of linens. The washer and dryer came in handy and the extra freezer was great for the fish and lobster we caught. We enjoyed the large pool that has wrap around seating and a sunning area with a built in umbrella. We visited in August so the pool does heat up with the hot weather (we did not pay extra for pool cooling which is an option). The 4 kayaks were also fun for the kids to explore. The sunsets were front and center you could practically hear it sizzling! We enjoyed the fire pit with the children making s’mores and the stars were amazing. There is a small dock at the house but it is too shallow to keep your boat. As such, a boat slip was provided at the marina next door. Although we would have liked to dock our boat at the house, the marina is just 500 ft away from the homes entrance and a feasible alternative. There are plenty of great restaurants close by. We enjoyed going to Sharky’s, The Stuffed Pig for breakfast, The Fish Company, Sunset Grille and Raw Bar (bring your bathing suit), Robbie’s has the best Bloody Mary’s, Lazy Days in Islamorada for happy hour and appetizers and Mangrove Mikes. We liked that there is plenty of room to park cars and boat trailers. The landscaping is stunning! We are booking again for next year and look forward to another great vacation!!

Serenity Bay is a great description of the property. View was great, sunsets were memorable, pool and landscaping were first class, kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware and the provided towels were also quality.
