Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood.
It’s sits on the hill and has a nice view of Lake Tahoe. We were able to see fireworks from the location.

The location of the property was perfect for us. The view is outstanding. Our contact person, Eli, was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to our emails. The interior and exterior lighting was good. The property is mostly clean, however, overdue for some updates It appears that the property is being marginally maintained and overdue for some capital improvements. Our suggestion is to update the bathrooms and kitchen and replace the carpeting and windows. Maintenance issues: The kitchen water pressure is low, the balcony deck is in need of repair, the shower/tub caulking could use some attention, and the television in the bedroom is not functioning.

Wonderful location, several stairs in condo but such a nice place to stay... We'll be back!

Two nights with friends for a wedding at the Chateau.
Close to beaches and hiking. Beautiful views too!

This property was clean and as described with a nice view of the lake from the balcony. Perfect communication with the property owner with clear and easy instructions. We look forward to returning!

The reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was the location. It was far from beaches and there was no real outdoor place to hang out.

This was perfect for what we needed. Has the space we needed, and was exactly how we expected. Loved the balcony and view of the lake and mountains!

The rental process was super easy, fast communication from the owner and the location was superb.
The ammentitietes was highly appreciated, made it so much easier on or long trip.
Only one issue, and that was the mobile data connection when we arrived - had to connect to vrbo to get the pin code, since we didn't think about writting it down - the celluar had issues getting data connection - but walking a bit around made it happend :)

The space is perfect for two adult couples or couples with (adult) children. We enjoyed the sunset views, quick access to amenities (Kings Beach) and Sand Harbor which is my favourite beach. Although it’s 3 storey (stairs), so not wheelchair accessible? But otherwise, Would recommend if budget allows.

Needs a little updating, but clean, very functional with beautiful views. We had lots of snow yet the driveway and carport were clear and easily accessible. Host communication was excellent. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay, during one of Tahoe’s biggest storms. Our host was incredibly accommodating and communicative with storm updates, and how that may affect power, etc. The host was incredibly kind to make an exception for us to bring our dog. The house was very clean and beautiful! It was way more spacious than we expected. It’s in a prime location, and the neighbors were all very friendly and our dogs enjoyed meeting their dogs when we took them for walks. The beds were very comfortable, and the heat worked great! We loved the fire place and enjoying tea on the cozy couch. We couldn’t recommended this place more! The hosts clearly care about their space. We had everything we needed to make meals and feel very safe and comfortable. Thank you!

Property was an ideal spot for our extended weekend visit to a small family celebration in Incline Village, only 5-10 minutes away. Rooms were spacious, very clean and tidy, kitchen well furnished with cook and dish ware. Bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and showers with bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Pillows have seen better days. Initially there was difficulty in accessing the tv however Elie responded quickly and resolved the situation. Very responsive owner.

I rented this property for two main reasons; it was close to the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival in Sand Harbor, and it had 2 master bedrooms/baths. The property was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It had a wonderful view of the lake so I would have my first cup of coffee on the deck and watch as the sun came up...not a bad way to start the day.

Incline Village Condo!
Overall great experience with Owner and the property was just as described. All the comforts of home were there. We just bought our food and drinks but all necessary cooking utensils were provided. Beautiful place for sure. Only thing we would change would be the renter be able to obtain a beach pass. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great Stay
It was a great getaway for my husband and I. We enjoyed the location and peacefulness. The condo was clean and comfortable. I recommend this property if you are staying in North Lake Tahoe!

Very clean property and great views
Awesome patio view of the lake and mountains! The fireplace is a very nice feature also. The owner was very quick to respond during the check-in process. We are not fans of the VRBO links/communication, and the owner accomadated us using texting.

Great location!!!
We stayed at this rental earlier this week. It’s right by the Diamond Peak Resort where we were going boarding so the location was great! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet which is key because my wife is a light sleeper. The only improvement that we would suggest would be to replace the pillows which were very flat and uncomfortable. Overall, very enjoyable trip!

Condo was great, we stayed mid week and the neighborhood was very quiet. Perfect location to Diamond Peak and the town of Incline Village. Very clean!

Reasonably Priced and Well Equipped
My family and I stayed at this condo while under evacuation orders from our home in South Lake Tahoe due to the Caldor Fire. It was very nice to find a place to stay close to home. The upstairs living and kitchen area is very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The cleanliness of the unit was not what I would have expected based on other reviews as I spent several hours upon check in cleaning and disinfecting the unit. I have cleaned vacation homes in SLT for many years so I do have a very high standard for cleanliness. After sharing photos with the owner they did give a small refund for the cleaning I did and I believe are looking for new cleaners. Either way the owner was great to work with, the location is nice, and the unit was fairly comfortable for me and my family.

Great family gathering
This property was everything it was advertised to be. Elie was very communicative and replied quickly if we had any questions. The property was perfect, too bad the fires did not cooperate so we could enjoy more of the area.

Not our favorite rental
I must admit we have been super lucky with all our rentals over the years but this one was not our personal family favorite for a few reasons. When we booked the rental it says that it accommodates guests up to 6 people. We are a family with 5 with 2 kids under 17 for reference. It also says it charges $30 additional guest fee but that is all it says. What the listing does not say is that it charges $30/per day for each guest over 4 people.. not 6. No where in the listing does it indicate 4 is the number they are basing the base rate off of. So from a personal perspective, it was a bit deceptive and somewhere in the listing it should note that the extra fee was per day and for a party over 4 people not 6. So yes, we paid $30/day for my child to sleep on a pull out couch. Because it was late in the process, there were not many rentals in Incline so we had to just roll with it. Next, I asked about the owner providing punch cards so that we could enter the Incline Village beaches. I was told by the owner that we would not be able to enter the IV beaches without an owner present. Because we have been residents of IV, we consulted a few of our friends in town to figure out a beach plan for our visit and we were told this was not completely accurate and that we could enter the beaches without an owner present..Thankfully, our friends offered up their own punch cards... We did not bring this up with the owner because we handled it on our own but if I was visiting IV and didn't know any better or know who to ask.. I would be disappointed. And lastly, the carpets were stained in the bedrooms, the layout was challenging with the bedrooms/bathrooms on the second floor and the main living up on the 3rd floor, the washer/dryer in the bottom level garage.. dryer sometimes took 3 and 4 rounds to get the clothes dry which meant going up and down the stairs multiple times a day for 1 single load of clothing, longer black hair was all over our bathroom.. on the shower walls, bathroom floors, and bathroom rugs (housekeeping should wash the rugs between every visit).. I have blond hair and my hubby basically has none.. it was there when we got there and sort of off putting. On a happy note, the views were lovely from the deck, super close for skiing DP. Had most of what you would need for a stay. This is all just a personal review based on our past experiences with rentals from this site... next time we will ask more questions prior to booking.

Wonderful Father’s Day!
We absolutely loved this property! So quiet and tucked back in the mountains. We came here for a last minute Father’s Day vacation for my husband and father. The house was so warm and welcoming. We even showed up 30 min early and the host Elie let us in early and communicated very well. Very nice and helpful host. We will be back again!!

Great Stay, Great Communication!
-Elie was so communicative during the check in process that I was at ease driving to a place that I had never been. He even called to check on the Covid protocols at the beaches so we weren’t disappointed upon arrival. Everything you need to know/reference can be found in the rental agreement.
-The view is even better in person than what is captured in the listings photos.
-The furniture is all very comfortable making for a relaxing stay.
-Elie provides an abundance of extras to help make your stay in Incline the best it can be; including everything you could need for a great beach day so you don’t have to lug up your own stuff.
-Overall, very satisfied and will certainly be staying here again!

The directions provided were clear and got us directly there. I thought I had the combo for the key lock on the front door, but nothing I tried based on the email communication sent worked. I called the host and he promptly provided the code. Everything was as expected and the views of Lake Tahoe are stunning. The new furniture is very nice. The oversize chair was comfy for watching TV especially while it was snowing outside. There are some well loved puzzles and games....so if you are competitive, bring your own to play. We had to get creative with the missing pieces - an extra element of fun. We did do a shopping trip to buy food and had to pick up paper towels as the roll was empty and there weren't extras around. The place was fairly clean but we moved the couch back a little and there were crumbs- so hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were cleaning suppliers on the dresser- so a sign of cleaners had been there. A few of the towels were stained, so we put those aside and used the ones that appeared to be clean. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower is handy and convenient, but wish there had been washclothes to use. Overall, we had a great stay and Elie the host is quick to respond and communicate with. We would go back for another stay!

Perfect getaway
Elie’s home met all of our expectations. It was in the perfect location. Clean, and with easy access. His home was far enough away from the town to give us a sense of tranquility and peace, but all within reasonable driving distance. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Bigger than expected!
My family and I spent most of the holiday week at Elie's place. It was much larger and more spacious than the pictures appear. Elie responded quickly to all our questions and was helpful along the way.
Be aware that if you're arriving after dark, the place is hard to find as not all of the townhouse numbers are visible at night, and Elie's is certainly not. Also, the complex isn't great at snow/ice removal, and we had a hard time driving up the hill to the place a couple of times as our car was slipping and sliding around. Also, for some reason all the clocks in the bedroom were plugged into the outlets controlled by the wall switches, so they all were incorrect if you turned off the switch. Oh, and all the water in the bathrooms are backward - the side labeled hot was actually cold.
Other than those weird things, we enjoyed our stay!

No frills, convenient, Wii U was a hit
Had a great stay here with a family including five and seven-year-old boys. The Wii was a huge hit. Basic and perfectly adequate accommodations that has a beautiful view of the lake as well as the mountain. Parking space is a little bit tight for a big car, but otherwise no concerns.

We enjoyed our thanksgiving getaway at this beautiful incline village property, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had for him, the furniture had been updated and was very comfortable, the views from the balcony are breathtaking, we recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet and will definitely come back again.
