Our spacious 1,100 ft 2 Bed / 2 Bath, Beach Front condo in Central Gulf Shores is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful NEW flooring just installed throughout the condo. No carpet in our unit. (Guests will receive check-in details 3 days prior to arrival) You have direct beach views from all windows and doors. Our condo is on the fourth floor, two fast elevators only two doors down from unit. You can hear the waves crashing on the white sand beach below when the large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the living room and Master suite are open. You are so close to the Gulf, you'll be able see dolphins swimming by each morning. The condo has a large spacious living room. SOFA PULL OUT HAS A GEL TOP MATTREES. 60” FLAT HD 4K SCREEN TV ADDED TO THE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. Netflix and amazon prime. Hi-speed internet throughout our unit. The two master size very spacious bedrooms with two on-suite bathrooms. Two separate closets in the bedrooms as well. The main master (brand new full master bedroom furniture) has spectacular Gulf views from the full wall size sliding glass door. Remodeled master bathroom with DOUBLE SINK VANITY (spa type shampoo and conditioners provided in each bathroom. The second bedroom is remodeled and has a bay view window. Totally remodeled kitchen. White shaker style custom cabinetry is accented with fine fresh granite countertops. Under counter sink with modern single faucet just installed. We've totally stocked the kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cups & glasses and full drawers of cooking and eating utensils. Also brand new
Keurig k-cup pod, single serve and programmable. & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and microwave is waiting for you. From the kitchen, it looks like you are in the Gulf.. spectacular water and beach views. Unobstructed! The foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, breakfast, dining, and living areas and laundry room are tiled, and is equipped with upgraded appliances. Nine-foot ceilings enhance the ocean views from the living/dining areas as well as from the master bedroom.
Our condo is 1,100 square feet with additional over-sized terraces. The 200-square-foot terrace with a white bar-height patio dining set for unobstructed views of the beach below.

The ground level of the condominium has an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a magnificent whirlpool waterfall feature. This level also has a covered entry and some covered parking, a barbeque area, and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. On the lobby level you’ll find an exercise room and game room that overlook the indoor pool below. mailboxes, sauna, exercise room, game room, meeting room, and sun terrace are on this level.
This is a truly terrific complex and we have tried to make our condo equally terrific--as it is our second home. We want our guests to feel that way about it, as well. WELCOME TO THE BEACH!

My husband and I had a great time on our 2024 beach trip. The condo is in a great location, very clean and the scenery from balcony is BEAUTIFUL! Enjoyed the beach, wasn’t crowded, and enjoyed the short walk getting to it. Property owners were amazing!!! One of our best stays at Gulf Shores!!!!

We absolutely loved the location as well as the set up of the condo. It was convenient for us to stay in if we wanted to cook instead of going out, but were so close to the strip. Anything needed was available.

Wonderful time despite the cold weather. Everything very clean and numerous supplies readily available for us. Only drawbacks (which were minimal) were that there was no pizza cutter and we had trouble with the tv remote. Otherwise we would 100% recommend this site for a vacation.

We can in to a dirty fridge and no parking tag for our rental. Not a goodfirdt impression. They show on VRBO that they have items like soap and shampoo and conditionar, and there was none. VRBO also stses heated pool. Not so. Hot tub washested with a few jets working. We will not becoming back.

Loved the condo, location, price was reasonable. Communication excellent. A couple of places had tiles that may be getting loose. Sounded different when stepped on it. Suggest putting in a curved shower bar. The shower curtain kept sticking to me. Lol.

This was our first vacation in many years. It was our anniversary, and it couldn’t have gone any better!! Shannon text us that the unit was ready earlier than check in time, which we thought was very thoughtful! There are clear instructions throughout the unit regarding wristbands, trash, temperature control..etc. The unit is beautiful, clean, and the bed extremely comfortable! You need only bring your clothes, food and toiletries. We brought travel size of laundry soap, which was perfect, as we did just one or two loads. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cups, plates, dish soap, etc. The balcony was very private, and the view amazing! We rented chairs and an umbrella for the beach, which was an easy process. Watching Claire set up the chairs/umbrellas was awesome, and we hope she gets a raise! 🤗. The building itself was very quiet. Getting to the beach was very easy, and parking was good and well lit. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they were very clean. The weather was perfect!! We had one day that the ocean and even the waters sand edge was filled with jellyfish, and nobody went in the water, but it was all good..lol. We definitely will choose this unit again, and thank you again, Shannon and Jackie for providing us with such a great, relaxing place to stay!!! 🤗🤗

Couldn’t have asked for better location during our trip. Walking out on the balcony and seeing the beautiful sunrises and steps away to the beach. Property is well lit and safe!! Condo had everything you’d want, like it was your own kitchen. Golf shores has been our family vacation spot (in October) for years. This was our first coming for baseball and didn’t disappoint! We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

We’re a family of 5, three teens and two adults. We stayed 5 days. Everyone had a place! We spent most of our time on the beach and balcony, so being on the 4th floor was a huge plus! The water was hot quick and the beds were super comfortable! Shannon was wonderful too. I truly cannot say enough good things about this condo. We would stay again in a heart beat and we would recommend.

I enjoyed our stay at this property! I wish the pool was a little bigger because I brought 3 children with me. Otherwise this property was clean, up to date, and the renters were easy to contact! Hope to book again soon in the future!
