This home is not a party house please do not rent if you plan too!

This home offers the lifestyle you’re looking for when visiting Las Vegas, and comes without the surprise resort fees, cramped hotel rooms, long walks from the parking garage to your room, and lines and crowds of people everywhere you turn. It’s the best of both worlds really, offering a private oasis in the desert, just 10-15 minutes from all the action.

Unlock the door, and you will find a large entryway welcoming you to your own private retreat for the duration of your stay. Immediately to your right, there are 2 guest rooms with queen sized beds, and a full bath. Continuing in, you’ll discover an open floor plan with the living, dining, and kitchen all together, perfect for gathering around to eat, watching movies, playing games and pool, relaxing, and whatever else it is you like to do with your time. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all new appliances, and is fully equipped. For your movie and TV watching pleasure, there is a 65” television in the living room with cable, and Red Box can be found nearby if you want to rent movies for an evening at home. The gas fireplace adds ambiance in the cooler months.

To the left of the living areas, the Master Suite awaits. It’s furnished with a new king sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, a 42” plasma TV, blackout curtains for when you might want to sleep in, and a large master bath with soaking tub, glass shower, double sinks, and vanity. You’ll also find a comfy recliner if you’re looking for an indoor reading nook, and some quiet time.

In the fully fenced backyard, the sparkling pool and spa await you. The pool is what really makes this home stand out. It’s private, has a wading end and it’s great for the little ones, supervised, of course! There is also a gas grill, and an outdoor dining area, ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner poolside. Pool/spa hours are 10am to 8pm

You don’t need to pack much, as there is also a new washer and dryer in the laundry room.

When you arrive, you will find plenty of off-street parking (rent a car to save yourself some money if you are flying in, as it’s cheaper than taxi’s, and parking is free at all of the casinos – we like Orbitz for the best deals) If travelling by RV, there is space alongside the home for parking, as well.

Three friends and I came here for a quick relaxing trip. Clint was a rockstar from booking to end. My trip went from 2 to 4 and Clint was super accommodating the second I reached out. The check in process was absolutely seamless even though due to delays we didn't arrive until after 11pm. The home was clean and as pictured. The patio was lovely to sit at and the pool was stunning. Clint was quick to heat the spa for us when requested during the day and evening, barely 30 minutes for a perfect spa. During the day there are quite a few wasps, but the pool and spa are worth it. There are no wasps in the evening. While further from the Strip the neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. Doordash/Uber/Lyft/taxis came within 5-10 minutes and were never lost. Easy breezy check out. We will definitely return!

The house was very nice. Clean, organized, plenty of supplies, good location, nice pool/spa, and plenty of amenities. We used Uber half the time and drove half the time and both were easy from that location. Groceries are close by to stock the house. Our only complaint was the neighbors dog barks ALL day long! It was quite annoying while trying to relax by the pool....this the only reason for the 4 star rating (if not for that would be an easy 5-star spot).

Last year and this year we have rented out Clint’s wonderful home! Great location and super nice! Clint was there if we needed anything and was always a call if needed! If we come back for a 3rd time,this is where we will stay! Best place in Vegas!,

The property was very much as described - clean, roomy and well equipped. We loved the pool table, the spa and the lay-z boy chairs. The area felt safe. The only minor issue we had was with the neighbours dogs who, especially at the start of our stay, barked quite a bit when we were outside.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to Las Vegas, but not in the heart of it. Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Red Rock Canyon are all day trips to experience. Hot Tub was a great way to relax after the day trips. Would highly recommend this property.

The location is great. Easy to find . The 2 issues we had were taken care of quickly. The house is great. We didn't find the pool table necessary but I am sure others would enjoy it.

The house is very clean, superbly equipped, perfect for a small family like mine (my husband, two teenagers and me). The neighborhood is quiet, and you feel safe. The owner is very responsive and answers quickly when asked. The swimming pool is superb, although we weren't able to enjoy it as we rented the property in winter. The outdoor barbucue area is great too, and my children were delighted to use the pool table. If I were to return to Vegas, I would definitely try to rent this house again.

This house is in a fantastic neighborhood! Clean and quiet part of town. We don’t gamble and I actually hate downtown Vegas and the strip. We were in town for NASCAR weekend and this house was the perfect location. Close to everything you need. My only regret is not making time to use the beautiful backyard pool, spa and bbq.

We had an awesome time in our stay, the rental was exactly what we needed. We wanted to use Las Vegas as a base to visit several national parks and this rental was in a great location to do just that. Close enough to the strip to go sightseeing but far enough from all the noise. The owner was so good at replying to a few of our questions. Had a few issues but he was super fast at resolving them.

Spent 7 nights in this home. Clint was prompt and accurate in all his responses and requests, a true gentleman. We called him for "hot tub" instructions and all was well after that, absolutely no issues. Pool table was a plus. Nice home, quiet area, 20 min to strip, all stores needed within a 10 min drive, not a party house or neighborhood. Would repeat next year if property is available

This property was perfect for my family (self, spouse, adult daughters). We were in town for a family wedding and this home was perfect for relaxing between the various wedding activities/ events over the week. We all had our own space and the house had everything we could need. Clint was great communicating and when we had a question he was super responsive. It was close enough that it was only a 20 minute drive to the strip and only 5-10 minutes from all other amenities we needed and yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Laying by the pool was perfect! Beds were comfortable and the great room actually seems even bigger than in the pictures!

Our family of 5 had a great stay. It's a perfect distance from the strip and just a quick hop on to the freeway to get there. Our boys loved the pool and pool table. It did only have one working pool stick so that caused some tension😂 owner was easy to get ahold of and helped us through setting up the hot tub. The keyless entry was nice so we weren't having to worry about losing keys. Would definitely stay here again!

Sleep, it's a big deal! This house had amazing beds, super comfy. Plenty of space for teenagers to have some downtime. The pool and spa were gorgeous. Nice neighborhood. Clint was fantastic and easy to reach.

We had a great stay at Clint‘s place in North LV. Clint was an awesome host and very responsive. We really enjoyed being away from the craziness of the strip, located in the perfect neighbourhood with everything you need within a five minute drive or less. Hoping to definitely stay again when we are back in Nevada.
