This newer, open-aired canal home with private heated pool (heat is on Nov. thru April) and dock is decorated with elegant yet casual furnishings. It is your 'home away from home'.
Enjoy the large heated pool with screened lanai overlooking your private dock. The home has central air and all the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to add to your comfort. If you are seeking a quiet & relaxing atmosphere, you will not be disappointed. Come and enjoy the water view with occasional pelicans, dolphins and manatees all from 'your backyard'.
The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, plenty of room for 4.

Wonderful roomy canal house in Palm Coast. The kitchen was well-equipped (which I find unusual in vacation rentals), the pool was lovely and the dock appeared to be the perfect spot to bring your boat. This house had everything we needed for our stay. It has plenty of room for a family.

LOVE this house! We stayed 10 days this year and wished we could have stayed longer. Its location is perfect for day trips to surrounding areas and only 10 to 15 mins from the beach. Its also great just to hang out at which we done alot of. Lots of fishing and swimming. Plan on booking next year soon.

We spent 12 days at this lovely home in June 2024. Everything was perfect. We would be happy to stay there again. That pool was so relaxing!! Palm Coast is a lovely area, between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.

We wanted to take our dog along to Florida with us and it worked out great. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to take walks. We found she just likes to lay out in the sun by the pool just like us! Heated pool was awesome and no extra daily charge!

This home is super clean! Extremely well maintained inside and out. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in a good location. Great linens, lots of towels, very comfortable beds! The kitchen is equipped with good quality pots and pans. Lots of dishes, etc. Beautiful pool area with a lovely view of the quiet canal. The pool was clean and warm. Lots of afternoon sun. The garage was a big plus. Great communication from Laurie. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your bit of paradise with us!

I was worried that with bringing my dogs the house would have a pet smell. It did not, no smell at all. The house was very very clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable also. It was to chilly for the use of the pool but the jacuzzi bath tub was very relaxing. It would’ve been nice if there were lounge chairs by the pool besides chairs. I would come back again in warmer weather than in February. lol.

We really enjoyed the property, it was a little cold to enjoy the pool, but certainly enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. The property was clean and exactly was the way the listing was advertised when we go back next year we would love to stay at this property again.

We had a great time away and enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quite and the neighbors were great. The house is close to the beaches and restaurants. It’s a quick drive to St Augustine, Daytona Beach, Flagler Beach, and the outlet malls. Lots to do and see. We really love this area!

My husband and I rented to be near families we wanted to visit. It was very clean, relaxing, and a quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could take the dog with us. It was exactly what we needed and easy access to our family nearby. We will rent again hopefully!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spotless. The pool was so nice and just as immaculate. We loved sitting by the pool in the evenings and listening to the fish and watching the stars. The neighbors are extremely quiet and we felt very safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We were looking for a place that all of us would enjoy. This house fit perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. The pool, the dock and patio are lovely. This home is central between St. Augustine and Daytona. Also it was perfect to reconnect with our family living nearby. The owners were so nice and helpful. Thinking we might book here again next year.

Let me start off by saying that I wish we could of stayed another week. Our first time renting through VRBO and we weren't disappointed. House was immaculate and was decorated very cute. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Hope to rent again

The house is roomy and open with tall ceilings and comfortable furniture. It is nicely decorated (particularly if you like pelicans), and it's a great advantage to have the pool, garage, and dock. It's really nicer than the pictures capture. The neighborhood was quiet (except for some motorcycle noise during Daytona's Bike Week), and only a couple of the boats on the nearby docks ever moved during our month's stay. The owners were prompt to respond to our occasional question. Nothing really within walkable distance, but plenty within a short drive. There were no pool toys nor beach gear available at the house, but the rental price was quite reasonable so as long as you know ahead you can bring those or buy them nearby if you choose.

I can’t recommend this home enough. Canal you can fish from great swimming pool. Close enough to all the major places we liked Flagler beach, St Augustine and Daytona. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

I've stayed in several vrbo rentals and this is by far one of my favorites. The house a bit dated but doesn't affect the functionality. Plus the price is AMAZING for a pool on a canal front. The lay out of the house is what I liked the most. The master is on one side and the 2 other bedrooms are separated off on there own as well. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I'm not even sure I ever saw the neighbors and my family and I was outside nearly the whole time. The beach is about 10 mins away, as well as any local shopping you may need to do. We will definitely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay next time.

We loved our stay! The owners were quick to respond when the A/C wasn’t working upon arrival. It was fixed that same day and even on a holiday weekend. We stayed for a week, the kids played in the pool every day. Our son fished off the dock and we all had some much needed relaxation. Very quiet spot but close to everything! We usually stay near my parents in St. Augustine, this was a nice change of pace. Highly recommend! The only advice for future renters, bring bug spray for at night. Even the screen can’t keep out the “no see-ums”!

Beautiful, peaceful house in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Just minutes to the beach and other sites. Very nice park nearby to walk our dog along the canal, and the friendly neighborhood was safe to walk in. We had one little problem and it was fixed in minutes after we called! So much better than staying in a noisy, impersonal, busy hotel.

We came in town to visit family and do a little sight seeing in St. Augustine. This rental was nicely located near the coast and near plenty of grocery/restaurants. The house is lovely. Very spacious living and bedrooms and lots of natural light. The price is really hard to beat for the location and amenities. Only cons are really just personal preferences. Beds are very firm. But, I found a memory foam topper in on of the closets that helped me. Since house architecture is based around using natural light, my friend who is legally blind found it to dark and harder to see in. (But even he said he would love to come again)
