About this villa rental
Our custom built 3500 sq. ft offers all the luxuries you would expect in a 5 star accomodation. You will be overcome with the peaceful and tranquil setting backing onto your private canal.
The villa has all new decorator furnishings,open concept with soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, sitting room, family room with 52'' wifi flat screen.
The master bedroom features a king poster bed with french doors to the lanai, and walk in closet, 47'' flat screen tv with wifi, indulge in your large ensuite with soaker tub, walk in shower and his and her sink.
The 3 guest bedrooms all have queen beds and walk in closets, all with flat screen tv's, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom each with their own entry from bedrooms, while the other has a walk-in shower. The den has a day bed, double/twin bunk bed and a printer/fax.
You will fall in love with the villas lanai with its large covered area featuring outdoor wicker seating area with a large dining table, chaise lounges, 45' electric heated pool with waterfall, swim up bar table and hot tub. The pool has a large tray step for toddlers and a kiddie fence is provided. There is a canoe and fishing poles provided to fish from your canal, beach chairs and cooler to take to the beautiful beaches in the area. We are located 10-15 minutes from 3 challenging golf courses, and the same distance to grocery and shopping. This villa is our dream home and is sure to be your dream vacation.

A beautiful well maintained, clean luxurious villa, fully stocked to accommodate our group of five, with plenty of room for more.
Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh newer linens. ( I don’t like raggedy old linens so these were perfect for me). Plenty of towels for showers and pool times.
I’m giving five stars for everything about this experience, except the location, only because our group found the area too far for shopping and access to a walking trail.
Peter was a fantastic host, we didn’t have any issues, but any questions we had were answered promptly.

I stayed at this property with my husband, daughters, nephews, sister, brother, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. The property was beautiful and well kept. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor pool and spa was used every day, and the outdoor seating area was very welcoming and well used. The kitchen was well stocked, and every detail was taken care of. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again.

Home was beautiful! Plenty of room. Everyone in the family loved it. The pool & hot tub was a highlight for grandkids &!our adult kids. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock , seeing turtles, a snake iguanas & lizards. I would add in description you need to supply your own: toilet paper, dishwasher soap & laundry soap. Otherwise it was fantastic! 5 stars ⭐️

As a party of two families with young kids we found this beautiful villa to have everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We really enjoyed the outdoor furniture and eating areas to make the most of our time in the warm Florida weather. As a bonus, the kids enjoyed watching the turtles and fish at the dock every day. Our host was very responsive which was also appreciated.

Had a awesome time at this house! The pool is all that you need ! Had alittle confusion on the filter and spa functions but messaged and questioned were answered! This house is set up perfect for a big group, we had 8 people and had plenty of space for all of us and we never felt in top of each other. Loved talking to the turtles, alittle sad we never saw the alligator lol Over all great property !

I rented this house for my family who all live in different states and don’t get to see each other often. The house itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The kitchen included all of the appliances and bakeware to make eating in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner easy. The pool was perfect for the kids. The water behind the house wasn’t ideal for fishing like we hoped, but was still fun to see the turtles everyday. We even had an alligator visit us most days. The only downside to the entire stay was how far the house was from the beaches and fishable waterways. I blame this completely on myself and my poor sense of geography. We spent an hour each way almost every day driving to Sanibel, Fort Myers or Naples. Again this was not a reflection of the hosts at all. A plus side, locals said the area is very safe because it is a little farther away. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful property
This home was gorgeous! The owner was hard to communicate with but we didn't let that stop us from enjoying our time! We loved seeing the gator and turtles in the canal and swimming in the amazing pool.

Great House
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for our needs, they had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Definitely utilize the second refrigerator. It is a hike to any beach, but we only went one day. We loved the pool and the canal was so much fun to watch the wildlife… Including the alligator and turtles. It took us a minute to get the hot tub and pool temperature coordinated correctly, but once we did all was good. We plan on being back someday..

Dream vacation
This was truly a 5 star villa! Lots of room for our family, beautifully decorated, unbelievable pool/hot tub and plenty of sitting in the pool area to enjoy the sunrises. Have never stayed at a better rental! Would love to return but it's already booked for our vacation slot next year! Thank you Peter!

Memories made mission accomplished! Home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The only reason I put 4 stars for cleanliness is because the lanai area is cleaned by the occupying tenants before they leave.

The kitchen is spacious and comfortable for cooking family meals, plus there are numerous areas to enjoy your meals together.
The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and again the owners made sure it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
There is nothing negative that I or the family said about this vacation home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this size home in the area.

The house is lovely, as pictured. There is lots of room and a fine kitchen, enclosed pool, grill and fire table. There were plenty of beds and bathroom facilities for 6 adults and 6 children age 18 months to 13 years.
Unfortunately, the pool was "green" when we arrived and it took until Wednesday for the pool service to correct. Also, the AC unit in the garage "dripped" buckets of water each day that messed up the garage. This was not yet resolved when we left, though resolution was promised for when they could turn the AC off to check.
Still, we had a good time in and around the pool and enjoying the large meeting/dining areas in the house while we were there.

Peter and Sherri were very responsive when I reached out to them about a couple of very routine house issues that came up during our stay. They immediately addressed the issues and thanked me for letting them know. It was clear Peter and Sherri have people and systems in place to immediately address any matter that may arise.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet and private place to relax. Also, I would add that Peter and Sherri are very kind and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any other property they own or manage.

We all felt the pool was too cool, alleged 84 degrees felt colder, Would have like to have the option to pay to have it heated more.

Beautiful
This house was beautiful and clean. The pool/hot tub were amazing. Very quiet neighborhood not close to anything really. The only negatives were not having enough light outside near the hot tub. And when I reached out to the homeowners I did not get an answer. Also, you have to bring your own toilet paper and paper towel and garbage bags. Those were the only negatives but I guess that’s pretty common with renting houses. This was the first house I rented. So I’m pretty new to this. I just wished the communication with the homeowners was a little better. Overall the experience was great!
