About this cabin rental

Well kept house on the lake You only need to bring food and drinks. All bedding, linens, and silverware provided. fishing boat and gas supplied. no need to clean upon leaving. If you like to raft, hike, horseback ride, or play golf...this is the spot for you. The lake is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and many types of 'wild' animals and raptors. Although there are no restaurants at the lake, a short 15 mile trip to town will put you close to several very nice eateries. Also, the museum in town is a must see with many Chinese artifacts and old pictures of Salmon City.
Check in time 4:00pm check out time 11:00am. Late check out subject to $120 per hour additional fee. Sorry, but we no longer accept pets.

Great cabin on the water. Real bonus the boat is available for use. Great deck, sleeping arrangements were great and it was just a short trip down the lake to our friends house. Would definitely rent in future.

We went with our family of 6 and 2 grandparents and had a great time playing out in the water, board games and relaxing! I love the house the lake and all the surrounds! Communication was great and everything was as listed! We felt very comfortable in the area and the house was clean cozy. Our kids asked if we could please come back every year! 😁

Fabulous cozy cabin on the lake with everything you need to have fun on the water. It was great to get away from internet and just spend time together. Plenty of room to gather in the living area and play games, visit, read, or relax on the dock and stare at the beautiful mountains or stars in the sky. We will be back!!

This vacation was fantastic! We put 12 hrs on the ATV's in the high country, swam, fished and cooked every meal on the BBQ. What a wonderful time we cant wait to come back and do it again next year!

We feel fortunate that we were able to share this family cabin for a couple of nights of remote solitude. The view from the cabin and the dock was serene. Kayaking on the lake in the afternoon and early evening was easy as kayaks were provided and the dock was a few steps from the cabin.

Our family enjoyed being able to stay on the lake in this cozy home. They had kyacks, life jackets, poles available to use. There is a private dock on the water, we just LOVE Williams lake and are so greatful this home is available to rent, we love it! We will be back!

The cabin on the lake was really nice. Nice deck, beautiful view, and they provide kayaks for the guests to use. There's only one bathroom in the main house and another bathroom in the small guest house. Considering we had four adults staying in the main house, the bathroom got a lot of use. Our last day there the hot water heater broke so we called the caretaker and had to leave a note that we were unable to do dishes. One thing to note is this place is really off the grid. No Wi-Fi and no cell phone service, so if you really want to disconnect and relax this is the place to be.

We stopped by for a few days and stayed at this beautiful lake house on the way to another destination. I’m sad we couldn’t stay longer! This was an adorable little house with so many fun things to do. We ended up boating and kayaking each day. We loved playing the provided board games and reading the books. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. The kitchen was well stocked and had the cutest antique appliances! I’m amazed at how well the cleaners did with the place. I’m already ready to go back!

This is such a fun place to stay. We love having a dock right in the water w/ fishing pole, boats and kayak’s included. This house has books, games and puzzles but no TV. It was so fun to just all play games and do puzzles at night. We stayed here before and we hope to come again. Thank you.

This cabin was perfect for us & had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful spot, right on the water & we spent many hours fishing off the very nice dock & enjoying nature. Kayaks were provided & were enjoyed by some in our group. We were able to bring my daughters pups when her doggie caregiver had to cancel at the last minute...this was huge for us because it meant she was able to come with us. The owner was very responsive & easy to deal with. I would recommend this cabin very highly to anyone...and we plan on returning, hopefully soon.

Perfect vacation!

Perfect vacation!

The Jacobsmeyer’s house was perfect. There were five of us and my father-in-law stayed in the separate cabin few short steps from the main house. Both places were very neat and clean. There were plenty of linens and towels. A lot of kitchen utensils and supplies we had everything we needed. The separate cabin provided privacy and if my father in law wanted to take a nap he had a place he could go have some quiet time. I love the perfect view of the lake from either inside or outside. We spent most of our time out on the deck or in the living area. It was so relaxing. It was very roomy and I love all the natural light through the big windows that looked out onto the lake. It was so quiet and serene. We loved using the boats and kayaks and loved going fishing. Some of the family swim in the water was a perfect temperature. The grill outside has an extra burner so it was perfect for cooking bacon outside. The freezer makes ice quickly and we never ran out. The doors have screens as well as the windows and it was nice at night to leave them the doors open using just the screens. Our dog love being there and wandering down onto the dock and taking nice walks around the lake. I saw a hawk pick up a trout from the lake. All of the neighbors and folks around or very nice and friendly. We so much appreciate working with Jeff, the owner and he helped provide any and all information we needed. He was very kind and really wanted to make sure our stay was great. There really isn’t cell service at the house which was great but if you absolutely needed any service you could go down on the dock and pick up a weak signal. If you needed a stronger signal you could drive up near the fire station and they had service there. But in our opinion it was great to unplug. We hope we can make it back again sometime soon.

If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable, this is the place to be. It is a clean, lovely cabin with awesome views of Williams Lake and surrounding mountains. Plenty of water toys for taking a spin on the lake. My favorite place was watching the sunrise on the deck with my coffee. Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with us. We hope to return some day. We've stayed here at least 4 or 5 times over the past few years. This time, we had some new members in the party, and they loved it as much as we do. In fact, we have already reserved a week for next year! The home is well-cared for and very comfortable. The outdoor living space (back deck and dock) are excellent.

We love staying here. This was my second time. My partner loved it too. Along with the dog (we kept her outside). They have put in new carpet making it even cozier. So many games for many ages. The kitchen is well stocked, even a slow cooker & electric skillet. Plenty of beach towels and life jackets in many sizes. We had an issue with the boat but Ted, the local contact, took care of us. We will be back again and again.

We stayed two nights at this cabin. Cabin had a long living room with windows that faced the lake. Great view. We were there during the week so not much boat activity but we used the available kayaks to tour around the lake. Lots of wildlife visited. We sat on the dock in chairs provided by host and it was a great visit for our group. Home had ample beds and very clean and well stocked. Would rent again.
