About this villa rental
Casa Blanca is a four bedroom, golf front villa with beach views. The villa has undergone a large renovation in 2016. A complete renovation of all bathrooms, pool and Jacuzzi and completely new patio in Coral stone. A total upgrade and refurnish has been done throughout the home.
Casa Blanca is located within the luxury Punta Cana Resort & Club on the east coast of the Dominican Rep., home to no other than Oscar De La Renta, Julio Iglesias and Mikhail Baryshnikov. The villa overlooks white sandy beach and hole #7 of La Cana Golf Course designed by world-renowned P.B.Dye. As entering this luxury villa you will be met by a wonderful volume of a living and dining area from where you can step out to a big terrace overlooking two pools and a Gazebo. Imagine sitting at the Gazebo or in the little pool enjoying an afternoon cocktail drink looking at the golf course and the ocean as the sun sets behind you. It does not get much better than this.
On the 1st. floor you will be met by another upstairs living area, bar, exquisite master bedroom, 2 guest rooms and a big terrace from where you can enjoy the view overlooking the ocean and golf course. All Bedrooms are equipped with Cable TV, walk-in closets and air-conditioning throughout the villa.
La Cana Golf Course: The magnificent ocean-front vistas of La Cana Golf Course will captivate the most discerning golf design connoisseurs, while its well-fortified greens challenge the game’s toughest competitors. After one round, avid enthusiast and casual player alike will understand why Golf Magazine has compared La Cana to Pebble Beach and declared it the “number one course in the Caribbean.” Designed by P. B. Dye, La Cana boasts fourteen ocean-view holes with four playing right on the water’s edge, and its state-of-the-art Seashore Paspalum grass allows for maintenance with minimal environmental impact. No serious player can take a golf vacation to the Caribbean without testing his or her chops on this stand-out course.
Corales Golf Course: Start with a cliff-top setting overlooking the Caribbean Sea and add the land-sculpting skills of Tom Fazio, and you're almost guaranteed a compelling trophy course. Corales doesn't disappoint. With six holes along the water -- including the closing three -- Punta Cana Resort's newest layout has become a must-play since opening in April. Accessible only to guests of the Punta Cana Resort and community residents (such as designer Oscar de la Renta and crooner Julio Iglesias), Corales is a beautiful beast. Buffeted by coastal breezes, the roomy layout is pure eye-candy from start to finish, with terrain that's blanketed with ponds, coconut palms, sand expanses and an array of stylish Fazio bunkers. Most unforgettable, however, is the finishing stretch of holes, collectively known as 'El Codo del Diablo,' (the Devil's Elbow). The muscular 461-yard 16th heads straight to the sea, while the 214-yard 17th edges it. But the showstopper is the 448-yard 18th.
Punta Cana Resort & Club: Located on the Dominican Republic's eastern coast and ten short minutes away from PUNTA CANA International Airport, PUNTACANA Resort & Club offers the ultimate in luxury, service and adventure. From the vibrant PUNTACANA Hotel or the exclusive Tortuga Bay, the only AAA Five Diamond hotel in the Dominican Republic, a secluded enclave with impeccable service and decor designed by Oscar de la Renta, travelers will find an array of amenities sure to satisfy even the most discriminating tastes.
Also set within the 26 square miles of lush Caribbean landscape is an elite residential community: The Estates at PUNTACANA Resort & Club. Seamlessly incorporated into its paradisiacal setting, the Estates is comprised of four private neighborhoods, including Tortuga Bay, Hacienda, Arrecife and the most exclusive community, Corales, which is home to Oscar de la Renta, Julio Iglesias, and Mikhail Baryshnikov, among many other notables.

We had an amazing stay as Casa Blanco. The house was even better than the pictures. It was comfortable and private with beautiful views. Sanchez took care of our every need and was discreet and helpful. Julia organized everything perfectly from excursions to food/dinners to golf and spa appointments. The teens were able to golf cart to the resort for some extra activity while the adults relaxed at the villa. Dinners with the chef were amazing and Julia was even able to arrange a trio for entertainment. It was the perfect blend of activity and relaxation with some pampering and genuine family time. Can't wait to return.

This house was beautiful and inviting. We loved the spaces in the house. The staff was great! Joanna cooked amazing food for us. Sanchez was always attentive and pleasant with everything we asked for or needed. And Julissa, the property manager was top notch. She was like a personal concierge that did everything from excursion planning to food shopping to dinner reservations when we chose to eat out. We have stayed in a lot of full service villas throughout the Dominican Republic because it is so convenient with a large family and kids and this was by far our best property manager and a fantastic villa that we enjoyed and look forward to revisiting.

We had the most wonderful experience at this property. The house and property are actually more beautiful than the pictures on the site. Sanchez the house butler is wonderful. Kim and Julissa who managed the house were a great help. We wanted for nothing. The property is in a safe beautiful area. We had Chef Luis make us two amazing meals. The food was wonderful and so relaxing to have a great meal at the house. We will definitely stay at this property again. It was great to have use of the beach club. We only wish the property had bikes for us to use.

This was one of the best family vacations we had and a large part was due to the amazing house we rented and the incredible and kind staff. Corresponding with Julissa ahead of time made arriving seamless and any special requests were all taken care of prior to arrival. Additionally, Julissa stopped by every day to see if we needed any thing else during our stay. She was wonderful.
The villa is even more beautiful in person. The pool area is stunning. The covered sitting/dining area right by the golf course with a view of the ocean was the perfect place to relax, have breakfast/lunch, be with family, enjoy the ocean breeze. And the hot tub is right there too!
Chef Luis along with Victoria created delicious meals. The BEST pico de gallo we have ever had. THE BEST. And the berry pie - do not miss out on Chef Luis' berry pie or Victoria's DR chicken dish.
Sanchez ensured that the villa was in tip top shape and made us feel comfortable and at home during our entire stay.
We are coming again next year. Truly, a special place.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and the staff truly made the process. Everyone was so easy to communicate with and extremely helpful in making our stay effortless and pleasurable.

Concierge and all accommodations were awesome. So relaxing, Sanchez was with us at the house as a concierge each day- Julissa did all the coordination. We hired a chef for 3 nights- went out for the rest. Loved the proximity to the beach. Only downside was no workout facility with this property. We figured it out at the tennis facility. Complete rnr!

First I want to say booking this property and communicating with the owner was extremely easy. The property looks even better in person. The check in process was super easy and we had a personal driver the entire time. We had a chef prepare dinner for us upon arrival for the first night and the food was amazing. Sanchez is the absolute best and made sure everything was perfect for us during our stay. The house was so spacious and had everything we needed. We did rent two golf carts to get around the resort. I will definitely stay at this house again when I return. It was a perfect location and literally 10 minutes from the airport.

Great house, great service, plenty of space. Very quiet community, the house is in a great central location, close to beach club and multiple restaurants. The pool is big and our kids really enjoyed the hot tub.

Our family of 7 stayed at Casa Blanca for a week.
The house is spacious : 4 bedrooms, many baths, large indoor and outdoor gathering areas, excellent kitchen. The pool is large as is the hot tub, which functioned very well.
Perhaps the best feature of this property is it comes with a Sanchez! He is the jack-of-all trades gentleman who keeps the property maintained, cleans, does laundry, etc. He is also a cook, although we elected not to utilize that option since we planned to eat out a lot (and we found there are many fine restaurants in the Punta Cana area).
Julissa, the Concierge and our primary contact, was vey pleasant and helpful.
This property is in the Tortuga Bay area within Punta Cana Resort and Club, giving us access to 2 beach clubs, both of which were very nice. There is controlled access to the area (guard stations) and it seemed to be safe.
If (when) we decide to go back to the Dominican Republic we would be very open to staying at this property again.

Wonderful vacation for our family
Everything about the home and the area made for a wonderful family stay. We really appreciated Sanchez's work to make the house perfect and Kim/Julissa's work to make our stay perfect. Thanks for all your efforts.

The house was perfect for our family - my husband and our two kids (ages 24 and 22) The outdoor pool area is exactly as pictured - very beautiful and easy to enjoy. The bedrooms are very comfortable, updated and spacious. The house is on a quiet street and feels very safe.
We hired a cook for most days (lunch and dinner) and he worked out very well. There is a restaurant at the end of the street - Bamboo- that we enjoyed for a couple meals. Bamboo had good food and service. We also enjoyed La Yola which is a short golf cart ride away. Again, very good food and service.
My husband and son played golf at Punta Espada and loved it. We also did a boat ride (Sunshine Cruise) - the water is so beautiful! The cruise had two stops, one for snorkeling and one for swimming. Of the 4 hours, we were stationary most of that time. The ecological park is close and interesting - good for about an hour of walking/swimming. The park has lagoons you can swim in (take a scuba mask if you want to see the underwater life!). Finally, my daughter and I did a shopping excursion to a museum/shopping center - the merchandise is what you will find in the airport.
Everyone we worked with was great. Julissa is an amazing concierge- very responsive, helpful and always smiling. Sanchez, the housekeeper, was also very helpful in ensuring everything worked and answered any questions we had. Luis our cook, was very nice and accommodating. And Kim, who manages the property, was also very responsive , local and a pleasure to work with.
Overall this is a wonderful property and vacation place. It was hard to leave!

Just returned from 5 days/4 nights at Casa Blanca and all I can say is "wow"! We were a group of 8 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday and everyone is still raving about the trip. First off, let me say that I organized the trip and was a little nervous as this was my first time renting a villa and arranging chef services. However, Kim answered all my questions promptly and told me everything I needed to know so we were all set before we got there. Kim arranged airport transportation for everyone and allowed us to check-in early. Upon arrival, Kim met our first group and did a walk-through of the house, local attractions/logistics, and introduced Sanchez (who soon became our best friend). Chef Martin had an amazing lunch ready for us, which we enjoyed poolside while waiting for the rest of the gals to arrive. Martin and Sanchez took excellent care of us -- we did not want for food or drinks the entire time. Sanchez arranged for 2 massage therapists to come to the villa the next day and we all got massages under the palapa by the pool (sheer bliss!!!). He also booked us on a catamaran cruise one afternoon and then Martin prepared and packaged up delicious chicken and beef fajitas for us to bring on the boat for lunch. It was so relaxing to not have to worry about any logistics or cooking/cleaning...especially for a group of working moms! On that note: I would recommend to anyone coming to get chef service. All of Martin's meals (we did 2/day) were outstanding and well-worth the money. Plus it was so much easier than trying to find restaurants that would please a group our size with different likes/dislikes. I had sent Joanna everyone's preferences in advance so he prepared a lot of different dishes to suit everyone.
Back to the house - it is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. All bedrooms are large and each has it's own bathroom, lots of closet space, TV's, speakers for indoors and outside. The pool area is large and has multiple places to sit -- in the shade or in the sun. We didn't mind that the villa wasn't right on the beach since we still had an ocean view and the beach was steps away.
I can't think of one negative thing to say, to be honest. It was all amazing!

Fantastic on Every Level
I don't tend to comment on my stays but I have to with this one. Everything was first class all around. The location of the house is perfect. Off the tee on the 7th hole, so you don't have to worry about getting hit by golf balls! A very short walk to the beach with breath-taking views and very few people there. Kim, who manages the house, was on top of everything and even picked us up from the airport when our rental car company tried to hose us with extra fees. Sanchez is great. Keeps the house in terrific shape and is always on call, even when we couldn't get the hot tub to work at night (our fault...). We will definitely be back and soon!

Amazing house
The house was beautiful! It was open and airy and very spacious. All of the rooms were nicely updated and very comfortable. Sanchez is very helpful and make our stay super easy. The backyard feels like an oasis. It has an amazing gazebo that is perfect for taking an afternoon nap – and the pool and hot tub are perfect. Everything on the resort is easily accessible via the provided golf cart. Also, Kim was very nice and accommodating – he got us lots of baby gear that made our trip much easier. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect!
This was the first time we had rented a villa. We were a family of four, with 2 teenage boys. We all agreed it was better than being inside a resort. The privacy of the accommodations and pool were perfect. Since it’s set on a golf course, there are a few golfers driving through but they are fairly far away and the course is not very busy so you do not really notice them. We had Sanchez there daily and he continuously cared for the property and cleaned up after us. We recommend hiring the chef. Joanna services were perfect, the food was perfect, and chef martin’s meals were perfect. The food is very expensive there, even from the grocery store. We spent approx $400 daily, 2 meals with the chef, 1 meal at a local restaurant. That is what we would typically spend at a high end resort. Both Martin and Sanchez served the meals and cleaned up after. Taxis are fairly expensive, $25 from airport or grocery store. Dependent on whether you want to go outside the compound, you may want to price out a rental. For us, we used the golf cart and stayed local. The cart gives you access to Playa Blanca which has water sports, restaurants, and you have access to several golf courses, and a few restaurants. This house is a walk to the Tortuga resort . We almost stayed there and happy we chose this villa instead. We were a very short drive to the private beach (you can see it from the house) and if you want beach services, its another 3-5 minutes further down at La Cana Golf Club. You pay a $10 per person fee to access the ecological lagoon (fresh water swimming hole). You can access with cart and there are walking trails to reach them and are worth seeing. Kim, who manages the house is wonderful, easy going, and was a great help to us throughout the week. The house is in excellent condition and we were completely happy with the accommodations.

Awesome location and property
Our family of 5 recently stayed at this home and absolutely loved it! The location was located right on a beautiful golf course and just steps from ocean. Beach was private and well maintained. The home was large enough for all to have their own space and gated community always felt safe and secure. Sanchez was wonderful in taking care of home and in making sure we had everything we needed. We hired a private chef service for 2 meals a day and the food was plentiful and outstanding. A very relaxing vacation with perfect January Punta Cana weather-we cannot wait to return!

Great Vacation Home and Sanchez puts the cherry on top
The home is a spacious 4 bedroom. We were two families combined, which entailed 6 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us. We stayed in Casa Blanca for 8 days. Booking the home was made easy by Kim, which communicated in a timely manner with any questions we had. The home is located 10 minutes from the airport. It is in a gated and secured community. Upon arrival we were met by Cecilia and Sanchez at the home. Cecilia was readily available by phone for any needs and she was there upon our departure. I need to mention Sanchez because as another guest put it "he is the heart of the house", he maintains the home very clean and is always there for any of your needs. The pool was cleaned daily, along with the home. We also hired Anna our cook which was incredible. We were glad we made the decision to hire Anna. Combined Sanchez and Anna made a great team. We not only enjoyed our stay at the house, but Sanchez ensured all of our excursions were completed without a glitch. Sanchez made touring the Dominican very comfortable and easy. Kudos to Sanchez and Anna. Loved the home, loved the service Sanchez provided and we loved the cooking. The kids loved driving the golf carts around the property. We highly recommend this vacation home. We would definitely vacation at Casa Blanca again. Thank you for making our first visit to the Domincan Republic a huge success.

Incredibly beautiful week!
My family of 8 have just returned from Casa Blanca in Tortuga Bay in Punta Cana, the house is gorgeous and a perfect setting if you like both golf, and the beach.
Sanchez, the keeper of the house, is kind, generous and so accommodating! He made our stay so pleasant. Everyone speaks Spanish fluently and I did not, so I downloaded an app and was able to communicate perfectly with him. We also hired a chef, Martin for the week which made things easy and relaxing. Martin is a wonderful cook and will make whatever you ask of him.
I would highly recommend this house to any family looking to visit Punta Cana. The people of Punta Cana are sweet and very kind people.

House was beautiful. Location in resort great. Kim, Sanchez and Martin the chef were great
This would have been a perfect vacation except for one issue which the owner nor Kim could control. The island was overrun with seaweed and the beaches nor the water could be used. It would be nice to be advised about situations like this so one can be prepared. The odor from the seaweed was overwhelming. Before going I would check on Seaweed conditions. Despite that, if the seaweed isn’t there then Casa Blanco is a perfect place to stay. Kim is always available to help get things done. Sanchez takes good care of the house and the pool and anything else you ask him. I would highly recommend using the chef as our chef Martin was very talented and made wonderful meals. It also probably ends up cheaper than going out to eat. The golf courses are amazing as well. I would highly recommend staying here but would advise to check on seaweed before going.

Wonderful vacation
We stayed at this property for one week in April 2018. The house is very well decorated and appointed and kept in a very good condition. Pool was the highlight for our kids as it’s big and just a step out of the living room. The location close to the beach is very convenient and the Punta Cana Resort offers possibilities for golf (fantastic) and several restaurants (la Yola the best one of all) there is also a spa but we enjoyed a great in-villa massage. The assistance gaven by the Villa Manager is just perfect under all aspects and he helped us with just everything.
A special note and thanks goes to the Villa personal Mr. Sanchez that is the real heart of the house. We couldn’t unfortunately too much talk to him as we are not well in Spanish but he always understood our needs and promptly reacted and anticipated our wishes. We are going to miss him!
We stayed with 4 kids and we would recommend the chef service as she cooked mouth watering meals with kids friendly menu.
We for sure like to return and we recommend the villa to anyone searching for a elegant and quite vacation out from the big and crowded resorts.

Perfect Stay
We were a group of 4 girls and had the perfect stay. The villa is very spacious and well furnished with lots of spaces for people to spread out. The views from the pool terrace and palapa are great with glimpses of the ocean in the background. Sanchez , our butler, and Kim, the villa manager, were fantastic and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The location of the villa is very good - three houses away from the lovely Tortuga Bay hotel where you can stroll for drinks and dinner. We would definitely rent this villa again!

AMAZING stay in Punta Cana!!
My parents, fiance and I spent 9 days at this villa and had an incredible time. The staff (Sanchez) was incredibly helpful and attentive. Kim was ready and willing to answer any and all questions. He stopped by a few times to check on us - he's very attentive and manages an incredibly beautiful property. The house was spotless and Sanchez continuously cleans it to keep it that way. The showers are great! So many areas in the house to hang out in and TV's even have some American channels, but you'll be spending most of your time in the amazing backyard. The backyard is incredible - right on the 7th hole of the golf course and you can see the ocean from teh backyard. The pool is nice. Hot tub is big and always hot ! So much comfortable furniture and a nice area to hang out in if you want to get away from the sun. And it is always sunny !
We hired a chef for the week and had him cook 2 meals per day brunch and dinner. He is a great chef and can make you pretty much anything you want. They have a menu that you can mix and match or choose from different cuisines. The restaurants in the area are very expensive so this actually ended up saving us money....and also made it more convenient.
There are some cool places to take the golf cart too. Lots of private beaches. There's an ecological reserve that has a bunch of lagoons - a couple of which you can swim in. And of course the golf courses and main hotel.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VILLA IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SEAMLESS STAY WITH NO PROBLEMS.

Wow. What a trip.
As ever Kim your level of service was second to none. This is our third vacation to Punta Cana and you really came up trumps regarding our accommodation. Our quest for the perfect villa has ended – Casa Blanca surpassed all our expectations. The furnishings throughout are opulent, mattress allowed for the perfect night’s sleep, each bedroom was both unique and luxurious – quite honestly I couldn’t fault anything in this villa. The pool, jacuzzi and grounds to the rear of the property are beautifully appointed and we were tickled pink to still have the sunshine while all other villas were in the shade come late afternoon! What a wonderful experience. Many many thanks for this gem of a find.

This property could not be better. Kim Gadegaard, the manager went completely out of his way to ensure our stay was great. Location, on the golf course, 200 yds to the beach is the best. Beautiful beach.

We spent two weeks at this home with our family of 7 for Christmas and New Year's. It was a perfect place to gather our grown children and spend time relaxing and catching up. The location was perfect with easy access to the ocean, Beach Club and golf. The pictures accurately represent the home and all its amenities. We had plenty of room to spread out and great places to all be together. Kim was great to work with before our visit and all during our stay. Everything was expertly taken care of and communication was timely. It will be a very memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful home and Great Location
We had an amazing vacation at Casa Blanca! The home is tastefully decorated and provided many areas to relax and enjoy conversations, games, meals and evenings under the stars. Kim was incredibly organized with resort activity information, assistance with golf, cart rental and our terrific chef, Martin. Sanchez kept our home so very clean and offered help with pool toys, opening wine and being the perfect behind the scene manager. We loved taking the cart to the beach club for lunch and just riding around the lovely resort grounds. The house is in the perfect location within the resort. We are looking forward to a return trip next year ... one of our favorite vacations to date.

Beautifully appointed property with stunning views of the sea and only 2 minute stroll to beach
We had a 5 star vacation in this stunning property. The property had newly been refurbished to a luxurious standard with stunning bathrooms and new interiors throughout. The property has a beautiful large pool and jacuzzi with stunning views out to sea. There was more than enough space for our party of 8 with sitting rooms upstairs leading onto a large furnished balcony and a huge seating area downstairs all with modern televisions. All bedrooms had new televisions with a massive choice of channels. A short 2 minute stroll to a picture perfect beach where we spent a lot of time watching whales and turtles ! Our children were extremely happy as there was so much for them to do. A visit to the lagoons is a must (we went every day !) and a short hop to the nearby Playa Blanca where the children went out on a boat on a snorkelling trip and also went diving while we relaxed in the restaurant and enjoyed the beach. Definitely the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. We can't wait to go back ! Highly recommend this resort and property for families and couples.
