YOU MAY ELECT OPTIONAL HEAT FOR $29 PER DAY ($32.92 WITH TAX) AND/OR USE OF THE BBQ WITH 1 TANK OF PROPANE FOR $57.27 ($65 WITH TAX) WHICH WILL BE BILLED LATER WITH A SPECIAL INVOICE. These rates $29 are for an electronic payment or check. If paid through VRBO or by credit card, the rate is slightly higher due to fees involved.
-All guests must be age 25+ or with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
- Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has charging stations for EV's.
-Located in Windsor Hills, our recently updated villa is a short drive away from all of the Orlando attractions.
- We provide the best vacation experience in a home that is completely equipped with every comfort in mind. There are six spacious bedrooms, two Ensuite, along with a game room and sunshine filled pool-spa. The pool area has a wall mounted smart TV and 2 ceiling fans to enhance your outdoor experience.

Just returned to the UK after 13 nights at Orange Blossom Villa. We're a family of 6 with our kids aged 12-17 and this villa was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable - great pool area and awesome games room. Very convenient for the parks. Nice and quiet for relaxing afterwards. We made good use of the grill on a number of the nights - lovely to eat outside by the pool. Thanks Darcy & Leslie - you have a lovely home!

This property was a great fit for my family ,when we arrived there were a few issues that we encountered which were quickly rectified by contacting the property owner. Darcy personally telephoned me in the morning to discuss the issues and explained that he recently changed management team and was appreciative of our assessment of the property. We then received a phone call from the owner of the management team who stated she would send her personnel to correct the issues. Great communication and attention to our needs by all involved. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Disney area.

Beautiful home that is just like the photos. The home was clean and had a small welcome kits that included a few essentials to get us started. It is fully stocked with lots of towels and anything you can think of in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that a section of the screen in the pool enclosure was torn quite badly and bugs were getting in the pool. We requested it be repaired on our first day, unfortunately it still hadn't been repaired when we left. We did end up having the pool cleaned after a few calls to the maintenance company as it was quite cloudy. Once cleaned it was sparkling clean. There is also nice shade due to the trees on the lot. My family and I really enjoyed this home and assuming the pool issues are addressed, we would definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay at Darcy and Leslie’s home. The home was clean, spacious and nicely equipped. The pool was beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. Darcy and Leslie were easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues with our stay. Thank you Darcy and Leslie.

We stayed at Orange Blossom Villa for 8 nights with family and had a great experience. Location was perfect and the property was clean. The kids loved the games room and we were in walking distance to the waterpark, which was a big hit. The pool area was perfect (nice and sunny location and the water was warm). Can't wait to return again next year!

Good house for two families! A lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. Only one concern, the ice machine didn’t work. We contacted the family but there were not enough time to repair it during our stay. It was a small walk to the pool area, about 10 minutes. Great pool area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great! The home was inviting and a good place to relax. We loved the pool! Our family made fun memories there. The staff was very kind. There were some dark brown grains under the sink when we arrived, probably an oversight by housekeeping.We also noticed a few discrepancies between the information we were emailed and the book inside the house.

We loved everything about this house. The pictures did not really do it justice. The house was beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family. The place was very clean. The master bed was very comfortable. We all loved the pool and the game room. We really appreciated all of the little extras for the baby and kids. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to all of the parks. We had a couple of small issues, but they were addressed promptly. We would love to stay here again when we come back! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. Clean, comfortable and well decorated. The folks were great to work with. Stayed for two weeks. The first week I brought some co-workers down for a work function at the Convention Center and the second week our family enjoyed the house pool/spa, community pool and waterslides, Universal, Disney and Old Town. Couldn't have asked for a couple better weeks!

House was beautiful and very comfortable. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful neighborhood. The pool was magnificent, the best pool and hot tub I have ever had. the game room was nice but the air hockey game didn't work and the dart game didn't work and there wasn't any darts to use. We couldn't get the TV out by the pool to work. The lights and fans outside by pool were on all the time couldn't find shut off. My wife accidently found two remotes in our bedroom night stand. we dried those and they worked to operate out side fans .The .pool furniture was very very comfortable. overall I would stay here again. A few minor problems but it was well worth the stay. Was very happy overall.

Such a great house, everything you need and more. When we arrive, the jacuzzi nets were not working. Called the maintenance and they fixed very quickly. Not to mention how great the Pool and jacuzzi were to relax after a long day at the park. Centrally located and beautiful.... definitely recommend

This home was exquisite . Spacious and tastefully decorated , communications with the property owners were very helpful and thorough. The location is super convenient to shopping/grocery needs/ SeaWorld and Disney. Absolutely lovely. The game room will keep all ages entertained and the spacious bedrooms and ample bathrooms make it easy on everyone , especially larger groups .
