Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 3 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries. All right at your door step. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

Property was nice and conveniently located. Some items were in disrepair and had a lot of wear and tear, but clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay this property. The location is perfect for families who want to stay close to the beach but away from the craziness of the boardwalk. It was very kid friendly and we look forward to returning next year!

The unit was prety clean upon arrival, owner responded quickly with the coffee maker. The unit itself needs attention, i would have thought that during the slow winter season would be when updating and repairs would be scheduled? Gurss not. Wall patches, floor apart old mattresses, not a welk stocked kitchen. There were only 5 of us and barely enough pots and pans to get by. The unit would be vwry nice with some attention.

I would visit this location again. Spacious, clean, views, and convenience! I was first worried about staying bayside would retract from wanting a beach vacation and waking up to the sound of the waves would be missed. I have zero regrets. The master bedroom mattress was amazing (I need to know what the topper was). I slept so soundly and peacefully I didn’t want to get up. When you do get up you walk directly onto a bayside balcony with views for DAYS. There was always something to watch and it was breezy and cool. In the evenings you have an unobstructed view of the sunset that can’t be beat. The unit comes with beach cart, chairs, and umbrella so there was no need to pack the car with those items. Convenient to obtain and a straight walk from the unit to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with cart in tow. Parking garage and elevator also made life incredibly easy to navigate. You can tell everything is well cared for (the cleaning crew came promptly at 1000 check out time to prep the unit for the next crew). The master bedroom fan is still really wobbly. I saw that in a previous review and do have to admit it still wasn’t taken care of, but honestly didn’t need to use it. A/C works so well it wasn’t missed. I will come back for a future vacation.

Pictures do not do it justice! First- host was great! Amazing location on the bay! We choose this rental mostly based on the location and other reviews about having coffee on the terrace with the dolphins! Was not disappointed! The only recommendation would be to replace the shower heads! I understand the water pressure being adjusted to conserve but the way they spray did lead to a little puddle outside the shower!

Excellent property location and unit. What an amazingly beautiful and relaxing view from the huge balcony and LR and Kitchen. Lovely working with Steve who was extremely helpful. Furnishings should be updated especially King bed and queen beds which were extremely uncomfortable and led to restless nights. I would stay again in a flash, but only if bedding was updated.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. The location is PERFECT, very close to the center of the boardwalk action but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. The views from the balcony are beautiful. There is a bar on the first floor, which was neighborly and fun. We have stayed at many beach VRBOs so the one thing I would mention is it would be nice if linens/towels were included and if they had a supply of beach toys and chairs/umbrellas for renters to use. These are bulky and difficult items for most people to travel with, especially those coming from far away! Overall a great place!

We went to OC with another family and arrived on a rainy day. With the travel, the kids and the storm, it was pretty miserable. Then, we got to the condo and was completely blown away! Not only was the place more spacious than we had expected, the view of the bay is spectacular. We spent 2 days indoors, but it was totally fine. We cooked in the roomy kitchen, played board games and watched movies in the comfy loving area. When the sun finally came out, we ventured out to the boardwalk, which is just within minutes of walking! Once you get to the boardwalk, you’re right in the middle of the action. The condo was clean and well-kept. The major thing to keep in mind is that you need to bring many of your own things- bedsheets, pillowcases, garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, bath towels, hand towels, etc. The building was quiet and we felt very safe. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

We enjoyed our stay VERY much! Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Fantastic location to inlet area, local fishing and views of Assateague Island and bay itself. Owners very nice, helpful and easy to get ahold of with questions. Only complaint would be the beds were not particularly comfortable for most of us. Other than that, would book again.

The property was wonderful as were the property managers that were involved in the process. Great view, large comfortable condo with a good location. What I do not like about the booking is the degree of disclosure that is provided on additional expenses that need to be incurred over and above the advertised price and now even more add-ons than before. Expedia should be ashamed of their policies for renting. Apparently they are now the owners of Home Away and VRBO and they just make every aspect of staying at a property cost extra. The world should beware.......by the time you read through all of the policies you have wasted lots of time to book and for busy people on the go it is annoying to start over. NOTE TO HOMEAWAY DISCLOSURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This condo is first class all the way! Great view, comfortable beds, responsive management. Easy walk to the boardwalk even for my father with limited mobility. Quiet location to relax after the hordes of people on the boardwalk, so fun to watch the boats go by and feel the breeze off the bay on the large balcony. Highly recommend and would stay here again no question.

It was overall clean and very nice. Proximity to the beach made it easy to get there. The balcony overlooking the Bay was very beautiful. Steve and Claire were also very responsive and helpful hosts. Would 10/10 recommend.
