This Waterfront Condo is located literally on the edge of the beautiful Charlottetown Marina and Harbour. This sunny luxurious Condo is within walking distance of fine restaurants, arts and culture at the Confederation Centre of the Arts and many local Pubs, Breweries and Nightclubs.
Speaking of walking, the scenic Charlottetown Boardwalk walking trail system passes by the front of the Studio building for easy access for running or walking. These walking trails also connect to the much larger and famous Confederation Trails system, this a shared use walking and cycling trail in the summer that goes from one end of the Island to the other . It was born when the Railways were abandoned in 1989 on PEI. With beautiful rolling hill scenery, quaint villages and broad bay seascapes, the Confederation Trail is Prince Edward Island's portion of the Trans Canada Trail.
All major downtown Events are actually moments from this Charlottetown waterfront location. This Condo is perfect as a central headquarters if planning to head out to explore the Gentle Island , then returning to comfortable surroundings to relax, rejuvenate and plan your next day with all the amenities of home.
This centrally located Condo includes free parking, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a beautiful view of the Charlottetown Harbour where you will see cruise ships coming and going from our beautiful city. Common area roof deck is available also for panoramic views of Downtown Charlottetown. Enjoy easy access to the Bi-pass highway heading East or West for your exploration of our Gentle Island. You will be an easy 20 minute drive from the very popular Brackley and Stanhope beaches on the North Shore of PEI.
If you are visiting in September, every year there is a major event known as the Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival, a four-day festival packed with culinary demos, celebrity chefs, delicious dining experiences, the best of the best potato seafood chowder and oyster shucking competitions. At night dance the night away at the biggest East Coast kitchen party, with some of Atlantic Canada’s best known entertainment. We had a great long weekend. The location is convenient if you don't mind noise at night, and the condo is well appointed and clean. My only complaints:
(1) Air conditioning: There's a wall unit in the main living area and a noisy one in the MBR. The second BR is not air conditioned. On warm evenings, that makes for an uncomfortable sleep in the second BR.
(2) Maintenance: A toilet that runs on all day and all night; and bedroom doors that don't stay shut. The latter is a problem as on cooler evenings we could open the windows but then the doors fly open and slam closed. The laundry room door also doesn't stay shut.

Great location. Near the activity yet quiet and peaceful. Walk everywhere if you want! Condo extremely pleasant and comfortable. Has everything you need. Great view! Favorite spot was the balcony with comfy seating.

We had a wonderful stay here while in Charlottetown. The condo location was perfect for my family as it was central to all the shops and restaurants in Historic Downtown Charlottetown. There was so much for us to see and do and it was nice to be to able to leave the car and walk around the area. The condo’s balcony was our favourite place to gather as a family. It was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. We even were able to watch a cruise ship dock in the port. The owners were very attentive to our questions and requests and were extremely responsive. I would definitively book this condo again if I was to return to the Island. The only comment I have is the listing said there were 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 full baths. But not a huge deal.

Property and location are perfect! Condo is very well maintained and organized, everything looked new. Five minute or less walk to shops, food and entertainment. We would often find ourselves just enjoying the view and watching the world go by. Excellent location to base your PEI visit out of with day trips to Cavendish, Georgetown and more.

The condo was everything we could have hoped for - secure, quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and exceptionally well-equipped. The lovely view of the harbour was the icing on the cake.
There were wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, the Visitor Information Centre was right next door, and downtown Charlottetown was within easy walking distance. It was a great home base for exploring other parts of the Island too. Ideal location for our first trip to PEI!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown. The condo was like “coming home” after our days of beach walking and hiking. Its location makes it very easy to navigate to all destinations on the island. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby and it is well equipped for eating in. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Charlottetown! Danny’s condo unit is located in an ideal location for all the activities and sights of Charlottetown. Check in was without drama and Danny was quick to help me out when I realized I made a mistake in our check out date! Fortunately he could accommodate us adding another night with very little notice! Thanks!

Great unit in a very clean and quiet building. Large enough for 2 couples sharing. Lots of thought went into this by the owners by way of furnishings and amenities nothing to do but enjoy. The condo has a fantastic view of the harbour short easy walk along the boardwalk and downtown. Lots of restaurants and pubs, shops to choose from. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Charlottetown.

Couldn’t have enjoyed this place more. Even though the island was experiencing some of the effects of Hurricane Lee, it was safe and comfortable. Excellent walking access to just about everything you want to see or enjoy. Hope we get a chance to return.

We had a great stay in this beautiful Condo. Well located, views of the Ships docking, the boardwalk around the harbour and an easy walk to the centre of town, restaurants, shops etc. Unit was very clean and had all of the essentials needed for an enjoyable stay.

This was our 2nd time staying here and as before we really like staying here as you simply cannot beat the location. The property is clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and free parking and you can walk anywhere downtown. During our stay 7 cruise ships visited which was great fun people watching from the balcony and these ships were so incredibly quiet. Watching them dock was fascinating.
During our stay the weather was unseasonably warm and humid and since both bedrooms have west facing windows it means the rooms can get quite warm. Fortunately there are ceiling fans and portable fans in both bedrooms which helped because the temperatures did not drop off at night so of the 5 nights we were there opening windows was only possible 1 night. The A/C unit is located in the living/kitchen area and does not reach the bedrooms. There is nothing that can be done about this and it certainly doesn't detract from the joy of the property it is just a quirk of the building design.

It is within walking to all of Charlottetown’s amenities.The only draw back is dealing with VR BO. They over charged us for the taxes & were very difficult to deal with. There solution to the problem was cancell & get a refund…. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional.we will never deal with VRBO again!!!

Enjoy coffee on the balcony while watching the cruise ships come in… Great staging area for adventures on the island… easily walkable to all the in town attractions… and within an hour or so of lovely driving through the rolling potato fields to Ann of Green Gables, the Potato Museum, the beaches…

I have stayed at a number of vacation rentals in different countries and this was the best equipped by far. Susan and Danny's place was also the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do in Charlottetown. Great restaurants, beautiful walking trails and a spectacular view of the cruise ships that docked out front made this trip a truly memorable experience. You cannot go wrong choosing this place for your trip.

This was a delightful trip to PEI and the perfect location if you want to be able to easily access the downtown areas of Charlottetown and yet be able to reach both ends of the island comfortably for sightseeing, beach activities, and the magnificent countryside. This apartment is clean, well appointed, comfortable and most especially, equipped with a view of the harbor, the marina and incoming cruise boats. When the cruisers are not in, there is a lovely view across to Stratford.
If you have not experienced PEI, you are missing out. If you want to be close to the amenities of Charlottetown this apartment is perfect.

This condo was premiere. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Charlottetown and everything on the island was a short drive. Condo came with everything that we required. We spent many relaxing hours on the deck watching all the ships come and go. It provided us with a great place to stay and a great holiday.

This property was very easy to book, park by, and live in. It has just the right amount of decorations—everything you need without clutter. The AC in living room/ kitchen/dining room felt great on the days that were hot(ter) and humid.
Condo is also right by the tourist info center and many restaurants and stores.

Travelling with two young children, it was our preference to find a home away from home that was in the center of all the action - namely, beautiful views, wide selection of food within walking distance, quick drive to the beach. This condo is EXACTLY that. It provides all the comforts of home and more. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of check in process, how clean EVERYTHING is, the extra linens/towels available, and how equipped the kitchen/laundry rooms were in particular. We would not hesitate to book this place again! Thank you, Susan, for a wonderful stay!
