About this house rental
Fantastic Mountain Home in beautiful, scenic Beech Mountain, NC. Amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just minutes away from the ski slopes, golfing and hiking. Direct Mountain/Valley Views with tall greenery gives you privacy. Just an absolute delight of a house to spend time with family and friends. With daily visits from deer allow you to enjoy nature at it's finest! You may choose to relax and enjoy the cool mountain breezes while rocking on the porches or sitting inside by the fire place. Both areas are so relaxing you can feel your stress melting away!
4 Bedrooms (3 are master suites), 4 baths (sleeps up to 10 people). The home includes: Two Fireplace, Front Loading washer & dryer, 5 color large LCD cable TV's, wet bar, and wireless internet. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Bedding: 3 King, 1 Queen, 1 king sofa bed. Brand new, beautifully decorated home with hardwood floors, large porch with a view. The home has alot of parking along with a 2 car garage, the driveway can handle 5+ cars. Driveway does have an incline and 4 wheel drive or chains is highly recommended in winter (if there is any snow or ice). Wildlife (deer) on the property daily. A great vacation rental. Close to Golf courses, .9 miles to recreation area, and 1.5 miles from Ski Beech slopes (10 miles to Sugar Mt. Slopes). *Non-smoking*
A multitude of activities are located in the area. Many folks enjoy white-water rafting and kayaking, as well as the new zip-line adventures. Local attractions include Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park, Grandfather Mountain, downtown Boone and Blowing Rock, Linville Falls and Caverns, Mast General Store, and many more places of interest. For those who love nature, in the spring, summer, and fall enjoy over 10 hiking trails on the mountain, area waterfalls, and trout fishing in many lakes and streams around.
If you are planing a family reunion or simply getting together with another family or friends we also own a second home (also listed here) that backs up to each other for easy walking back and forth so that you can be close yet have the privacy of your own home. Message me for more information about the second home. This home requires a minimum 3 night stay and during Thanksgiving and Christmas requires a 7 night stay. Unfortunately we can not do a back to back reservation for the same day. Due to the size of our homes its just impossible to properly clean them in the short period of time in between.
We have a local, to Beech Mountain, property manager available 24/7 if you should have any issues. We appreciate you caring for our home as you would your own home. Relax and enjoy!

The porch area is fantastic, it’s wide enough to even sit outside to enjoy the rain but stay dry. Kitchen is really well equipped. Host was quick to respond which is greatly appreciated. Read the listing description about the driveway. Easy to navigate in summer (2 cars and 2 SUVs) without issues. Plenty of space for folks to spread out.

The stat was very quiet and peaceful. The view from top of the mountains was amazing. We as a family had a great time just enjoying each other’s company. My 3 nephews between the ages of 3 and 8 enjoyed themselves being close to the friendly deers .

Great house in great location. Comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness was lacking… 5+ bags of trash in garage had whole house smelly, dirty toilets & coffee pot & cups were in cabinet but were dirty & put away unwashed- owner was very responsive- had trash picked up immediately- offered to have someone come & clean, normal cleaner had medical issues & hired a temporary cleaner who did a poor job. Owner refund my cleaning fee of $150 & made every effort to make it right.

We all loved our stay at this house. A nice family of deer greeted us when we pulled in the driveway. The house was very spacious and the deck served as the focal point of our stay because the weather was so pleasant outside. And we all loved sleeping at night with the windows opened. No need for the A/C to be on in the summer time.

We arrived on Beech Mt on Dec 28th. It was so nice to see snow. We had difficulty getting up the driveway but the sweet cleaning lady’s husband helped put salt down. The house was just as described.. beautiful and had everything we needed for a great family get away. It was so spacious and comfy. The scenery was magnificently beautiful! The kids loved feeding the deer! I would highly recommend this beautiful cabin for rest, relaxation and great family bonding.

Property is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. View is awesome, plenty of deer to feed and enjoy. We played golf at Sugar Mtn twice, went to Fred's Mercantile which has everything you need and then some.
We picked the house based on proximity to Bristol Motor Speedway which was easy to get too.
We had an awesome stay, would come back again and will recommend as well.

I organized a trip with longtime friends and the home is everything it stated in the description. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view from the porch and easy communication with the owner along with an easy check in. We even had five deer arrive to bid us farewell today. Beautiful area!!

We were two families with young kids up for the weekend to ski and sled. We were lucky enough to get a few inches of snow our first morning. The highlight of the trip was most definitely the deer. They are around all the time. We fed them chopped up apples and at least 20 of them showed up for our snacks. They weren’t afraid of the kids running around either. Amazing experience! We will be back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was as advertised! The amenities were exceptional! Plenty of room for a family gathering! Everyone had their own room and bathroom! Enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset each day. The mornings and evenings were cozy—particularly enjoyed the gas log fireplace!
Definitely recommend 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter even though we only had a 2-wheel drive during our stay. Two-wheel is possible when no snow is in the forecast.

We rented this awesome house for our annual motorcycle trip and it was perfect. The views are incredible, the drive is a little steep and there is some gravel but we were able to navigate it just find (minus one small mishap). Debbie is a great host and the communication was exceptional. We were able to feed the deer (all 11 of them) and we were able to see a bear wondering the woods in the back of the house. House is well stocked with everything needed, beds are comfy and the WiFi works well. Overall a great place to stay and within a short distance of some of the best motorcycle roads in the country.

We had a great stay in Beech Mountain, this house was perfect for my family, warm and plenty of room and great setting. Would love to book durning the summer months as well.

Cons: Mattresses need to be updated. The top bedroom and the one at the basement are very bad. In fact basement room is described as 2 king beds but actually is one king bed and one sofa bed (queen size). The driveway is extremely steep so just for experienced drivers and a 4x4 truck, otherwise don't even try it. No high chair for baby. Trash has to be brought with you to a community trash dumper which is not convenient! We were a family of 9 and had around 7 bags of trash pile on top of our luggage :-/Overall, I would probably rent it again if not traveling with kids, mattresses are renewed and they would offer a better service for the trash.

This property is over the top. The house was beautiful and very spacious and well equipped. The Mountain View’s were great with beautiful sunrises. The children enjoyed feeding the deer that hung around the house. I will most definitely rent this house again
