About this apartment rental

Brand new development of Coral Ridge is located on the northeast end of the beautiful Coral Canyon Golf Course. Unit is new and will be accepting rentals starting in April 2015. Sleeps up to 10. If you have a larger group, ask about renting the condo next door and right across the street. We have access to those condos as well. All new furniture, appliances, and electronics. No sharing or checking in and out keys; electronic keypad entry allows users to set their own password for entry during stay. Community amenities include a clubhouse spacious enough for large gatherings, a swimming pool, hot tub, equipped fitness center, putting green, fishing pond (bring green power bait or green lures for the trout and fish near the bubblers in the center), basketball court, and children’s playground. At Coral Ridge, you are just minutes from nine other golf courses, tennis courts, river rafting, hiking, biking and ATV trails. St. George, and Zion National Park.
8 miles from Sand Hollow Lake State Park and 4 miles from Quail Creek State park.

This home is exceptionally clean and well-cared for! The host is very responsive and kind. We appreciated the small touches throughout - pool towels, extra bath supplies, and notes from previous guests - as well as the well-stocked kitchen. The garage was great since we had brought our bikes. The home is roomy and the bonus space upstairs was nice for the kids to have a place to hang out. We will be back!

Spent a week here teleworking and checking out local sites such as Zion National Park. The condo is wonderful. It has plenty of space and is very clean. The owners are very communicative. I have no complaints.

We stayed here during our son's soccer tournament. The house is beautifully decorated and is very clean. The space was perfect for our family. John & Kim were very responsive to our questions. We accidentally left a personal item behind and their housekeeper has gone above and beyond to take the time to ship it back to us. We would love to stay here again!

My family loved this condo! It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a pack n play and a high chair for my baby. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the upstairs family room that was dedicated to them. We loved the pool and clubhouse. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Incredible Stay!

We had an incredible stay in St. George and thoroughly enjoyed Chateau du Lay! The condo is conveniently located with easy access to all that southern Utah has to offer. We golfed at Coral Canyon on the property of Coral Ridge and the Ledges near Snow Canyon - both great courses and a wonderful time. Hiking in Zion National Park is 40 minutes away from the condo and is a magical experience. Snow Canyon is less crowed for hiking, but equally fun and enjoyable. The condo is very clean, well stocked with linens and supplies and very comfortable. John and Kim were great to work with and responded quickly to any questions and provided good input to things to do and see in the area. Great places to eat nearby and all offer casual dining. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone and look forward to a return trip sometime soon!

The place was nice and clean. Over all I liked the home. The area was quiet, for the most part. One night we had noisy neighbors but that can happen anywhere. Had I not stayed in other homes in the St George area I would probably really be impressed. The only complaints about the home was the upstairs beds were highly uncomfortable. My 9 year old slept on the couch because her bed felt like she was sleeping on a box spring. The queen bed provide little more comfort as I found myself in the recliner by the end of most nights, which was much more comfortable.

This is a repeat visit! That should say it all. On a busy weekend parking is a little sketchy if you have several cars . The nicest owners you could ever deal with. I feel like they are friends!
