Character, history, and charm are just a few of the reasons Saratoga was named as one of America’s Dozen Distinctive Destinations by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. However, this sort of acclaim is nothing new to Saratoga. For centuries, Saratoga Springs has been a premier destination. Discover all there is to see and do here, from world-famous horse racing at Saratoga Race Course during the summer to award-winning golf.
Saratoga Race Course: Also known as Saratoga Racetrack or 'the flat track', Saratoga Race Course is the oldest continually operating Thoroughbred horse racing track in the United States. The track is home to the Travers Stakes, 'America's Mid-Summer Derby' which occurs in late August.
Saratoga Performing Arts Center: Referred to locals and frequent visitors as 'SPAC', this outdoor performing arts venue features classical performances, The Saratoga Jazz Festival, the Saratoga Wine and Food Festival and major pop and rock concerts. It is the summer home of the New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra.
Saratoga Casino and Hotel: With over 1,000 video gaming machines, harness racing and a night club, Saratoga Casino and Hotel has plenty going on.

Lovely home on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Saratoga. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 8adults, although most of our time at the house was spent on the incredible side porch - wonderful! Gina was great with any questions we had, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was very well maintained and you could tell a lot of love was put into this house. It was a great weekend stay with some friends going to the track and I recommend the home for sure!

This house was everything it was advertised to be. It is older with a lot of charm, but very well kept inside and out. Can't beat the location; nice neighborhood and walking distance restaurants and shops on Broadway. Would definitely recommend this house.

Was a perfect 4 bedroom spot close to everything. Gina was very accessible and easy to contact. Would return.

The house was as described and in a great neighborhood. The side porch is wonderful. Our group consisted of 3 couples and it was the perfect space for us. Good communication with the owner Gina, highly recommended staying here.

This home was perfect for our group of five. We had plenty of space and all of the amenities needed for a weekend stay. We avoided the heat on the beautiful covered porch with ceiling fans. The location is ideal for getting into town as well as for shows at SPAC. Gina and Rick, the owners are pro renters and take great care of their property. I highly recommend the Local (a 2 minute walk) for brunch or lunch. We will definitely be back next year!

Overall, Gina is the consummate host. Very good communication throughout the weekend and checked in to see how we were doing. Also, house is perfect for downtown area and proximity to the Saratoga racetrack. Great set-up for our group and lovely porch for grilling and gathering. Hope to come back.

Stayed at this property for a family summer get away in Saratoga. This is my second time staying at this house and I will be going again in the future. The host, Gina, was excellent in making sure the booking was completed without any issues and showed courtesy throughout the process. There were several new additions to the residence in the past year including a quality patio furniture seat which seated 8 guests comfortably. Great house and location within walking distance of the track and business district.

We had a small group of friends together just for the weekend but our stay was so nice in this house did not want to leave!! The house was spacious and so comfortable. Our host made sure we had everything we could possibly need down to a pound of fresh ground coffee! The house was immaculate which is a really big deal for me. It was also very welcoming. It had a large covered porch with ceiling fans, we sat there even morning with our coffee and even night just chatting. I have already inquired about a return stay! You will love this place. It so close to everything we could walk. There is also a restaurant one block away that opens at 7:00 am! Thanks again for eveything Gina!

The house was a short 15 min walk to shops, restaurants and fun. If your group is up for hanging out; the back porch is the place to go; it features 2 ceiling fans to cool you off with plenty of sitting room. Our group had a fun weekend in Saratoga Springs and the house was comfortable and spacious.

We stayed over Travers weekend and the house was perfect for a group of 8! It was charming - an old house but with modern upgrades, and great for multiple couples because each of the rooms has a bathroom and is relatively quiet. There are bunk beds for kids as well. Gina was incredibly helpful and responsive. We'd love to come back!!
