Belinda was a pleasure to work with and communicate with. This property was well stocked to meet all of our needs. The location was central to everything you want to see in Incline Village. The neighbors were kind and friendly. I loved having our own designated parking spot. The home was cozy, clean, and beautiful. Thank you so much!

The condominium is clean, quiet, with good parking and the location is great. We were able to go to Sand Harbor, take the Heavenly gondola, and there was a large assortment of places to have dinner. Belinda is communicative and attentive. I recommend buying beach passes if you want to swim because all Incline Village beaches are private.

Such a cute comfy place. My sister and I had a great time in this comfortable home. Thank you Belinda for your home. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that it was a little warm at night. Fans are provided but just leaving the sliding door open was good enough.
The Location is the best!!! Quiet neighborhood, close to the supermarket, restaurants and most importantly the lake! Perfect! Definitely recommend.
Belinda is so helpful. Thank you once again.

Location was phenomenal. The apartment is just enough of what you need for a summer Tahoe Beach weekend. Only tough part is the AC didn't work quite as well as we'd like. But crack a door at night with the screen closed and you'll be fine. We will be back again!

The cleanest, most comfortable stay I've had outside of a hotel.

Great place for a family trip, highly recommend
Our family visited Lake Tahoe for a weekend gateway. The property was just perfect for us. It is very clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked. The restaurants are just 12-15 mts walk. Also, it was a great experience dealing with Belinda who made our experience much better than expected.

Cozy Incline Village stay!
A comfy stay for my family of 3 (including a preschooler). The location is very convenient, covered parking was key in the winter, and the unit is well-provisioned and very comfortable. Most importantly, the owner is communicative and very accommodating; she worked with me to reschedule our trip several times since last summer due to the wildfires. My only nitpicks would be we wish there were some more boardgames, and the internet is on the slow side, so leave your work at home!

Great place to stay & conscientious host
Belinda's place was spotless clean, great location, thoughtfully furnished for comfort and very reasonably priced. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you Belinda for contacting us prior to our arrival to answer any questions we might have and your nice email on the day of our departure, wish all the hosts are as thoughtful and conscientious like you. We enjoyed all the amenities that your place had to offer, having the covered spacious parking, the washer and dryer, the extra blankets. We love your place and hope to visit again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
My husband and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was centrally located, 3 minutes from the church and reception. It is also about 5 minutes from the Hyatt if you want to gamble. Also about 2 minutes from the Raley's. Condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and beds were quite cozy. Lots of mirrors, but we got used to them after a few hours. There is a carport in the back to park. We have a big truck, and we managed to back it in when we arrived. We ended up parking in front of the condo on the street the rest of the time we were there since we were coming back at night and I felt like it could have been too dark to navigate backing in the spot. Don't get me wrong, the parking spot is huge. I just did not want to navigate backing in a big truck every night. Street parking was fine as long as you follow the signage. Overall, great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and convenient
This house is very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It's located closely to the attractions at Lake Tahoe. We came for a ski vacation and the free shuttle to Diamond Peak is very convenient for us. The condo owner gave us a call before the trip and kept available for communication during the trip to make sure everything goes well. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! We would love to come back and would recommend highly to others.

Clean, comfortable, cozy and perfect location.
This property is the perfect north shore location. Close to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Wether it's a romantic getaway or family fun this condo is perfect. It feels like home away from home, cozy and comfortable. We stayed for our anniversary and watched The Taming of the Shrew at the Shakespeare Festival. It was just a quick drive to Sand Harbor (one of the nearby beaches) for the festival, which was great. During our stay we were able to use a guest pass for the residents private beach at Incline. Loved it!! We had great communication with the owners. Everything thing went smoothly. If you want a stress free stay this is the place.

Great Incline Property for Family of 4
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The owners were easy to work with and the home was very clean. This is an older property in Incline Village, but has been well kept up. The description and pictures were very accurate.

Wonderful Winter Getaway
We enjoy this spot as a home base when we ski in North Lake Tahoe. It's very clean, cozy and comfortable and has a fully stocked kitchen. Close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Covered parking is included. Belinda is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean, well thought out quaint and just perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay here. I thought the price point was appropriate, clearly alot of thought put into furnishings and decor. Great location, especially if you like walkable proximity to lake, eateries, comm center and library.

Lovely place that made us feel like home
Very nice, clean condo that had pretty much everything we needed.

nice, central stay
We enjoyed our stay here and Belinda is really a joy to communicate with. Super clean and nicely furnished, the condo is centrally located in Incline Village. We really didn't want for anything while staying here. An FYI that the walls are thin--the people next door had a newborn/young infant, and this mama is still attuned to that so we woke up a few times overnight hearing the baby cry. Just bring some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Escape the crowds here!
This was our first time in Lake Tahoe and Incline Village was recommended as a place to avoid the tourist crowds in other parts of North Tahoe. I would agree that Incline Village is less crowded. We visited in July 2018 for three nights and overall, I didn't think N. Lake Tahoe was terribly crowded. It may be a different experience during ski season.
The condo was very nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. The appliances were updated etc and the kitchen appeared well stocked. We did not cook, however. The balcony over looks the parking area and the other apartment building but there are still trees to enjoy and we even saw a bear on the property one evening. There are permanent residents residing around the condo - and at times they were noisy, but certainly not disruptive to our experience.
The property owner was quick to respond to questions and making the arrangements was seamless. Starbucks and a grocery store is within walking distance, if you wish. You can get to Kings Beach in 15-20 min and many hiking trails. The restaurants around are average, don't expect cuisine. Lone Eagle Grill may be the closest to a decent meal but since it's hotel resort restaurant, everything is priced ridiculously for the quality of food you get. If you're a vegetarian like one of us, your options are even more limited. I think seeing a brown bear up close from the balcony was one of the highlights of our Lake Tahoe trip!

Great place to stay while in Incline. Close to beaches & walking distance to restaurants.
The condo was clean and well maintained. The appliances in the kitchen were nice and new. The gas bbq work well. The owner called me the day before our arrival to answer any questions - I appreciated her concern for our stay.

hydroponic heat is the best thing ever
the place is nice and cozy, perfect size for us, clean, everything you need.
but the game changer is the hydroponic heating. i used to, for years, going up and waking up totally dry and scratchy. The hydroponic heating eliminates this problem. it's great.
Owner is friendly and attentive as well.

Cozy Condo
Good size for the four of us. Very cute and cozy! Clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Seems recently updated and nicely decorated. Excellent location that’s about 15 minutes from Northstar and close to downtown. Perfect home base when skiing in Tahoe!

Perfect Accommodations!
We visited Lake Tahoe recently for a short ski trip and rented this property for 3 people. The home was spotless clean and had everything we needed for a short or long term stay. The kitchen was well equipped, everything worked perfectly. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The location is very close to main street in Incline village so all ski shops and restaurants were within a couple of minutes drive. We did have heavy snow fall overnight during our stay so the parking lot was covered with snow when awoke one morning. By the time we had breakfast, snow service had visited and cleared every inch of the parking lot. We will rent here again without a doubt.

The property is very clean and comfortable. I felt right at home when we arrived and made dinner for 4 at ease. Kitchen is well stocked. The owner response very quickly on my inquiries with very useful information for our stay.

If you want to stay on the North side of Lake Tahoe, this place is perfect. Quiet complex, clean, close to everything. Belinda was so flexible with our arrival/departure time, which meant a lot to us. I would return again.

Amazing place that is close to everything you could want and need from the grocery store to the beach. Belinda is quick to respond and is very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was clean, comfortable and a lovely place to return after a day at the beach or trail. The location was quiet and there's a grocery store within walking distance. There's also a small storage room in the carport that was perfect for storing our bikes and stand up paddle boards. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony every day while watching the birds and squirrels. It was plenty of space for us and our 14 year old daughter (thrilled to have her own room on vacation!). Thank you ! We would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for the busy 4th of July weekend and loved that the condo was close to all the huddle and bussel but located on a quiet street. We walked every where or took the Hyatt shuttle which will pick you up right at the condo. The condo was clean and had everything you needed as far as linens and kitchen needs - we relaxed and watched movies and really enjoyed the thunderstorms from the down stairs sliding glass door - it was the perfect vacation! They also gave us a beach access slip to get into the private beaches its was great!! So much fun!!

We had a great time staying here! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. There are a lot of amenities nearby (grocery store, bank, gas station, restaurants) that made this a great base for sightseeing around the lake and into Truckee and Carson City, NV. Would definitely recommend!
