About this chalet rental
This one of a kind rustic mountain ski home was built in 2012 and is designed in the style of a charming, old world European ski chalet. There is no better family friendly ski rental in Park City. Inspired by Deer Valley's Stein Eriksen Lodge, this rental offers rustic timber beams and ceilings, faux/plaster walls and custom Tyrolean toll painting throughout the house. Before finalizing a booking please text me to check on any specials we might be running. 8018242266
The home is located in the prestigious Timbers development. Our neighborhood offers you a true ski in ski out experience with close proximity to Highway 224 (Park City’s main road) and Main Street with easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. The home is within walking distance of the Canyon's Ski Village, yet worlds away, surrounded by tall pines trees and direct ski access out your back door. Included in your stay is free access to the exclusive Canyons resort shuttle system which picks you up (and drops you back off) directly from the home and takes you anywhere you wish at the resort for skiing, apres ski drinks, etc. Think of it like your own big Uber resort shuttle. Old Town Main Street is ten minutes away, the shopping outlets are also ten minutes away.
The house measures approximately 8,000 SF with 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The main floor has a spacious, open feel with a large vaulted ceiling great room. Dining room, kitchen and piano room surround the great room. A quaint hearth fireplace room off the kitchen completes the main floor.
Up its own private half flight of stairs the maser suite begins. The master suite has a cal King bed, large sitting room and beams throughout the ceiling. The hot tub is off the master suite on a deck overlooking the ski resort, large pine trees and views of the Canyons Gondola and Orange Bubble chairlift. Upstairs are three more bedrooms. All queens. The two queen bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with one of the queen bed rooms having a private balcony. The other queen bedroom has its own separate bathroom. The upstairs queen bedrooms have amazing second story views overlooking the Canyons side if the Park City Vail resort and the new Iron Mountain ski runs. Finally, there is a large central loft family area with couches.
In the basement is a self contained two bedroom guest suite/apartment with separate direct access from the garage and has its own dedicated ski run access. There is a full kitchen, bath and a washer/dryer. The apt. living room has a gas fireplace and wood floors. The apt. master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is a Cowboy Old West themed bunk room with a twin bed over a full bunk bed. The apartment can be accessed from inside the house and directly from the garage. The apartment is a fantastic way to allow certain family members to have their own privacy (grandma and grandpa, aunt and uncle, young couple with a baby, etc) while still feeling part of the rest of the group and festivities.
In addition to the apartment downstairs, there is a kids art/play room, dedicated theater room with barn doors that open to a large rec room offering foosball, X-Box, and ping pong. The ski room opens directly onto the ski trail. There is no difficult terrain to overcome or stairs to navigate, just straight out the door and you are skiing. The ski room has lockers and a dryer to warm your gloves and hats during lunch or after a day of skiing. Also in the basement are two additional bedrooms, the first with a king bed and second (the Olympic themed bedroom) with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Those two bedrooms hare a bathroom and are located off of the game room. Note, the basement has 10 foot ceilings throughout and natural light with walkout level windows in some bedrooms and the game room and ski room.
The home can be a kids paradise with secret passageways from ladders in closets that lead to a hidden kids loft high above in the fourth story. There is also a Snow White Cottage Art room in the basement for children.
Including the basement guest apartment there are 8 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There is one Cal King bed (master), a king sized bed (basement guest) three queen bedrooms upstairs, the queen apartment suite bedroom, the apartment bunk room with twin over full and the Olympic room with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There are two full kitchens, three dryers and two washers. One wood burning fireplace in the main family living room and three gas fireplaces (Main Kitchen, maser bedroom and apartment guest suite living room).
Summer is our favorite season here. Email me for pictures of the yard and property in the summer. Please feel free to email with any questions. I have detailed floor plans I can email you and many, many additional pictures. Zip lines, built in trampolines, large stone patios in the large pine trees and large grass area for kids.

House is incredible - A vast, well-maintained and super high specification piece of real estate. We were a group of 12 and would regularly lose people within it... ! Genuine ski in/ski out, hotel-level soft goods and plenty to do. Hosts were communicative and easy to reach.

Thanksgiving Reunion
Beautiful cabin in a very central location between downtown Main Street and the Park city outlets. Extremely responsive and accommodating owners. Weather was very snowy and Greg let us in early on check in day. Highly recommend!!!

We spent a week in this awesome house over ski week this year. The space was in awesome condition and, with a few families, we never felt crowded at all. The entertainment areas of the house were AWESOME with the kids - the art room, theater and game room were all hits.
The hosts were incredibly accommodating. The only issue that came up was a small leak in the roof, dripping into one of the bedrooms (not due to lack of maintenance - there was about 5 ft of snow sitting on it), and the hosts were ON IT. They had scheduled someone to come out the same day, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned.
Access to the Canyon's village was a piece of cake - less than 3 minute drive. The ski-in/ski-out access is legit - there's some traversing for boarders or kids that might be a little challenging, but it's very doable for anyone comfortable skiing a blue run.
Overall it was an incredible experience, and we'd love to book it again for our next trip out!

What a lovely home! From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and enjoyed every minute of our stay. With 11 of us, there was plenty of room to spread out yet stay connected as the common areas were well furnished and setup for us to hang out - even the kids had their own hang out spots separate from the adults! The kitchen was fully equipped, with a gourmet stove (4 burner, grill, and griddle, double oven), two refrigerators, lots of cooking pots, pans, utensils, and multiple sinks. It was heaven for all of us to gather around and enjoy meals together. We were able to easily figure out the ski in / out landscape (exit out the bottom floor in the back, to the path. Turn left, go over bridge, cross street - remove skis first, of course - then take lift up OR walk over to any of the main gondolas!) and back to the house without issue. We rented cars, but there really was no need, as Uber was plentiful and food delivery options were available. It was an ideal location for our long weekend away.

Great house and location on the mountain
House quality was exactly as the pictures showed. It did not disappoint. The owner was engaged and helpful throughout the stay, which was flawless. Plenty of space for large groups. This is a very high quality rental. The ski-in/out was convenient and easy. The kitchen is well equipped and multiple washer/dryer units were handy.

Beautiful house, great location, amazing amenities
I would recommend this home to any group visiting PC. It was perfect for families. We were 4 families. Easy to all be together but also have our own areas for privacy. The owner was great and sent a write up before arrival with wonderful suggestions for dining and fun. The ski in/out location was very convenient. The movie room was the kids favorite hang out. It was an adventure finding the secret rooms but when we did the kids were so excited. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Perfect Sundance Film Festival House and Location
My group of girlfriends makes the trek to PC for the Sundance festival every year. In years past we have always wanted to stay right on Main Street but decided to branch out this year. We are all very glad we did! Besides the great location (about a 7 minute Uber ride to MainStret and even less to the Eccles theater) the setting was stunning! You are literally surrounded by giant pine trees and nature. You are close to all the action we wanted yet you feel so removed and relaxed when you return to this little mountain oasis.
All the beds were comfy, tons of room to spread out and the stadium theater was a fun bonus since we were in film mode. We didn't ski during our stay but it's pretty clear with the ski locker room that it would be a pretty convenient and fun place for a family ski trip as well. Overall a lovely stay and glad we experienced Sundance this way.

Story book Holiday experience
Our family had the fortunate opportunity to stay in this perfect little gem. It truly made our Christmas holiday one we will never forget. The owner took such great care of us. He told us how they would decorate the home for Christmas. Wow were we surprised at the level of detail and decoration added to an already charming rustic home. The tree itself must have been over 15 feet and beautifully finished! Relaxing in front of the cozy crackling fire with Christmas carols playing on the audio system while playing games with our kids and grandkids after a day of skiing was something we will never forget. Thanks again for opening up your gorgeous home to us.

Location, Location, Location-walk to the Village!
Enough has been said about the stunning beauty and newness and conveniences of this home. It truly is spectacular. What we come back for is the perfect location! You are smack dab in the middle of Park City Main Street and Kimball Junction (great local spot for restaurants, shopping, theater, etc). Just five easy minutes in either direction from this house. Even better, you can walk five minutes from the house, along a Bing Crosby esque Christmas trail, right to the Canyons resort Village. The Village area has a great vibe with restaurants, retail, coffee shops, games, fire pits-so much fun and so convenient!
We absolutely loved the house and we will be back again for sure!

Beautiful property from a gracious host in an ideal location.
Our rental experience was uncompromised. This house is located in an ideal location, walking distance from the central Canyons shops, bars and restaurants. It is a true ski in and ski out residence. The home owner was excellent with communication, responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with. The house is well appointed, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The experience was wonderful and I expect we will be regular renters.

5 Star Home and More !!
We have rented beautiful properties all over the United States, but our group of 14 ranging in ages from 21 to 82, have never rented a property this special before. The pictures on the website are beautiful but in person it is spectacular. This special property does not come available very much but if it is ever available look no further. The property is a "Home". We all felt like we were in our best friend's home. The owner kept in contact with us before, during and after our vacation. He truly was interested in us having the best vacation experience ever. Like I said, we have never meet the owner but feel like we are friends now. While the home could be on the cover of Architectural Digest, it is really a very warm and inviting living experience. It was also the cleanest home with the most comfortable beds ever. No arguments over room assignments because they were all perfect. When our travels take us back to the mountains we will wait for this one to be available for us. All 14 of us highly recommend this "Home" ! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful mountain home! We were vacationing with another family and there was loads of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy themselves. Amazing Christmas Home
Our family came to this home expecting to arrive at your standard, corporate style, ski rental - we were pleasantly surprised to find just the opposite! The entire house had been decorated (and decorated very classy I might add) for Christmas! Giant tree in the living room, fireplace mantle covered in pine bows and lights, nativities, pine cones, jars filled with candles and colored balls, EVERYTHING you could imagine. It really made the Christmas Holiday magical for all of us! It was our first clue to realize this is not your average ski home. The level of detail in this house is second to none. From the neat light fixtures to the quaint European toll painting around the house, you can tell that the design and décor of this house had been meticulously thought through. Quaint enough for 5 adults or large enough to expand to host 15, the living area on the main floor was open and great for groups of all sizes. The Great room, kitchen, hearth and dining room are all open and connected and cozy, perfect for families.
The bedrooms were very nice, everything was clean and you could tell the home was brand new. Great amenities as well. Theater had a really cool function where big barn doors opened up at the back to the game room so the kids (and men) could play the fun games while we watched movies and sports in the theater. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the ski access really is as described, right out the door maybe 5 or 6 steps. Perfect for our kids. If you have kids, or even teenagers, I doubt there is a more ideal home for rent. The play rooms were so well stocked (almost to a fault for our ski trip) with Legos, barbies, play kitchens, board games, a Wii, etc. It made it really nice for the kids who maybe got tired of skiing during the day or didn’t want to be skiing every day. The play room “distraction” also gave the adults some much needed relax time around the fire after a day on the slopes.
Thanks to the owners for allowing us to use their little gem! And thanks for the wonderful Christmas decorating! Their service and attention to detail were VERY much appreciated by our group and their suggestions for dining and activities were spot on. Overall a Perfect Holiday Home and vacation!

Our Best Family Holiday vacation hands down!
Our family truly enjoyed every minute of our stay in this stunning home! We travel often and have stayed in many 5 star hotels and rental homes but this home hands down one of the best homes we vacationed in! Very Clean, organized, conveniently located in center of everything, quiet area, and close to the larger resorts. This home is even more beautiful in person, brand new, very spacious, and tons of activities in the home for the kids! This is a very kid friendly home, lots of play rooms, at times my kids didn't want to leave the house and just stay in all day and play in the game rooms! Ski in and ski out access was very convenient, I especially loved the two private ski rooms with it's own laundry rooms. The owners of the home were extremely kind, professional and very accommodating like a concierge service and always available when needed. The theater and game room are loaded with activities and games, also has a great small gym. The sound system in the theatere is excellent. The location of the home was easy to drive to and from nestled away in the canyons… very cozy with lots of fireplaces. The family room was one of my favorite rooms, the view on the deck is breathtaking. We had an unforgettable Christmas morning by the fireplace over looking the mountains. The kitchen is huge, great for cooking and the owners are so organized with every appliance and dishes you can think of! This was by far the best holiday vacation we have ever had and we travel every year to ski. Also resorts near by if your looking for a spa, we literally walked their on some days. The bedrooms are also very spacious, my husband and I loved having our own jacuzzi on the balcony of our master bedroom. This home is better then any 5 star hotel we stayed in and we will definitely return in the future! The area is very nice and conveniently located near local shopping, or downtown main street, and restaurants. Overall EXCELLENT home, If i can rate higher then excellent I would. Highly recommended for anyone vacationing in Park City summer or winter. Owners were very pleasant, professional and great to work with as well!

Warm, amazing, absolute LUXURY - loved our stay and can't wait to come back!
We decided to do a family and friends ski getaway this year and this house is one of the most spectacular we've ever stayed at. It was perfect for our families - literally stepped out the door and were able to ski over to the lifts at the Canyons Resort. Not sure what the kids loved most - the game room, the playroom, the beautiful movie room or all of the little "secret" ways to get around.
For us adults everything was easy and high end - particularly loved the hot tub overlooking the resort at the end of the day, but a close second might have been the amazing gourmet kitchen. Wish I had that kitchen at home! The owner told us that the house was custom built and completed recently, and you can see it in all of the finishes - a "rustic meets contemporary" feel.
Getting around was easy as well - was only half hour from the airport, and ten minutes into town, yet you still felt really peaceful and secluded at the mountain.
Looking forward to coming back next winter!

Dreamy Home in a Stunning Setting!
What a Dreamy Home! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Greg was the absolute best host and everything was as promised or better! Everything in the house was brand new and very high end. Loved the theater and the game room. The setting couldn't be more stunning. The house felt so spacious yet has cozy nooks where we could read books and relax. We can’t wait to come back!
