Casa De Playa is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and located RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Built in 2002, it is one of the newer buildings in IRB with only 14 units.

Unit 202 is a gulf front spacious and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a “beachy feel” from the moment you enter. The master bedroom has a king bed, a fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen mattress, 2 twin beds, a walk in closet, and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is conveniently located beside it. The new kitchen is open, spacious, and great for entertaining. It is fully equipped with a new stainless dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator w/ ice maker and plenty of cooking amenities. It has new quartz countertops seating for four as well as a dining table for four. The living room amenities include a 50' flat screen TV and wifi as well as a large size balcony that boasts a breathtaking view overlooking the pool, sand dunes and picturesque beach. A large capacity washer/dryer is provided to make your life easier. Casa 202 also provides you with a covered parking place with easy access to the elevator, and a gas grill. Unit 202 is non smoking and no pets.

Condo is in a perfect location. Quiet beautiful beach, great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is exactly as pictured. The host Dan was very easy to communicate with. He even checked in with us upon arrival to make sure we didn't need anything. The condo is super stocked with anything and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to book another trip soon!

This was our second time staying at Casa de Playa, and we loved it just as much! Since the first time we stayed the condo has been remodeled and updated making it even more wonderful. The condo is in an amazing location, with Gulf views that are breathtaking. With a large kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms and comfortable beds there's nothing else you need! The pool is clean and well maintained, and beach access is quick and easy. Can't say enough good things about our stay!

Very nice stay at Casa De Playa Condos. Condo 202 was clean/roomy and had a great view of the gulf from our balcony. Our host, Dan, communicated all instructions including work going on at the end of the week above us. We left some clothes there after our stay and did not hesitate to send them to us at home right away. Pool was nice and cool, was cleaned during the week. Only minor issues were that we did not have a manual key to the condo (no fault of our host, must have been missing from a prior tenant) and some of the outlets were not working. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, noodles, and beach toys in storage. Great location in peaceful Indian Rocks Beach.

We were very happy here. The location is wonderful. The property manager was helpful and easy to reach. The house is well equipped. Not much clearance in the parking area, so an suv with a rooftop carrier might not fit. The only reason I took 1 star away for cleanliness was due to one of the beds having sand in it upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The property and location were great! Well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and very spacious unit. We loved it and cant wait to go back. Family oriented complex, very quiet however there was some noise from construction on a few days (there is a new complex next door), starts around 7:30am but didn't last long and we were up early anyway so it didn't bother us. Dan was great and communicated really well, responded to all our questions. Everything was perfect!

Just got back from a week here and had a great time. The condo is nicely decorated with everything you need, plenty of towels, kitchen tools and beach gear. The sunsets are spectacular! There’s lots of great restaurants nearby which includes our favorites, Guppies and The Tacky Turtle (for amazing Cuban sandwiches). Would definitely go back!

We loved staying at this property and would definitely stay here again. The views were amazing. We loved the open (huge) kitchen and living room area. We spent a lot of time on the balcony eating, reading, or just watching the waves (and dolphins). We loved that the property is smaller and enjoyed spending time in the pool meeting and talking with the vacationers from other units. The main bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we loved having a separate on suite bathroom. Dan checked in with us on day one to be sure everything was going well and provided a lot of information on the area including his favorite restaurants. We loved that we could walk just a few blocks for ice cream or dinner. And big plus that the grocery store was a short 6 minute drive away. The pool and beach were so close and easy to access. We loved everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Indian Rocks Beach! We’ve been going to this area for for 15 years and IRB is our favorite. It’s quiet, not too crowded, and has excellent restaurants close by. The unit itself was very comfortable, clean, and had pretty much everything we needed. The pool was never crowded, sometimes we had it all to ourselves. Other guests were friendly and the noise level was minimal. And of course, each night boasted gorgeous sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others.

This condo was so well stocked and homey, it was honestly more like staying at a friend's amazing place than renting a more impersonal VRBO unit. One of the best places our family of four has ever stayed, from the view to the easy and quick beach access. At first the pool looked smaller than I expected, but once we realized we pretty much had it all to ourselves every time we wanted to swim, the kids LOVED IT. Everything was perfect inside and out. Do not hesitate to book!

Mostly very good. One issue needs to be addressed, probably more by the cleaning company than the owner. Pulled the bed out to change sheets and found rubbish which had obviously been there some time. Otherwise would recommend it for comfort and location

The view from the living room/kitchen was spectacular of the gulf. Sunsets were incredible from the large balcony with seating for six. Kitchen was spacious and had everything needed to cook and entertain. Enjoyed many great restaurants recommended by the host Dan. Check in was easy and communication was great. Definitely will be looking to come back!

Our family of four loved our stay in this condo. The condo was clean when we arrived, the location is great, and the views are spectacular! Beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of beach towels, as well as sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is laid out nicely with plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils. The property is well maintained, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Really nice property for small families. Grandparents and our small family stayed in the unit. The owner was very helpful with suggestions/things to do within the surrounding area. The unit was stocked with beach chairs/toys/beach towels and also had some basic essentials left over for us to utilize (dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper). The unit itself was well maintained and had been updated. The kitchen/living space has an amazing ocean view. The heated pool was great for our small children. The unit is walking distance to many IRB bars/restaurants (many are crowded during spring break however we still love this IRB area). We would stay in this unit again. This property was in the perfect location and was just the right size for our family of 5. Kids each had their own bed. We enjoyed popping out onto the beach or sitting out on the deck each day for a gorgeous sunset. The kids also split their time between the beach and the heated pool. We had such a blast and look forward to staying here again.

This space is wonderful and provided extreme comfort for four adults and one infant. The kitchen is well equipped for a week of healthy cooking and the grocery store (Publix) was less than 3 miles away. The views front the balcony are spectacular and dinner out there was the icing on the cake. Despite going into immediate vacation mode and neglecting to look at my phone, Dan reached out and was highly communicative, ensuring my families comfort and satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate. If this place is available, book it now.
