No other vacation home can offer its guests such amazing, peaceful views!
You will also be able to fish, boat, sail, kayak, or ski off your own private, lighted pier! Clean your catch in your own fishing stand, and cook fish, including redfish, trout, catfish, flounder, etc., on a charcoal grill day and/or night.

Great place right on the intracoastal waterway. Views from every room. Good fishing off the dock. If you bring a boat, there is easy parking on site. Perfect

House was perfect for 5 adults. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Well stocked beautiful home. Plenty of room for a large family to get together to enjoy the bay views and do a little fishing off the dock. We spent lots of time on the deck relaxing and enjoying the sunshine on the water.

Such a beautiful place! Our family had such a wonderful time, the views outside both balconies were spectacular. Inside the house was nice and cozy. Will definitely be staying again and recommending this place.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. Celebrated father's 70th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! The views really are spectacular! Even saw dolphins a few times. We will definitely be coming back again.

This property was exactly as described. Excellent location. Great view of the canal and beautiful sunsets from the front porches. The dock is great for the kids to fish while parents relaxed on the comfortable outdoor furniture which was provided on the spacious porches on the backside of the house. Just what we needed to enjoy a great family vacation. Camille was quick to reply to any message and is very friendly and helpful. She is a great host.

Our fourth trip to this home. Can’t say enough good things about it. The view, the sunrises, the shaded deck, the furnishings, just top notch! Communication with Camille is always prompt. The neighborhood is probably one of the nicest in the area. Just love it and we will return!

We love coming back to this vacation home. Even though we didn't get to fish much and were a little apprehensive because we were dealing with a Tropical Storm, the host put us at ease. Will definitely return in the future!! Thanks Camille!!

This property was exactly as listed on Vrbo. We were there for five days. We were not disappointed in one thing. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. We had plenty of extra bedding if needed. Lots and lots of towels. The laundry room was great. Has an extra large washer and dryer. Also anything you might need to clean. The kitchen is completely stocked with any type of dishes, pots, or pans you may need. There were two different coffee pots, both a gas and charcoal BBQ pit, games, a ping pong table, a kayak and place to clean fish. Plenty of outside seating and extra chairs to take to the pier. Everything you would need for a big family. The house has plenty of seating to eat and very spacious. Lots and lots of storage. I don't like living out of a suitcase. I put all of my clothes away and it felt like home. The lighting is outstanding inside and out. Whenever you go down the stairs at night, it lights up as you go. Same in the yard. It made me feel safe. We had so much fun. Before we left, we were already talking about coming back. Camille is undoubtedly the best homeowner and hostess I have ever come across. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Thank you for always being so helpful. We look forward to returning soon.

I can’t say enough good comments. If I could give above a 5 star review I would. The home was amazing with tons of space. We spent days cooking out, fishing off the back pier, kayaking, playing cornhole and seeing the local sights.
The neighborhood was amazing and quite. All contact with the homeowner was very quick and so helpful. For anyone looking for an amazing vacation get away this is a must stay.

This was our 3rd time to stay in this property and the upgrades are beautiful! Location quiet and family friendly! The fishing wasn’t great this time but usually we catch a lot when staying here! The property owner is fabulous and kind! We will be back!

We have rented numerous VRBO/ABNB homes over 15+ years. This is one of the nicest, most well-kept homes. I could live here! The master is HUGE, with phenomenal views of the bay! Night or day. The decks, front and back, provide great options for outside seating no matter the wind direction. The dock, lower level social space, and yard (fenced in for pups) are all extras you can’t find in most rentals. Additionally, we have found the furniture in lots of “pet-friendly” rentals to be sub-par…not here! The couches and chairs are comfortable and fresh!
Our guests wished for a larger vanity in their bathroom (inside) and the area (Rockport/Arkansas Pass) seemed to still be recovering from Covid/Hurricane Harvey, otherwise we LOVED this home!
Great local options: Los Comales (Mexican), and Pier 77 (seafood); Tackle Town (HUGE tackle and clothing/shoes selection).

We love this beautiful home and breath taking view. Very clean and relaxing spot. Enjoyed time with my husband, our 2 teenagers, my in law's and their kiddos. Saw dolphins near the pier. Would definitely stay again.

This is our third stay in this fabulous home. Why do we keep coming back to this house? The view goes without saying because it is stunning. The sunrises each morning are works of art and the daily dolphin sightings are exciting no matter how often. This home draws us back each year as we can tell someone who loves it as much as we do owns it. Communication with the owner has always been great. The home is roomy, updated, and tastefully decorated. The beds comfy, the kitchen extremely well outfitted and the neighborhood safe and very quiet. We will be back for visit number four in 2024!

The house was more than we expected. The bottom garage area was super nice and spacious for bbq’s and hanging out while fishing. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very open.

The fishing off the pier was great. The place was really nice and the property manager was very helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place.

There was some construction underway at the house but the owner communicated all of the details and kept us informed of what to expect and what was being done. There were no contractors working during our stay as it appears we were staying between some completed work and some scheduled work for immediately after our departure.

One of the best vacation rental we have rented. Pictures are exactly as the home is. We loved the home so much we have already rebooked it for our next vacation.

perfect , but their was dog hair on couch and floor

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was gorgeous. And the dumb waiter a life saver. The kids really enjoyed the toys. The fishing was a bit slow due to the sea weed. But the ship channel was awesome. We saw regular fishing boats, yachts and barges. The barge drivers would even honk for the kids which they thought was “so cool”. Our only snag was can’t swim off the pier. But overall a great stay

This was a beautiful house very conveniently located to both Rockport and Port Aransas. Kids caught some small catfish off the pier!

This is our second visit to this wonderful home and came for a few days so I could wake up to the fabulous view on my birthday. The home is very roomy and comfortable and it’s well stocked kitchen is a big plus. While I kept getting excessive heat warnings on my phone, it was delightful and comfortable up on the shaded deck of this home watching birds, dolphins, and fisherman passing by. The sunrises are a must to wake up for. Highly recommend it!
