This house is perfect for your ski trip this year to Deer Valley Resort or to the Park City Ski area. We are 2 minutes away from the Deer Valley Resort Express Gondola! Amazing ski access without the crowds and the hassle. 3,573 total square footage of the house. This is the largest home in the Shores development and is a single-family home, not a duplex house with shared walls. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The Master features a king-size bed, master bath, 32 TV and stunning mountain views. The 2nd master has a king-size bed, private deck, master bath, and 32 TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and a 32 inch TV, and a trundle bed (sleep 2). The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bunk bed and a bunks that sleeps 3 + a private bath with a bathtub. Total of 16! This house is perfect for one or two families staying together (or one family). The house has 3 floors; Viking appliances in the kitchen, 42-inch plasma TV in the living room, iPod wireless docking station, downstairs has a bar, with a pool table, and 42-inch Plasma TV with surround sound, and a private hot tub outside. This house is a dream come true for us! We want to share it with you. We will also help you plan all of the details of your trip. Call us today! Beautiful home with plenty of space for our family. We had a few concerns with cookware, lights that needed new bulbs, hot tub that was dirty. I messaged the owner and he replied right away and had new cookware delivered the following day, repairman came to fix the lighting and crew came to clean the hot tub. We weren't able to use the hot tub since it needs time to warm up, but was pleased with the quick response.

Debbie & Mike were wonderful to work with and communicated well. Their house is clean and beautiful. They even provided a portable fan for my son’s room when I inquired. We had 3 families staying at the house and with 3 floors everyone could spread out. We really liked that each bedroom had a bathroom too. Location is super close to Deer Valley although we skied at Park City every day because of our Epic passes. Would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Utah. Five stars!

We chose this property because we were 3 families traveling together. Each couple had their own king size bed with their own bathroom. Our 5 grandchildren enjoyed the bunk room also. The only issue we had was losing hot water when bathing. So we planned accordingly.

We loved the house! It was roomy and well equipped for our grown family. The location was also very convenient to Park City, Deer Valley and Midway - where we unexpectedly enjoyed the Homestead Crater and the Ice Castles. The owners were very response to our communication which always a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We would stay there again if we return to Utah.

This is the perfect place for extended family or multiple families. The 3 floors gave everyone plenty of room to spread out yet it was big enough for all to get together in one place. We stayed for 4 days as a Thanksgiving treat. Cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and had plenty of seating for all 18 of us. (Only 12 of us stayed there as 6 lived in town). It was nice having a high chair and sleds for the kids. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was a perfect getaway for me and my family. This home was well furnished—the hot tub and billiard table were especially popular with our crew. The hosts were very good to work with and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Perfect location. Spacious and modern property with lots of windows and balconies to enjoy incredible views. An abundance of amenities. Super clean and comfortable furnishings throughout. Utah inspired decor, and as a bonus - a pool table. Walking/biking trail right outside the home that connects to trails along the Jordanelle Lake. This home is a gem for stays near Deer Valley and Park City and exploring the area.

From the moment we booked this property we had great communication with the owners! Upon our arrival, we walked into a perfectly clean and beautiful home that had everything we needed for our stay! When we had questions and left a message through the Vrbo app we always received a very prompt and timely answer! We did not go there to ski, but if you are looking to do that, the house has multiple boot dryers, ski racks and two washers/dryers! The neighborhood is great for walking with gorgeous views! Downtown Park City, grocery stores and shopping was 15 min or less of a drive! I would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, easy access to Park City, Deer Valley, Heber City andJordanelle Resevoir. The house was great for 3 couples providing king sized beds and private baths for all. Great having2 sets of washers and dryers for a 2 week stay. The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking items needed. Only single negative was that some minor maintenance issues should have been adressed prior to arrival. Homeowners we’re very accessible and quick to address issues once contacted. Overall a wonderful house to rent and stay in the greater Park City area.

The photos are accurate although this house is even more beautiful in person. This is obviously a personal home and not a high traffic rental managed by property management company - evident with very nice pots and pans, games, cleaning supplies, etc. The hot tub was very clean and nice after a day of hiking and adventuring. Beds comfortable. Communication with host was easy and quick. The area is about 10 minutes outside of PC. We have stayed in PC over the years and liked being out of the congestion. It was SO QUIET and peaceful. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

I loved the location and the layout of the home. It was great for our married kids that have small children and need their own space. We loved all the bathrooms, decks, hang-out areas, and plenty of beds. That being said…we were really disappointed by several things and I would not stay here again because of it. The hot tub is un-useable! The water was disgusting and had not been cleaned for a long time. The beds were not great. They sunk in the middle and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. There was not soap for the showers. The towels were very old thin and rough. The tv remote needed batteries. The kitchen is an unorganized disaster. This place is getting worn out and needs some good TLC.

The home is beautiful, great location across the road from the Deer Valley Gondola, 15 minutes to Park City and 45 minutes to Alta/ Snowbird. Spacious home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing. Game room downstairs with a comfy couch and pool table was lots of fun in the evenings. Would stay here again and highly recommended

The house has great views and ample space. Located close to Deer Valley ski restort (Jordanelle Lift) - this property is also a fabulous base for exploring all the ski areas in Utah. 20 mins to Park City; and an hours drive to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and is very spacious and well kept. Our kids had lots of fun in the basesment playing pool and hanging out in the hot-tub.
