* Second living area showcases 2 comfy couches and a lartge TV
* Third living area is an indoor/outdoor covered verandah with TV, large dining table and a fun place to entertain or for casual BBQ. (Colloquially Known as "The Members")
* 4 Bedrooms- Fully equipped with comfortable bedding (premium bed linen and towels are included) for 8 guests (3 QS and 2 singles)
* Kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine
* 2 bathrooms and laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer
* Includes heating and ceiling fans throughout and aircon in living room
* Wi-fi included
* Earlier check-in or later checkout can be negotiated depending on adjacent bookings
Other things to note
* Dogs are permitted outside and in the “members area" at night, and in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedrooms. Members is fully enclosed and safe and warm for dogs.
* The backyard is fully fenced so kids and dogs cant escape
* Beach towels are not provided
* No schoolies or groups under the age of 25 years, no parties and quiet after 11pm please
* Prompt assistance is only a phone call or text away
N.B* All Victorian Long Weekends must be a minimum 3 nights stay
Spring Carnival ( Melbourne Cup time) must be minimum 4 nights stay
Easter 4 nights minimum stay
January Minimum 7 nights
-We are happy to welcome bookings from groups that agree to abide by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct.
- All Long Weekends must be a 3 night booking
- A weekend booking must include the Friday and Saturday nights
-Note that this property is in a quiet residential area and has a "no party" policy
- No smoking inside
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Groups under 25 years of age will not be accepted. Strictly no Schoolies
- Guest Registration and Photo ID may be required and confirmation of booking may be subject to approval by management
- There is strictly no cleaning fish in the house
In Summer months the check in time is 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am as we have many back to back bookings.
There is a fireplace and you will need to bring your own wood and kindling which is easily purchased at service stations or Mitre 10 just off Sorrento Main Street.
Please strip beds at end of stay and put sheets in laundry.
Please put all garbage in bins and take away any extra that does not fit. The bins are collected early Monday morning.
No noise after 11pm
Please leave the house in the same way as you found it
