The perfect spot for skiers who want to be close to several resorts but in a residential area with shopping, restaurants and other services nearby. Professionally managed to assure you good service. Also available year round for visitors or short term rental (relocating, new home construction delays, temporary assignments). Significant discounts available for long-term off-season rentals.

For skiers and snowboarders- Why pay high prices and be stuck at the resort when you can stay in a well equipped, very comfortable townhouse and go to a different area every day. Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton are all just a short 20 minute drive away, or ride the bus non-stop to any of them. Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley are about 45 minutes on the other side of the range. Anyone who knows Utah skiing knows that there is more snow and better snow in the western canyons, both of which are right by this house.

There is plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by. The kitchen was completely remodeling in 2022 and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with king bed and one with a queen. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 singles. Each of these have their own bathrooms just outside their doors in the hallway.

There is a large living room upstairs with HD flatscreen, DVD and sound system. There is an even larger den downstairs with HD flatscreen and DVD player. Hi speed internet via wi-fi included.

Two car garage provides cover for your vehicles when it snows and the community plows the driveways and shovels the walks. Store you ski and boards in the garage and bring your boots and gloves into the furnace room where they will dry quickly and be warm for the morning.

The best part is the large spa tub - outside with covered deck above. The perfect way to end a day on the slopes. Massage jets that will sooth those aching backs, legs, and feet. Can also be used in non-ski season for an additional fee.

Plenty of room for 3 of us and quite well equipped. Mike was super available for the few questions we had. Very convenient for the big 4 ski areas (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude) with groceries and restaurants nearby. Will look for this host next time in SLC to ski!

Beautiful area with all the amenities you could want within minutes. Michael is exceptional. Most responsive host I’ve ever had from my VRBO stays. The condo is so well maintained, clean, and stocked with convenience items most rental don’t think of. This is our second time staying here and we definitely will be back again!! The location was just perfect for all the family activities we did. The house was also amazing! Many rooms and bathrooms, separate area where kids can play, great backyard for a pet, and everything we needed was available. Michael was a great host, always easy to reach and communicate, and flexible. We hope to be back soon!

Great location, perfect layout for a group, super clean and very responsive and helpful host! Our return flights got pushed back from 9am to 9pm, and Michael was kind enough to allow a 5pm checkout since didn’t have anyone else coming in the next day, which made things so much easier so we could enjoy the unexpected extra day! Can’t say enough good things about this house, definitely hope to be back next year!!

Perfect location close to ski resorts. House was clean, had all the amenities you would need and plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub was enjoyed by all! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

An amazing place with all we needed. Location was perfect for everything from the airport, ski resorts, groceries, restaurants, hiking trails, and university attractions. The house is well laid out with comfortable beds, bathrooms for each bedroom and easy access to the fenced yard (we were extremely grateful to be able to bring our Whippet with us) from upstairs or down. The kitchen was well stocked for our group of 7 and 2 can easily cooking at a time. The large table made enjoying a meal and playing games a delight. Highly recommend this property - the owners quickly responded when we had to communicate and the listing is accurate. We will keep this in mind for another visit to Salt Lake!

We, a group of college students, stayed here during our fall semester as we did online school and could not have asked for a better experience. The house was even more spacious than depicted in the pictures and all eight of us were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for a longterm stay. The location is perfect- next to beautiful mountains, big and little cottonwood canyons, SLC, and grocery stores. I could not recommend enough, and we thank Mike for a seamless stay!

We had a fantastic stay! It was everything we wanted and more: lots of space to rest and relax after a day of skiing; spacious kitchen for cooking meals; and private hot tub. On top of that, the location was excellent, offering a short drive to resorts at both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Communication with Michael was great and he had a wealth of information to help his us with our stay. We would definitely be interested in booking again!

This house is close to perfect for skiers due to its location, size and amenities. It is literally in between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, making access to Sol-Bright and Alta-Bird a snap. The house is also roomy and comfortable; the kitchen has most everything you;d need and the hot tub is just what you need after a day of skiing. Rounding things out, Michael was a helpful and communicative host. Highly recommended.
