All 3 homes and attached Casita on the Paradise in Rocky Point property. 16 bedrooms plus 2 pull out couches sleep up to 35. 2 pools, 2 spas, and multiple private decks. Direct beach access, shared gym, free parking. Located in Las Conchas neighborhood. This listing is suitable for events with additional fees.

We are located in a gated area with private homes. Our property has three homes on two lots and it is walled and gated from the street.
We provide plenty of parking within the compound itself. There are taxis to get around but it is easiest if you have a car to get around.
Paradise in Rocky Point House Rules
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 10:00 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of guests noted during reservation.
If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host and extra guest charges will apply.
EVENTS: Events are not allowed on property without prior approval and are subject to extra fees and additional agreement terms.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Early check-in and/or Late check-out must be approved by the Host prior to your arrival and are subject to extra fees. Any Guest found to move in early or move out late without making prior arrangements will be charged 20% of the daily rate per hour for all hours beyond the agreed hours mentioned in this agreement.
UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None. PLEASE CONSERVE WATER and ELECTRICITY. Puerto Penasco has a water shortage the majority of the year, and we are on a septic system. Electricity is also very expensive and Puerto Penasco is subject to black outs and brown outs during peak seasons. Contact Property Manager if you are having a utility issue. Please turn off AC and/or fans when you leave a room or when you leave the homes. Excessive use may result in extra fees.
PETS. The Host only allows pets in Casa 2. If your rental does not include Casa 2, pets are not allowed. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises wihtout prior approval and Pet Fee paid upon reservation, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.
SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
TRASH AND CLEANING. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host. Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate. Please contact Property Manager if you would like to have cleaning during your stay. Homes should be left in a reasonably clean condition when vacating. All dishes, kitchen items, pots and pans should be cleaned, dried and put away. All garbage should be securely put in the trash containers by the street. Any excessive cleaning or the cost of any damages cause by Guest will be deducted from the security deposit.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: The homes are on a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products should NOT be flushed down the toilet. Guest will be charged for cleaning of any sewer lines if other items are flushed.
QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
USE OF PREMISES. The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws located in the jurisdiction of Premise’s location.

We had a great time at Paradise in Las Conchas. We rented Casa 2 and the Casita. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the views were awesome. Lots of places to gather inside and out. The owners and the property manager down in Rocky Point were responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

What an amazing vacation! Our family has been going to Rocky Point every year for the past decade. We’ve stayed at various properties in Las Conchas, Playa Encanto and Sandy Beach. By far, this house is our favorite. So much so, that we’ve stayed here twice and we can’t wait until our next stay.
As soon as you walk into the house, you’re greeted by the breathtaking views of the appropriately named the Great Room. You simply can’t find many properties that give you the kind of excitement you feel entering this area for the first, second or hundredth time.
We traveled with three other families and rented both Casa 1 and Casa. Thankfully, it never seemed like there wasn’t enough space when we all gathered together for breakfast and dinner. The master
bedroom is to die for. It’s so large and peaceful that you almost never want to leave. But, eventually the views from the master bedroom are just to hard to resist.
I could go on and on about all of the things that make this house so great, but for me and my family, THE best thing is the patio. There is no better place to take in all of
the beauty that Rocky Point has to offer than the back patio that also has a pool. You haven’t lived until you’ve experience a sunset while cooling off in the pool with your favorite beverage.
Bill and Joyce and a pleasure to work with. The make you feel like their most important guest leading up to and throughout your stay. We cannot wait for our next vacation to their Paradise in Rocky Point!!!

What an AMAZING home/venue to have for your wedding and your family stay to enjoy the breathtaking views!! I am so happy we chose this place for our special day....;BUT not only did we have this Palace in Paradise for our venue, we also were able to share wonderful memories with our family and friends and have them stay with us for 3 days after the wedding because of how big and beautiful it is and we had more than enough room so, why not (sleeps 29 people)?
It was VERY beautiful and clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating and we were able to use all of the amenities and appliances including both jacuzzi's, sauna, gym room, bbq grill, and outdoor fireplace.
Not to mention the beach that you feel is all to yourself!
There were a lot more things like paddle boards and kayaks.
If we needed anything or had any questions, we were able to contact Ben.
It was big enough for all of our guests to dance and have fun and also very private....we didn't have any strangers watching or taking photos/videos.
We had no one to answer to or tell us when to leave.......it was our night, in paradise and a dream come true! i want to relive those days for the rest of my life! Everything was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing! I would post pics and videos for proof if i could but even they don't do it justice.
If you or anyone you know are looking for a venue or even a beautiful private vacation from 2-29 people, Paradise In Rocky Point does NOT disappoint!
The ONLY thing i would had changed would have been to stay longer!

Great property and the staff was great! We visited during the winter so it was definitely too cold to use the pools, but we certainly were excited to use the hot tubs on the property. The only issue with that was one did not work and the other would not get above 80 degrees. Both homes provided lots of space for the large group we had and everybody had a great time.

Oh my God. So extremely happy. We housed family members in Casa1, Casa 2 and the guest casita. The grounds were kept beautiful. The Casas...wow what a view. The houses provided every need including beach toys for adults and children. Would highly recommend for a wedding or any other venue to house your close family members and friends. There are rules as there should be but when you see the property you understand why. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

We rented both homes on the property & had a great stay! We loved all the amenities, especially the pools & hot tubs. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio which is massive. There was plenty of room for all 22 of us & we all slept comfortably. If you’re looking for a great place to stay it doesn’t get much better than this property.

OVERALL WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME- WE MADE MEMORIES TO LAST A LIFETIME. THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME STAYING AT THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND I DONT THINK WE CAN EVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. THE PLACE IS IMMACULATE, SPLENDED, AND JUST BREATH TAKING.

Our family reunion vacation and wedding was unmatched during our time at Paradise in Rocky Point. The property allowed our entire group to do whatever they wanted from playing on the beach, jumping waves, paddle boarding and kayaking to more peaceful time reading books or watching the World Cup soccer matches in the library. The kitchens were perfect for the large group(s).
The actual wedding ceremony was perfect from the long stair processional down to the
Beach, to the multiple levels of viewing for the guests, to the photo opportunities at the beach and on the grounds.
Anything we needed was accommodated from the property manager. This home was simply perfect for both a family vacation and a wedding. We will definitely consider a stay at Paradise in Rocky Point again.

This is our fourth time staying at Paradise in Rocky Point. We love it more with every visit. The location is superb and the property is fantastic. Not only has it been well maintained over the years, the owners continue to make improvements. Ben, who is onsite, is reliable and quick to respond to any concerns that may come up. We are ready to reserve our time for next year!!!
