Now OYO doing Scam with us regarding room booking before booking Oyo take advance payment for the room and after he don't give us room He tell us there is no booking on your name so don't book Oyo hotel online or offline

First of all this is not a hotel. It is a cheap lodge. While booking this place from booking.com I saw the room images which looked decent. But please be aware that the rooms are nowhere similar to what is shown. The rooms & bathroom has zero maintenance. Forget the rooms, even the surroundings are more like a 3rd class cheap lodge where you get rooms for 500Rs. This was about the place. Now coming to their service. The reception guy was super rude. When we complained him that the place is dirty , he said "If you don't want to stay please leave". He then came to our room with 2 bottles of water which was filled with normal water and he said this is what is served as per the policy. After arguing a lot, he finally gave a packed mineral water. At night around 3 am the AC stopped working and all the lights were dim. We called the reception guy again and he was like electrician wont come at this time so we need to wait for another 4 hours to get all these fixed. We then contacted booking.com customer care which was also as pathetic as the reception guy. But again after arguing for 30 mins, when I said that I will be putting poor reviews, the reception guy called the electrician. Now during our breakfast time we were told that the breakfast is not included in our booking, although I showed it in the booking.com app that clearly says breakfast is booked for all 4 rooms. We then again called the customer care and customer care said that the call landed to OYO customer care and please call booking.com customer care. Remember this is the same customer care number which responded to our earlier issue with the electricity but now denied interfering with breakfast issue. So we finally gave up and had our breakfast outside. Overall I would say that please refrain from this hotel if you don't want to spoil your trip. We had the worst experience of our life.

Very poor

Washroom was smelling. We asked they said will clean tomorrow. AC not functioning. We called receptionist they are not picking call. Gave worst driniking water.

Read before booking

Big room, good and enough furniture for longer stay, I could leave my bags until the evening in the lobby, worm water, bathroom more or less clean.

Sheets were dirty, very noisy, mattresses were covered with purchased plastic cover, sweating a lot at night, no breakfast, although I had breakfast included. Check out at 8 o'clock. After checking out, receptionist asked me to download oyo app and leave him a 5 star rate. This is not the way it should be.

Advising not to choose this hotel.

Nothing good....

Location near fish market. Bad smell in bathrooms. Not returned ID card (of all 4 guests) stayed in hotel, due to which faced heavy problem in boarding flight. Totally hopeless.👎
