The house could have been cleaner. I couldn't turn on the fan in our bedroom because there was so much dust on the fan. We had small children and it was hard for them to nap and go to bed at night because the walls were thin. The wifi went out one day so I called IT help number and left a VM message. I waited 2 hours and no one returned my call so I called back and did get help then and he apologized that no one returned my call initially. He did come and fix the issue. The directions to the access area are not clear and when I called for more details, they sent a generic message directing me to the access area for a different neighborhood. I wasn't impressed with Railey Management's customer service.

We lived the house. Very clean, great location, tons of space!

This is a lovely home with beautiful views of Deep Creek Lake and the mountains. We had 18 people in our group, ranging in age from 22 months to 80 years. We enjoyed the hot tub, the charcoal grill and the pool table. And we had a great campfire at the fire pit. It was a perfect spot for our group.

The property was as nice as described. Great location/access to Wisp, grocery store, gas, etc. A great house for large groups. Would definitely stay here again.

Good house. Spacious for our group of 18 (adults, children, and infants) to hang out and share meals together. My main complaint is that the AC in the master bedroom above the garage was not working during our stay. We called management every day (sometimes multiple times a day), but the best they could do was provide us with a few fans. Living in a 80+ degrees room with a toddler and infant was almost unbearable. The room has a separate AC unit from the house, so thankfully everyone else was comfortably cool during our summer vacation.

Thanks for a great stay! Everything was great

For as much money as we spent renting this property for the week we were a bit disappointed. We came into the property the first day and the master bed and bathroom had not even been cleaned. The refrigerator was a complete joke. It did not make an ice in the freezer and took well over 2 days to start keeping the food cold. This is a known problem because they have the audacity to put a sticker on the fridge saying only put absolute necessary items in the fridge for the first few hours. This just shows that they known it’s a problem but don’t want to fix it. The windows were filthy. Handprints on inside and out and the last people before us had written on the condensation, this proving the windows were not clean. Cob webs in all of the lamps. The fans in the upstairs bedroom had a thick layer of dust on the blades. The upstairs bathroom in the right bedroom toilet did not flush properly and we had to fix the flapper in order to use the toilet. The worst part was the pee/diarrhea on the wall that we bought bleach wipes for to clean up. How is this at all acceptable? The kitchen floor was sticky. There was something that spilled between the fridge and the wall. It was not cleaned up in the middle of the floor or in between the wall and fridge. The baseboard by the basement door was broken. Someone flipped it upside down and shoved it back to the spot it belonged to make it look as if it was not broken. The screens to the back porch were ripped. The hot tub had jets missing that were found in the grass. We told the service man who serviced the hot tub about the issue and he addressed it. The master bedroom fire alarm was broken. It would alert then stop alert then stop. We had an employee come out and replace it. He did not have the proper equipment so my family member had to help him in replacing the fire alarm. When he was done he placed the still beeping fire alarm in the basement and left. We then had to go to the window in the basement and take the battery out of the old fire alarm that was replaced and then put downstairs. This was just a few of the issues we can across during our stay. As we stated before for as much as we paid for the rental we were expecting a little more updated house with none of the problems we ran in to.

I had a great experience renting this property. The house was clean and setup nicely for our stay. The only thing slightly disappointing was the backyard. It was a lot smaller and on more of an incline than I imagined from the pictures.
Overall, wonderful experience!
