Romar Tower is a prestigious complex with an unobstructed direct view of the beautiful white beach. The most outstanding feature of this luxurious penthouse unit is the large sitting area in the master bedroom which serves as a second living area with a sofa, recliner and sliding door opening to the balcony. The unit was recently remodeled and professionally decorated with all granite counter tops, all new cabinetry, new lighting/plumbing fixtures, new draperies, new glass in all doors and windows, paint, and most of the furniture. It sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you will need and ample seating for meals at the table for six and a breakfast bar. Other features include wet bar, 3 flat screen TV'S, wifi, stacked laundry, walk-in closet, unique foot rinse faucet, pantry and spacious balcony.

The low density (35 units) with only four units on each floor and covered loading area, make this complex one of the most convenient places on the beach. Other amenities include: seasonal security guarded entry, bar-b-que grilling area, large lighted gazebo, outdoor pool (beach side) with spacious sunning areas, short boardwalk to the beach, and convenient garbage disposal near your door.

Romar Tower is located in the heart of Orange Beach near everything including shopping, restaurants, entertainment, nature trails, golf courses, marinas, adventure activities and the world famous Florabama. Pensacola, Fl, home of the Naval Air Museum and the Blue Angels is 30 minutes drive east. Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked is 1 hour to the west. Casinos of Biloxi, MS are 2 hours west.

This place has everything you need in a vacation rental. We loved the location, the small size of the complex & proximity to the beach! Our family will try to rent this again in coming years!! The only negative is the huge complex next door with a lot of noisy kids & families in the water park.

It has a great view, not crowded, clean beach, easy access. I would recommend this place to my friends and love to stay again. Only issue was Master bedroom had sour smell that we couldn't get rid of, but all in all it was great vacation can't wait to do it again.

The condo was just as advertised. Great ocean views, steps from the beach. Convenient elevator. Furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Ckose to shopping, groceries and restaurants, but due to busy traffic, it's not really walkable. It would be nice if beach chairs and towels were included for those who fly in vs. driving. Overall a freat pla e to stay!

We always stay at romar tower, but we love this specific condo. The owner is kind, makes the process easy, and it’s stress free. I will continue ti stay at this condo for years to come.

I’ve stayed here the last 3-4 years. Always a good time. If any problems arise Jason is always available to get it fixed. If we as guests don’t say something, then he doesn’t know something needs to be fixed. Thank you for a great vacation rental!!!

Clean condo and great beach. Smaller complex means less crowded beach. A huge complex is next door and the beach in front of it was jammed packed. Jason and Milton are awesome. We checked out and were 3 hrs down the road and my wife panicked because she left her wedding ring on the dresser. We messaged.Milton thru VRBO and he called within 5 min. Within 20 min he had somebody over to pick up the ring. Jason shipped it home the next day. Thanks guys!!

This was an amazing location with great views. With young children, being right on the beach makes it so much easier. We bounced back from the beach to the pool several times. The beach was beautiful and clean. One early morning I was able to see several dolphins swimming close to shore. Make sure to keep the humidifier going all the time or else the floors get really slippery. It was a short drive to several restaurants. The owners responded quickly with any questions I had and prepared us with all necessary info regarding check in. We will absolutely be back again!

It’s no better (or worse) than most places in the area. The owners were very nice and always responded in a timely manner. The place was not very clean. I know they have “quick” turnovers this time of year, but it hadn’t been cleaned well recently. Doors and walls are kind of gross. We did not tell the owners. I’m sure they would have reacted, so in fairness to them, I only docked a star. I hate docking a star, but it just wasn’t very clean and that’s important with a baby! We loved the location! The building is smaller, so fewer people was nice. It was quite, great view and large master were nice as well.

The condo is advertised as a luxurious Penthouse. It is on the top floor, but I would by no means call it luxurious. It is an average beach rental. The bedroom TV had to have a usb cable replaced in order for the tv to work, but a technician was there within the hour of calling. We had a good stay.

Check in process was super easy, we didn’t have to deal with anyone, everything was as it should be. The only thing that was a little bit of a distraction was some of the construction repairs that were being performed. Other wise everything was good and we would stay here again. Thanks!
