Pros: Location is great. Short walk to beach and John Pass. Cleanliness great, Plenty of indoor area for gatherings, HVAC worked well on all floors. If you want to cook, you will love the kitchen Cons: If you need dark rooms to sleep-this is not the venue for you. For $1000/night we would expect bath towels that match, Overhead shower in MB are clogged. The MB mattress was subpar. We went to target to purchase a mattress topper. There were many condiments in the fridge, but some were expired.

Stayed for long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and this house made it that much more memorable! It’s a funky layout with 3 floors, great views of the ocean, comfortable sleeping areas, and awesome main living room for entertaining. Would highly recommend this home.

Renting here was a dream! I had a group of 7 and we all comfortably fit in this house. We could see the ocean, 50 feet from a beach entrance, 10 minute walk to John’s pass and a 5 minute walk to a 7-11. The upstairs is a large space to hang out and cook, 3rd floor master has an amazing bathroom and a ton of space (all open so no privacy there), 2nd floor has pretty much 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms, and garage has everything you needed for the beach. The elevator worked great and was much needed! AC worked wonderfully and the sound system and kitchen appliances were a huge plus. Communication with Scott was wonderful. We had so much fun and would definitely rent here again!

Comfortably sleeps 6 with two pull out couches for more. Huge living/kitchen area. Excellent location - 2 minutes to beach/5 minutes to John’s pass (both by foot). Would stay there again.

We leased the entire home for family to stay and celebrate daughters graduation from USF. The house was everything we hoped it would be and more. Scott is a great host. We visit St. Pete often and already talking about coming back to this house.

House was as advertised, great location and pet friendly. Steps from beach access and Johns Pass entertainment. Host was super responsive the before, during and after the stay. The 4th floor living / kitchen space was great, wish we didn't have to leave!

This property was amazing! We got married on Madeira Beach and selected this property for its proximity to the wedding and reception venues. The master bathroom of this property also made the perfect location for the bridal party to get ready the day of the wedding! Huge plus: You can literally walk EVERYWHERE! The beach, johns pass, so many yummy restaurants, shops, bars, etc! I would highly recommend staying at this property. We hope to see you back next year for our one year anniversary 😊

The location was great for beach access and John's pass. We enjoyed our stay. We rented the whole house and although the 3rd floor is interesting we made it work. The living space on the 4th floor was amazing and we enjoyed cooking our meals and hanging out up there with everyone in our group!

The home was clean and beautiful. The set up was perfect for a group to go together because everyone could have their own privacy of a level but also be able to gather on the top floor. It was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We had to get ahold of Scott during and he was extremely pleasant and friendly.

We had a great vacation at this property. Very nice place with lots of room for a group or large family. Had lots of stairs but there was an elevator in case you don’t like stairs. Great beach access and lots of parking. Well equipped kitchen. Very good location and within walking distance of Johns Pass. Will definitely consider this place for future vacations.

Having a kitchen/living with 2 bedrooms on the second level, as well as the huge master with sitting area on the third, and large kitchen and living area on the forth, allows for many to come together while maintaining their own private time/space. 3 levels of decks with chairs provided lovely outside time without having to go to the beach. The house is in walking distance for restaurants, bars, shopping. Buggy in garage allowed for easy getting chairs and umbrellas down to beach access.

Great, modern home with a very nice setup. Combo unit with 2/2 apt downstairs that connects to main unit with master 1/2 upstairs. Fantastic main kitchen with great balconies on both sides. Great view as well for being not directly on the beach. Would def rent again if the opportunity presents itself. Host was great and very easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. The only things to really note are that the living room is on the top floor, and if you have anyone staying who struggles with many stairs they should be prepared to use the elevator - which worked well for us! Also, the master bedroom doesn't have any doors to the room or the bathroom/toilet. Not something that would stop me recommending staying here, but we weren't aware until we arrived. House is a great location and I would definitely recommend staying here.

First things first, the home is exactly as described. It’s extremely modern and I understand why some people would be conflicted about the reviews. Now the home is wonderful, the furniture is very comfortable and up to date compared to a lot of more traditional homes In the same area. The elevator is a great bonus for loading and unloading and the home is literally 20 steps from the beach. Being directly on the beach in the area is not what you think because of the beach grass directly behind other homes you would need to use the same beach entrance as this home. The piano was a great touch and the convenience of already having some condiments and etc was great. The outdoor shower was great and convenient and the beach accessories are a humongous bonus. Will be Back soon.

Excellent location to unwind; from the time you wake up and relax from the balcony with the sight of the beach and calm water and folks on jet skis popping all over or the Florida afternoon showers leaving only white caps to let nature show its beauty. The baby grand piano added the magic of live music as soon as we arrived bringing so much fun throughout the day even while cooking fresh fish bought at the nearby fish market on the beautiful stove! The shower on the third floor was a favorite for young ones and adults after rinsing the sand and saltwater by the garage door! A dream of a family vacation! Feel blessed to have had such a beautiful stay!

Our family group of adults and kids had a great time here. The shared space on the top floor was especially useful for the whole group hanging out and eating meals. The impressively equipped kitchen was also very much enjoyed by the cooks in the family. The elevator was extremely useful both for those in our group with mobility issues and for moving baggage and such between floors.

Six of us (3 couples) rented this entire house for a week in February. Master suite on third floor is incredible (but does not have a door). Two other bedrooms on second floor very comfortable - there is a bathroom between them which can be shared or there is another across the hall if you want your own. Lots of stairs so really loved (and frequently used) the indoor elevator. Top level is huge room with piano, large flat screen tv, couches, fully equipped kitchen - fantastic gathering place after a day at the beach. Mere steps to beach access with a great view of the ocean. There is a row of houses/apartments in front of the house, but there is an opening between the buildings that allows a great ocean view for this house from the top floor. All beach needs are met - towels, chairs, wagon, boogie boards. Easy walking distance to great shopping & restaurants at St. John's Pass. Property manager, Scott, responded very quickly & thoroughly to all of our questions - really nice guy. Would definitely rent again. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had a multigenerational family mini vacation at Scott’s house. It was perfect. The gourmet kitchen and open concept family room was perfect for gathering. The dining table sat 8 people for a family dinner. The bedrooms were on different levels so there was still plenty of privacy and quiet for early birds. The beach access is only 2 houses away, approximately 400 feet! The house provided a beach wagon, plenty of chairs and beach paraphernalia. It is also walking distance to numerous eating and drinking establishments. Johns Pass and marina are less than a mile away. We didn’t use it but I believe the free trolley is available out the front door of the property. I highly recommend and hope to stay and enjoy again.

Scott, Thanks for letting us utilize your home for Mom's 70th Birthday. The uniqueness of the architecture coupled with the appointments you have built into the property were a hit. It was a great to just take a few steps and be on the beach and also to have the ability to easily get us a couple of chairs and umbrellas. We especially enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen with some tunes on in the background and the sunset shining in through the windows.

First of all I’d like to thank Scott! The house was amazing. And we had anything we needed. Steps from the ocean and steps from restaurants and shops. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t want to go home.

Beach view better than expected. Really nice luxurious interior. Super close to the beach. Great location. Hope you like stairs! But there is also an elevator.
