Please review our Most Commonly Asked Questions:
Q. Our flight gets in early/leaves late. what can we do with our bags if we want to explore more?
A. Depending on our calendar we may be able to accommodate you. Please advise at the time of booking if your flight is an early/late flight and we will do our best. Unfortunately, The Riverfront Condos development does not have a main lobby or secure area for bags to be left.
Q. Are you pet-friendly?
A. Not knowing what allergies our future guests may have we do not permit pets to stay in our unit.
Q. May we smoke on the deck?
A. There are designated smoking areas on the ground level of the complex. We ask our guests to refrain from smoking on the deck as the smoke can waft in with you and adhere to our decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests.
Q. May we have packages delivered to the unit?
A. Yes! Packages are usually dropped off in the "mail areas" before staircase 700 or at the door of the unit.
Q. Is there a washer and dryer in the unit?
A. There is not. However, there is an on-site facility near the main entrance. The machines are app based and instructions are posted in the laundry room.
Q. Is there a gym on site?
A. There is a small gym on site, next to the laundry facility near the main entrance. We are also located on the Downtown Riverwalk biking, walking and running path. There are also numerous Nashville B-cycle share stations nearby (closest: Nashville Farmers' Market: 7th Ave N / Outdoor Food Court 891 7th Ave. N Nashville, TN 38208)
Q. Is there a grill?
A. The Riverfront Condos does offer an outdoor, gas grill for homeowners and guests-first come, first serve. (Guests must provide their own charcoal.)
Q. We are very neat people? Can you waive the cleaning fee?
A. No, we want to ensure a certain standard for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to use a professional cleaning staff. They come in and get the unit turned around for the next reservation.
Q. We won't cause any damage and don't want to pay the $59 for the property damage protection plan.
A. This damage plan protects you just as much as it does us, as owners. It offers coverage for accidental damage (such as broken lamps, stained bedding/linens, damaged doors, walls, furniture, lost keys and re-keying costs.) We require all reservations to have damage protection to ensure our property and investment are protected.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. As outlined in our listing we offer a full refund for cancelations 60+ days out and a 50% refund for a cancelation 30+ days out.
Some things to be aware of prior to booking this property:
During POOL SEASON: At times (outside our control) the pool may be closed for maintenance. Metro Nashville codes inspects our pool often and if the chemical levels are out of balance the HOA will be required to close down the pool. If this should impact your stay or happen during your stay we will advise you as soon as we become aware but will issue no refunds due to it being closed.
Spiders, webs, and bugs oh my!
Being on the river this is a difficult thing for us to regulate. We do have quarterly pest treatments performed and our cleaners are very diligent about cleaning the webs prior to your stay. However, as you may or may not know spiders can be very persistent and you may encounter some during your stay. If this is something you do not feel equipped to deal with please let us know and we will do our best to take care of them for you.
As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN, Metro Nashville. We are just like any other metropolitan area...we cannot control: traffic, construction or the homeless. We advise you to read our reviews prior to booking to ensure this is the right location for you-many guests before you have had wonderful stays! When we stay downtown we feel safe enough to walk to and fro without fear but realize not everyone shares our same views and experiences.

Very nicely stocked, clean and everything we needed for a weekend wedding. Liz was so nice and helpful!

Cute, small apartment. Beautiful view of the Cumberland River. Very close to Nissan Stadium, restaurants and bars.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We look forward to going back.

This was by far one of the most run down rentals we have ever stayed in. I took endless pictures of how dirty and old this condo is. The carpet has stains and looks like it was not even vacuumed … we found a women’s eye lash extension on the carpet. The bathroom is gross! The paint is peeling off the walls. The bathroom door is all marked up. The entire condo has probably never been painted since there’s marks all over the walls. There were bugs, bird droppings, and spider webs all over the patio which we could never use. There was no TV remote. We contacted the manager, and all she said was the past guests took it. Well, that doesn’t help us at all! She made no effort to offer to bring over a new remote control. So 2 nights there, and we couldn’t even turn on the TV, and no patio to sit on because it was beyond dirty. Don’t let the pictures of this place foul you … it was run down, old, and unkept.

The property is everything it is advertised. there is alot of construction going on around the area and there is the jail close by but we walked to Broadway street multiple times and didn't feel concerned at all. Condo was great.

The accuracy of the listing was on point. Everything that we needed and more

Easy booking, easy check in and out. Overall clean. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again!

I think the most important question is "would you stay here again" and that answer is yes. The property provided an off Broadway serenity, with the river directly behind the house. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were great.
The condo is small, not a lot of room to function but enough for 2 people. I would equate it to a suite in a mid-range hotel. The neighborhood is transitioning for the better and I believe there are many rentals in this complex. We certainly felt safe and would stay there again, but I will probably try other options in other parts of Nashville in the future as we travel there frequently.

This rental had everything we needed for our week in Nashville. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants and coffee shops in Germantown. We were also within walking distance to Broadway. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would consider booking this condo again if I am ever in the Nashville area.

We couldn’t have been happier with this unit. Plenty of parking, nice view of the river, very close to Downtown, great amenities and very quiet!

Great location and exactly as described
This modern condo was in a great location, ample parking, and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again. Had everything one would need by way of kitchen and bath. Note: there is no door on the one bedroom and the couch isn’t for sleeping. Other than that, it was excellent! Overall 5 stars

Great location and very nice master bed, but unfortunately the sheets on the main bed were dirty and they were no spare sheets for the air mattress.

Close to downtown, easy walk, very clean and great place for our needs. Great host, very accommodating. Thx!

Distance to the pool from our unit was not mentioned. The units were built inside an old steel building next to the river. The ceiling on the outside of the covered deck was rotting and an attempt was made to cover it. The deck area was not clean. Cobwebs and bird do-do present.

Very nice condo! Great communication with the manager. Pool was great! Ubers were anywhere from $7 to $20 to Broadway. I know some people complained about the homeless in their review, but you don’t have to walk past them to get to Broadway. Go a different route. That’s what we did! Overall a great stay and would stay again if headed that way.

We had a great time. We felt safe and was never harassed.
My only criticism would be that although the couch is very comfortable for sleeping my 70 yr old mother couldn’t sit on it because it is extremely low to the floor. That’s the only thing I would change. Everything else was on point.

Perfect location, only blocks away from downtown, and a riverfront view which was peaceful when we wanted to get away from downtown.

Overall we had a great stay. Location was very convenient to Broadway. Seems like a longer walk at the end of the night. Lyft/Uber offers quick affordable rides. Host was very responsive. Small place, perfect for a couple. Bathroom is pretty tiny. I really wished there was a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. Overall the place was as expected.

My husband and I enjoyed this property! It is clean, comfortable, and close to Broadway/action. We walked, less than a mile and enjoyed many of the music establishments-great food and music! There is also plenty of nearby public parking, which we used when we went to an event at Bridgestone Arena. It was walkable, but since we would be out later at night, it was great to drive. We ended our fun with the Grand Ole Oprey, a first for us. It was about a 20-25 min drive. We hope to be back someday to enjoy more of what Nashville has to offer!

I am a VRBO host too, and this property was great. Very clean, nice amenities, & close to everything. A $5 Uber gets you almost anywhere. The view of the river is what you would expect for a river flowing through a midwest town; not much to look at but quiet.
The owner provided great info on what is close and things to do. The heat was on when we got there and the bed is comfy.
Nothing but good things to say y'all. Enjoy!
