We asked to check in a couple of hours early, and the host was very accommodating in that regard. The garage door was not working properly, so we were unable to use that parking space. Even if the door had opened, the garage was filthy and had trash inside so our vehicle wouldn’t have fit anyway. The host allowed us to park our 2nd vehicle on the grass, so that took care of the parking situation. However, the reason we left after only a few hours, rather than staying our 2 nights, was due to the condition of the beds. All 3 beds had dirty/stained sheets. The box spring mattresses were squeaky and uncomfortable. The host did not offer any type of reimbursement so we paid for the Vrbo plus two hotel rooms for our two nights in town.

The location is convinent and the neighborhood is very comfortable and safe. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. We would definately be happy to stay here again when in Little Rock.

I rented this property for my sons birthday weekend. The host was kind enough to allow him and a friend to stay so they could attend Comic-Con. The host was very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with. The boys had a great weekend and enjoyed being able to cook and not have to eat out! Thank You so much for allowing us the rental!

I stayed at this property over the summer and enjoyed the house and neighborhood a lot. The house itself is great, has a great layout, and has a nice "older house" charm and look while having all the important things (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, A/C) being modern, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and respectful. I had a great stay!

Just Perfect
Check in was easy and communication with the manager was excellent. We arrived early and he kept us updated on when the house was available so we could enter before 4. Very close to everything and though next to a busy road, you really couldn't notice the cars passing. Parking was good. We had one car in our garage and the other parked in front of the garage. There was plenty of room for the other tenant to park his truck no problem. There were five of us and we had hot water for days!
Overall, I would definitely stay again.

We experience an amazing time renting this home. Made us feel like it was our home, place was very clean and a very nice quiet neighborhood. We will be looking forward to renting this home in the future if its available. House is very closed by almost everything that can be entertainment for the family. I would recommend this to family and friends if they ever need a place to stay when vacationing in Arkansas. Owner was very professional and always answered right away when a message was sent.

Extended stay
My husband and I stayed at the Lee Street apartment for 2 months after his stem cell transplant at UAMS. It was nice and clean, only 2 minutes to UAMS and less than a minute from Kroger. It was everything we needed and had all the comforts of home.

There was confusion over check in and check out instructions so I recommend updating the ones in VRBO. Also the beds and bedding leave something to be desired, not super comfortable. There was also a bad smell coming from the kitchen sink (like old food). Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect location!

Property is located in a nice older neighborhood within a short drive to most shopping. Kroger grocery store is within walking distance as is post office and a few other shops.
The apartment was clean and the kitchen pretty well equipped.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
Bathroom is updated and clean with plenty of hot water.
Washer and dryer were a real plus.
Parking is tricky as it is shared with the other side of the duplex and driveway is narrow. We were, however, able to park on the street.
We were unable to work the television is either of the bedrooms but that may be just us. The tv in the living room worked fine and has many channels.
Internet access is fine with no problems.

Nice place in great location
My partner and I stayed there for a couple of nights. I had broken my ankle a few days before so I spent quite a bit of my vacation time there. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and located in a very walkable neighborhood (for my partner). I would stay there again.

My family of 4 rented one side of the duplex, while my parents rented the other for a stay in Little Rock. We enjoyed our time in the apartments - they were furnished well with everything we needed and convenient to many LR sites, as well as to relatives in town.

Very pleased with this duplex. The property is located centrally in town so it’s easy to travel to any part of town quickly. Lots of eating options and shopping areas nearby. Would recommend this rental.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the area. The duplex is just the right size. They were a little low on washcloths but after contacting the owner he ran them over right away. We loved it!

Close to UAMS
Although our reasons for needing lodging in Little Rock this time weren’t ideal, this rental fit the bill in terms of affordability and proximity to UAMS. The space is on the small side, but is comfortable and furnished nicely. The stacked washer/dryer is a nice feature if you’re staying several days as we did. We felt safe enough in the neighborhood, even arriving at night. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the parking situation was not ideal for us. Other than that, Christopher was great to work with - very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues that came up shortly after our arrival. We would rent here again!

This is our second year staying here. The duplex is wonderful. Very clean and very nice. Its close to UAMS which is why we come to Little Rock once a year for my mother's cancer check up. We feel safe which is a major plus. Chris is a wonderful person to rent from also. Looking forward to staying here next year.

The duplex was nice and clean with most everything we needed. The towels and linens were really nice and soft and the kitchen was well stock with dishes and cookware. The location was super convenient - 3 block from a grocery store and an easy drive to the river walk. We would definitely stay again!

Wish we had found this place 10 years ago when started coming to Little Rock for medical needs. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, within walking distance of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. It was nice to be just minutes from UAMS, and return for a relaxing recovery. Owner is very attentive and wants to make sure your stay is enjoyable. This will by my first call when returning to Little Rock.

Great, quiet neighborhood - enjoyable to walk - grocery store and restaurants couple of blocks away. Very clean. Plenty of space. All appliances in working order. Washer/dryer and iron a plus. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Everything as advertised. Would not hesitate to return.

Had a wonderful stay in the duplex. Location couldn't be better. Great shower! And very nicely updated. Loved having 2 beds in the second bedroom so my kids didn't have to share. Only hiccup in our trip was out of control of the owner, and he was quickly resolved our second day. Thanks for letting us stay.
