We had a wonderful stay. Well equipped with a nice private heated pool and quiet backyard. It lists as having a hot tub but it’s just a seat in the actual pool. Didn’t make a difference to us. We would recommend and will stay here again.

The house is very bright and comfortable, in a lovely setting with many trees and plantings. The kitchen is large and easy to use. The pool was warm and delightful. The location is terrific for accessing downtown, beaches and shopping.
Michael was extremely responsive to us, answering every question immediately and resolving every concern promptly. A wonderful host.

Lovely, modern, and spacious home. The pool water is warm (for those cool evenings) and the pool is large enough to swim in. Grounds are spacious and pleasant for sitting outside. Process was easy, WiFi was working and the furniture is full-featured (comfy couches).

The house was just as described and the property manager was super helpful the whole time we were there. The laundry room is outside the main door in another room - nice big laundry room - attached to the house. The pool was perfect and the sliding doors are heavy enough that a toddler couldn't open them alone. There were pool toys in a large bin which helped a lot. The kitchen was perfect for preparing food as we had people over the day after the wedding and was able to gather around the dining room table - 9 of us adults and two babies. Wonderful. Had a great time.

Overall our experience was very nice! Our kids loved the nice warm, clean pool. The privacy fence was a bonus! The beds were very comfortable! There’s plenty of living and kitchen space. Close to the grocery store and about a 15 minute drive to the siesta key beach. Definitely recommend!

The home was beautiful, and looked exactly like the photos. The pool had a heater and we were able to night swim every single night. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that allowed no distractions but was very close to everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We loved our stay at the Palm House! The home was exactly as advertised in the photos. The space was perfect for our family - beaches and restaurants were only a short 10-15 minute drive. The house was clean, comfortable, and the pool was amazing! We'd absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in the area!

Palm house was located a short drive to the beach and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Super close to grocery stores and anything you could need but better restaurants were about a ten min drive away which was fine for us. The bathrooms weren’t super clean and the showers moldy but this was our only gripe. The pool is a nice size and my kids loved being able to step outside and swim all day.
We definitely enjoyed our trip and would love to return.

Great location!
A great location if you want to visit Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota or St. Armand's Circle. All within a 5-10 min drive. Having a pool after a day at the beach was a plus and the owner was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

It was a great location in Sarasota and the house was very comfortable. The salt water pool was fantastic and my grandkids enjoyed it tremendously. We tried using the microwave 3 days into the stay and found that it didn't work and notified the contact person by e-mail. I tried calling him to no avail. I would have rather spoke to the contact person, but was only able to contact by e-mail. He only thanked me for the information with no different microwave being brought. The TV was hard to navigate and when trying to play TV it showed no internet on our first night. Even with these couple of things I would highly recommend this house for your family.

Amazing Palm House
Our trip to Sarasota was absolutely amazing. The house is located very close to the Siesta key beach. Also it’s close to downtown Sarasota. My kids loved the pool and backyard. The house is very cozy and clean. I would definitely go here again!

Loved loved staying here . Owners are wonderful
We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property my son was playing in the youth World Series for representing the state of Texas and we stayed here and it was perfectly located between the beach and the baseball field. The owners are absolutely amazing people the house is darling just the whole ambience of the place was just amazing. Would highly recommend.

We loved the pool and there was plenty of space for all! Location was very convenient for us. A wonderful stay in a wonderful area
We really enjoyed our time in Sarasota. My friends and I had a great time on our golf trip. This place was close to restaurants, beaches, and of course the many golf courses Florida has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful rental
We fell in love with this terrific rental. Fantastic and rejuvenating space. The home was comfortable and practical. The landscape was beautiful and so was the pool. This home had all the amenities you would need for a get away. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Also close to the beaches we wanted to go to. We didn't want to leave this beautiful place and hope to be back again someday. Easy check in and check out and communication with owner also convenient and responsive.

Small, but very functional house for family. Great quiet neighborhood location with easy access to beaches, amenities, downtown and airport. Kids loved having heated pool (85 degrees) a few steps away from house. The grill was great for quick dinners.

A beautiful place to relax after a day at Siesta or Lido beaches. Perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. If we're ever back in the area, we'd look here first.
