Very good stay apart from not receiving what was paid for.

Location was great! nice and open apartment! All the amendities were there.

Paid for 2 double beds but when arrived to the apartment, there was only 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

Il faisait très chaud / Dommage de ne pas pouvoir régler la température Il pourrait y avoir un balai et une ramassoire afin de nettoyer les miettes du petit-déjeuner ( c’est bien « suisse » comme point d’amélioration…😉)

Perfekt, sehr gerne wieder einmal.

Sehr schöne, ruhige, grosszügige, top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Problem mit der Toilette wurde umgehend behoben. Parkplatz haben wir gratis in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. Freundlicher Empfang, Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es gab nur eine grosse Decke, eine zweite Decke auf dem Bett wären noch einen Pluspunkt dazu.

Very Clean and Modern Apartment , strongly recommend

Excellent modern apartment near gruyere. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was very neat, clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Apartment itself was quite closed to the train station but we come early before check in time so we had to pick room spare key from the Hotel reception in town (not far). The train station have a big MIGROS supermarket.

The apartment don't have the elevator service.

Nice apartment, but miscommunication seems to have gone amiss regarding bathrooms.

Conveninent place. Friendly and helpful reception. Near to train station.

We discuseed and agreed on two apartments each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, in the end, one of the apartments had only one bathroom.

Very Recommendable!

The place is very safe, huge for a family, near to the train station and bus station and the rent is the cheapest! Staff are all friendly and accommodating too :-)

In general a great big apartment in a great location

Excellent large apartments, well-equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, where there was water) there is a coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Comfortable beds, clean linen, plenty of towels. There is a fan, which helped, because without it it was stuffy. The location is convenient, 7-10 minutes walk Lidl, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries.

It's not that we didn't like it, but I just draw your attention, we took the key on one street, and the apartment on the other street. Since we were tired, we did not immediately pay attention to this 😀 Parking - it was certainly a test, since there were no free parking spaces near the hotel during the 2 days that we were there. The parking system itself, which we have not met before, each has its own designations, and the amount of time that you can stay there. Most parking areas do not have parking machines, but circles that are placed on the windshield, marking the time when they parked. We received this circle and a detailed explanation the next day at the reception.

The location, the staff and the facilities.

The hotel should inform beforehand that the room and the check-in lobby are not located at the same place. The room is next to the train station but the check-in lobby is in the city. We went there with public transport and had to take the heavy luggage all the way. If we were informed, we would separately go for check in and the other would wait with the luggage at the train station.

We just stayed overnight on a Saturday, and there was a lot of noise from the street until very late, that we could hear in the apartment.

Great location, clean, safe, cosy.

We stayed in the apartment just 1 night with 2 kids and it was great! Location-wise not far from Gruyere by car and we saw some busses go there too. The flat is quite central, free parking near the reception office, otherwise anywhere around was free on the weekends only.. Great size, kitchen with everything you need. Would advise to request the baby bed and high chair (extra cost). In general nice, cosy, safe, warm and clean. People at the reception were very polite and helpful.We liked it and will be back in Summer!

Details of how to check in was very bad, not clear where and how to pick up the key if we arrive after office hour. We wasted 45mins trying to find the hotel which became another completely building and it was an apartment that Hine Adobe owned. To get the key is also complicated, digibox doesn’t mean a plastic box in front of the entrance! No details on where we can park. Wifi or TV instruction in the room is not clear, should have a good translator to do in English for foreigners

Great modern and clean apartment

The apartment was spacious and very clean, there were enough kitchenware and supplies for a family stay e.g. for cleaning and washing, which is unusual and highly appreciated when you are with children.

The cleaning of the apartment was delayed about an hour. I would also recommend to the property managers to inform the guests about the daily cleaning routine or the replenishing of supplies. Especially when families come with small children that have an afternoon nap and perhaps do not want to be disturbed by the staff.
