The Sea Horse boasts four spacious bedrooms with California king-sized beds and four full baths. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, and there are three additional areas that can serve as overflow bedrooms, providing a total of seven sleeping spaces. One unique feature is the beautiful movie theater/media room with a fireplace and a 14' projection wall, offering an IMAX-like experience. The living room and family room also provide additional sleeping options.
The bright and open floor plan features a great room with soaring beamed ceilings, 18' windows, a large living room, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with quarts counters and an island, and a dining room with a table for 12 plus counter seating for 4. The great room opens to a huge deck with breathtaking views of waves crashing onto the California coast. A second family room below has another deck with unobstructed ocean views and a brand-new hot tub just below. The family room can be curtained off to act as a fifth bedroom. All well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary maple cabinets and stone tile, with two master suites offering spacious showers and the main bathroom featuring a deep jetted tub.

The property was perfect for the gathering of our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Plenty of entertainment for the teens and young adult and comfortable for the new mom and her 3 week old infant. Our favorite activity was walking the dogs down to Dillon beach where everyone could romp and play. The house had all the kitchen cookware, accessories and utensils to make meal prep and even elegant desserts quite simple. It’s unanimous we should try this again.

As soon as you walk into the front door WOW is the word . The ocean view is fantastic only wished that the windows were cleaned and clearer. The house has everything you need just bring your food. The theater room is an added bonus. Sitting on the outside deck was so relaxing watching the ocean waves. The hot tub was new and was wonderful to relax in. Overall we all had a great time!!!

Literally everything was thought out on being a hospitable host. We arrived and were immediately struck by the incredible ocean view. The accommodations were clean, luxurious and well appointed. I loved the home theater and hot tub. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach and having the ocean sounds while we slept. I’m definitely coming back.

Great house and location. The house was well cared for and had all the kitchen appliances you would need. Appreciated that the "book/manual" had everything in the kitchen labeled with pictures. No need to open all the drawers and cabinets to find any utensil. The beds were comfy but the pillows were too soft for us. Great views on a clear day. Property Manager and his team were very efficient and responsive. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were looking for a quiet place for a family vacation. This location lived up to all the positive reviews. It had all the amenities we needed. The view was spectacular. Even with the unfortunately rainy weather that greeted us, there was plenty of space to relax and indoor activities to enjoy.

My friends and I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Sea Horse! The views from the house are stunning, the layout of the house is perfect for a large group of friends, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable.
The property manager was incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive. All of my questions were answered promptly, and it was very easy to communicate with management! I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Few cons. Master bath upstairs has no counter space which kinda wasn’t great. Keurig broke. We just had to go out and buy grinds for the multi-cup coffee maker.

This home was perfection in every sense of the word. The location is beautiful. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and so accommodating. The hosts are fantastic, easy to get ahold of, extremely kind and professional. We loved this home and will absolutely stay here again!

Four of us spent the weekend, and had a few friends out to visit for the day. Great location, easy access to private beach, doggy friendly house, fun theater room with recliner chairs, big beautiful decks to hang out, loved the gas fireplaces that just heat up the room so quick We loved it, and we'll be back!

The moment you walk in the front door you’ll be impressed! The location has to be one of the best in Dillon Beach, on a huge lot with sweeping views. The natural light on the main floor was awesome- we loved the huge, happy plants and how the sun warms the home. Massive 12 person dining room table and beautiful modern kitchen. This was by far the most well stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to cook, don’t worry about a think, I’m sure they have it! The hot tub was clean and warm. Big king size beds in all 4 bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed this house and all it offers from the great kitchen to the deck to the hot tub that worked/hot to the fantastic movie theater. The kitchen is well stocked and the description is spot on.

Perfect home for 3 nights with family after a busy holiday season.
This was the perfect home for our family of 6 with adult children and partners. We all had our private, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (all 4 rooms had large beds and noone had to sleep in a twin or a bunk- which is sometimes hard to find in these larger homes.)
The upstairs common space was so inviting and open. We enjoyed the blustery days by the fireplace playing games enjoying the sound of the pounding surf with a spectacular view onto the ocean.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our home cooked meals.
We thoroughly enjoyed the movie room and took full advantage of the short winter days and enjoyed a movie with popcorn each day!
The layout of the house was great the kitchen and great room upstairs flooded with natural light. There were several decks with Adirondack chairs for hanging out while sipping coffee or reading one of the many books from the library incase you forgot yours.
We strolled down to Dillon beach for a few mile walk with the dogs and it was perfect.
A short trip in the car to enjoy a visit to Pt Reyes followed by a stop along the coast for oysters was exaclty the kind of day we all were craving: slow and unscheduled.
A short drive from the Bay Area and we felt like we were thousands of miles away. Rolling green hills, and rugged coastline. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

The property was beautiful and very well-kept. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful ocean views. A home was well-stocked home made our stay very enjoyable. Everything in the home and yard worked.
Communication with the property management company was excellent. They were always available and never intrusive. Any questions that arose were addressed promptly and completely, and they even helped coordinate a chef and floral delivery via their online referral resource guide. We TRULY enjoyed our stay.

A large home perfect for a family getaway. It features four bedrooms plus a family room and movie theatre! It is perched on a cliff minutes from the main Dillon Beach. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are stairs so guests should be reasonably fit and mobile.

The Sea Horse was a great house for 8 adult friends for our annual vacation. We spent the first part of our week in Geyserville and ended our vacation at Dillon Beach. The property was stunning and the short walk to the general store and restaurant were a bonus! We loved the hike down to the beach! We also spent a lot of time in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the beautiful Pacific sunsets.
This property was perfect for 8 adults. The 4th bedroom had a bathroom steps away so it was still very private. Highly recommended!

The home is truly amazing. Plenty of room to sleep for everyone. The in suite bathrooms were a bonus. 4 bathrooms is great. The views are stunning of the ocean. We did yoga on the top deck. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the large dining room table was so perfect for us all to eat together. Another feature we loved was the theater room. We were able to watch beautiful ocean shows and the movie selection was perfect. Plenty of parking. The hot tub too was amazing. We made endless memories.The management team was very responsive. Sea Horse is a beautiful home perched on the cliffs of Dillon Beach. We enjoyed the property immensely: well-stocked kitchen, direct oceanviews, big outdoor decks and adironack chairs, hot tub, movie theater (awesome!), comfy beds/sheets/towels, fireplace, decor, big windows and stereo system that was easy to connect to. It was a wonderful experience working with the property manager - we would recommend this property to anyone seeking a beautiful home to relax and enjoy the ocean for a few days!

There were eight of us! Our family consists of my husband and myself, our son and his wife and our daughter and her little family. We have rented other beautiful homes in Dillon Beach, this property has been the best. We loved it! We stayed three nights and will do so again in the future. We had one darling Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with us! We walked and read, relaxed and enjoyed three movies! It is a gorgeous home! We just loved the long weekend and were so very comfortable.
